"INQUEST IN THE MURDER CASE," St. Catharines Standard. July 24, 1912. Page 1. ---- Evidence of Several Armenians Taken But Nothing Material Elicited -Inquest Adjourned Until August 8th. ----- The inquest into the death of the murdered Armenian cook was resumed on Tuesday night at 8 o'clock. The court room was crowded again, showing that the interest is the case has not waned by any means.

Sarcus Kalagian, an inmate of the house, said that Härry Bozion slept up-stairs, who got up at five. He was the only one who did get up at five. He hadn't seen lozian on Monday. When he woke up on the morn ing after the murder and saw what had occurred, he was afraid and went outside. Nothing else was know.

Z. Evarian, who needed an interpreter, is an employee on street work. Lived in the house and slept with his brother, he went to bed at 10 o'clock on Sunday night. The cook was in the yard, then, and two men named Soloman were with him. He got up at six o'clock, Bozian was up when he got up. He woke up him self and woke his brother, who first informed bin of the murder. He came down to the cook room, saw tho ghastly sight, and then called the others.

When he first entered the room Sareus was in bed. Those who entered afterwards asked Sareus who did it. and Sareus said, "I don't know, I went to sleep at 10 o'clock and just woke up." No one but Harry Bozian got up at five. (The witness could evidently sneak English, but didn't want to. The Chief of Police stated that the witness could talk as good English as he could). Soloman Philbosian, who can't be found, slept with the cook. Sareus slept alone. Another man slept in a room off this room, who is in the hospital.

He heard no one at 2 o'clock in the morning in the yard. He knew of no one who had been digging in. the cellar. The hole in the cellar was made for the cook's use He had never seen the cook. (The man will be called again).

Soloman Bohogian spoke English, but also pretended he couldn't. He worked on the street. On the night of the murder he was in the yard; went to bed. Soleman Philbosian was in the yard with the cook when he went to bed. He got up at 5.30, and was awakened by Pilack, who shouted to him that the cook was all blood. Harry Bozian wasn't there. but had gone to work. He didn't see Borian till night. No one went over to tell Borian that the cook was dead. Sareus was asleep in bed when he entered. Three men woke Sarcus up. They asked Sarcus who killed the cook, and he said be didn't know. There was no "booze" there on Sunday.

Crown Attorney Hryanan stated that two men who should be questioned were not at hand. Harry, a man who awoke early, was ill, and Murigani, a man who had not been connected with the case yet, and who slept down stairs, was also ill. These two men, Harry and Marigani, should be questioned first

MJ. McCarron, appearing for Sarcus Kalagian, stated that his client had already been examined and asked for the protection of the witness. The inquest was then adjourned till Aug. 8th.

Can you tell me a bit about Serenity and Toxicity?

I have literally been DYING to rant about my ocs so you’re getting full backstory😤.

Serenity (marvel oc)

Serenity is a humanoid alien from a planet known as Boria. Her planet runs on music, which is where she draws her powers. Borians are a carnivorous humanoid race that thrive on music and survive by consuming live organisms and harvesting their life force. When serenity was old enough she and her twin sister Echo (who I still haven’t finished the ref for😔) joined the Borian space exploration fleet. Tasked with finishing new planets for habitation should something happen to Boria, she and her sister were sent to earth in the year 2081. Upon arrival and deeming the planet habitable they began their fist hand exploration. After a few months they were found by S.H.E.I.L.D operatives and contained for questioning and observation. After being deemed as a non-current threat they were given the choice to stay on earth and assist S.H.E.I.L.D or to remain as prisoners. They were assigned to the Next Gen Avengers where they would meet their teammates Honeybee (aka Judith Parker), Night Stalker (aka Otto Wolfram), Junebug (aka August Stark), The White Witch (aka Shumi Nozi). Serenity’s known powers include a sonic scream, sending out a soundwave with her war hammer, propulsion, and she can manipulate her hair similarly to love deluxe from jjba :)

Fun facts:

A year on Serenity’s planet is the equivalent to 3 on earth so in her planets years she’s 18 on earth she’s 21

Serenity and her sister can open their mouths like snakes

Serenity is currently dating Honeybee and learned most of her earth knowledge from her

She has a habit of sticking unknown objects into her mouth

Toxicity (mtmte/idw oc)

Warning now for mentions of murder/dismemberment and drugs

Prewar Toxicity is one of the worst cases of shooting the messenger. She worked as a delivery bot and unknowingly was given a shipment of illegal speeders to deliver across town for two opposing mafia groups. The shipment was apparently not what was agreed upon by the groups and it was assumed that Toxicityhad intentionally tampered with it. She was tortured and eventually killed. To discard of the evidence she was cut into several pieces and spread out around cybertron. Years later parts of her would be found and sold for spare parts. The person they were sold too, an engineer by the name of steeltrap, realized they were more than just scraps this person had come across and did his best to put together what was left. What he couldn’t recover was reformatted, she became his personal science project. He fitted her with an artificial spark and brought her back online. Despite being back online she had no memory of her previous life and only knew of what Steeltrap could tell her dismembered parts had been sold to him. She devoted herself to finding a way to repay him for giving her a new lease on life. She would go on retrieval missions for him, bringing him spare parts or anything he needed. When the war began the two remained on cybertron but did their best to stay out of it. Steeltrap’s experiments started to become dark and twisted and when he’d run out of subjects to use he’d turn to his loyal retrieval bot Toxicity. Eventually she would be rescued by a group of autobots and brought back to their base but despite being saved she refused to stay. She stole a ship and left cybertron, later becoming a bounty hunter and being hired to track down the members of the lost light.

Fun facts:

Toxicity is an outlier. Her body naturally produces an acid which can be seen stored on the tanks on her back.

Despite most of her frame being reformatted, her alt mode stayed the same.

Her tail is prehensile with a claw at the end which can open and dispense acid.
