Goodbye, Banc of California Stadium. Hello, BMO Stadium! Although memories of games and concerts in the stadium are permanent it’s time to move on to greater things. New Jersey, the Garden State, is a captivating blend of natural beauty, cultural diversity, and historical significance. From the stunning beaches that stretch along the Jersey Shore to the breathtaking landscapes of the Delaware Water Gap and the picturesque charm of its small towns, this state has something for everyone. In New Jersey, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of cities like Newark and Jersey City, where towering skyscrapers stand as a testament to the state's economic prowess.

🎀NEW JERSEY🎀 was such an amazing start to our US encore tour. On August 11, we returned to New Jersey after nine months as part of our initial Born Pink world tour. The moment the stadium lights went down, the stage came alive with our signature magenta hue, thanks to the sea of BLACKPINK hammer lightsticks that lit up the night. It was such a surreal experience to have you all with us in that stadium. We've learned so much from this journey, and we're so proud to have shared it with you. During the show, Jennie shouted, "BLACKPINK and BLINKs forever!" It was a moment that gave us the sense that there's still so much more to come. We haven't shared everything with our fans just yet, and we're excited to make more history together. When we first brought the Born Pink tour to the U.S., most of our shows were held in indoor arenas. But for this encore's stadium leg, we wanted to showcase our growth on a larger scale. The stage was filled with fireworks, pyrotechnics, and laser lights, creating a mesmerizing spectacle at MetLife Stadium. The energy was electric, and it all culminated in a grand finale with a massive battery of explosions.

One of the highlights of the night was the surprise anniversary cake, which brought a sentimental response from all of us. It also led to some heartwarming stories. I couldn't help but get emotional as I reflected on our seven years together as BLACKPINK. The song "The Happiest Girl" started playing in the background, and we even sang a bit of that fan-favorite B-side. It was a beautiful moment of nostalgia and gratitude. I also took the opportunity to share the story of how I first met Jisoo, Jennie, and Lisa at YG Entertainment headquarters 10 years ago when I was just 16. Lisa hilariously reenacted her first impression of me, giving me a shady side-eye in the elevator. But as I joined the three of them in the rehearsal studio, I realized how welcoming and supportive they were. We sang together and played guitar all night, creating a bond that has only grown stronger over the years. In our previous shows, we always ended with an extended, turned-up version of our beloved 2017 single "As If It's Your Last." But for this new leg of stadium dates, we wanted to switch things up. We asked the crowd about their favorite song from the night, and after hearing the overwhelming response for "K/ll This Love" and "As If It's Your Last," we decided to close the night with the latter. It was incredible to see how even our earliest singles still resonate with our fans. Thank you, blinkies, for making our New Jersey shows unforgettable.

[230919] sooyaaa__: The BLACKPINK BORN PINK WORLD TOUR, which started on October 15 and 16, 2022, ended on September 16 and 17, 2023! 🖤💖 When we first started the tour, we were half excited to see Blinks we hadn't seen in a long time and half worried that we wouldn't be able to pull it off. We are so grateful and love all the Blinks in different countries who enjoyed the tour with us! 💓 In between the concerts, I was so honored to play some big shows like Coachella and BST. I was also happy to release my first solo album and perform my solo songs in concert for the first time! 🌹 It was a tour with so many memories, so I'm so glad we were able to finish it in Seoul, where we started, and I'd like to say thank you and I love you to our BLACKPINK members for being healthy and finishing it well! ❤️ TEAM BLACKPINK has been together for almost a year!!
