It's a slang term for when someone takes drugs or alcohol or similar things up their ass, usually so that they're stronger or take affect faster or just because it's fun.

I wouldn't recommend asking me more though, because I don't know a whole lot about it.

Or, at least, I don't know much about its safety and shit, so I'd prefer not to be considered anything remotely close to "educated" on the subject lol.
