Shattered Earth Mini-Synopsis

I figured it’s time to start actually writing down a few of my ideas since right now it’s all vague art pieces and memes and characters. Regarding my Shattered Earth universe, I currently have it planned out in three major arcs: The Great War, The Salvation, and Lost Ancestors

The Great War is exactly what it sounds like, it basically goes into the early days of the war before time skipping to the Autobots ending up on Earth where the battle continues.

A lot of this is actually shown through the perspective of two smaller scout teams, one from each faction.

The Salvation is where things start to deviate from other continuities. the antagonist role shifts away from the Decepticons and onto another of my own creation. Hope and The salvation are something I’ll go into a lot more at a later date (plus I’ve got some art I’m cooking up related to them) but it’s essentially a parasitic alien species using Hope to find more vessels. This arc explores a lot of psychological manipulation, forcing the autobot and decepticon populations stuck on earth to work together in order to survive and maintain the sentience of their species, as well as the toll their battles take on earth since its own population is not equipped to deal with cybertronian life.

The decepticons at some point between this and the great war do start plans to terraform earth into the new Cybertron, the plans started when they first arrived on earth and a lot of the progress is seen in this time jump

The titans are also revealed in this arc, a few of my own creation but a couple from canon that I plan to redesign. I’ve redone a bit of the Titan lore to fit my own narrative.

I’ve toyed with adding a human companion in this arc but there’s nothing concrete yet, it also feels like something to be introduced in the first arc as well but eh

Lost Ancestors is my own version of the predacon history, it’s not crucial to the main story line but I LOVE the predacons and have redone a lot of their lore including a new class/faction system, early Cybertron concepts, etc. I would love to go more in depth and will in a separate post but the basics of this arc is that the emergence of titans also leads to questions about Cybertron’s past and of their history really is as ancient as they thought. The rediscovery of predacon specimens lead the autobots to try and find new ways of revitalizing Cybertron.

I honestly have WAY too much to say about this arc because so much world building went into redoing the predacons as an early species of Cybertron

This is a relatively short arc considering the overall timeline
