17. What piece of writing are you most proud of?

i recently wrote a short story that's a love letter to the teeny tiny town in the outer banks where i spent every summer as a kid. it's about death and grief and the spot where the sound meets the open water and sweat and salt and riptides and it just came out PERFECT. i'm really, really happy with it, so i hope i'm able to sell it!

21. Do you listen to music as you write?

not usually! occasionally i'll listen to music that doesn't have words, but i can't be hearing words while i'm writing words. then i'll just sing along and nothing will ever get done!

28. Share a piece from one of your current WIPs!

ok yes! i shared a bunch of my oceans 11 fic the other day but i feel like it's the one that has bits that make the most sense out of context (plus it's the one i'm supposed to be working on right now lol so the doc is already open) here's a teeny tiny bit :)
