finally started writing again and ran into a new problem... i'm writing for two fandoms that i'm not an expert on. like, i've never even read any batman comics. why am i writing a batfam fanfic????

too bad the muses won't let me stop. i literally wrote almost 1800 words in less than a day. that's NOT normal for me! i'm lucky if i get 500 words out in a couple of days. why couldn't i get this inspired for any of my other stories for fandoms that i know more about?

Everyone is talking about October and how they are looking forward for autumn to happen while I'm still hungover September.

i waited to long to try and find a compression top for swimming and now anything i can find that i can afford and might fit me is all sold out. i really really wanted to go swimming this year bc it looks like its going to be a really hot summer, but it looks like that might not happen

(i have no idea how quickly some of these places might restock. maybe i’ll get something by the end of summer?)

i miss being able to read fantasy and scifi, because the worldbuilding could be so interesting, but i'm just... done. with the all the protagonist vs antagonist or protagonist vs evil society stories out there. just, give me something quieter please. a good protagonist vs circumstances or protagonist vs self. but no. no quiet stories for fantasy and scifi. those are only for realistic fiction, often for young kids focusing on coming of age stories. i like those a lot, but i miss when i could enter fun new worlds.
