Sometimes when I'm vocalising my self doubt and my imposter syndrome my husband looks at me like I just said gravity isn't real or that I'm flat earther

Apparently me being stupid or failing my degree or being unworthy of love is as ridiculous as claiming the moon is a hologram

It's a face of feeling so outraged at how wrong I'm being that he's offended by it

So two things

1. This legitimately works better than anyone trying to reassure me with words because it makes me laugh and makes my self doubt seem on par with ridiculous conspiracy theories so much easier to dismiss

2. Shen Qingqiu definitely makes those faces whenever Luo Binghe post canon starts spiralling about how awful and unlovable he is

Like he wants to be soft and reassuring but the Peerless Cucumber inside wants to go a rant about Binghe being unloveable is the stupidest fucking thing he's ever heard of in his life

Binghe is being so wrong it's enraging

Bonus: this is actually why Mobei always looks mad around Shang Qinghua because what do you mean you're a lowly worthless servant? Why are you calling yourself stupid??? Why are you being so objectively wrong rn!?!

Well friends, as you can see over the years, the children are all grown and there really is no need for Darren & Indya Drake to hold on to the sprawling seaside mansion they've called home for a very long time. They've raised all their kids there and brought home their very first grandchildren there (and a new niece!). So its bittersweet as they begin to pack up all those memories and downsize for the next leg of the journey.

Some of you may remember every single one of those holiday cards lol its been a wild ride but as has always been the case, its been full of growth.

Happy Holidays to all my friends and I wish you all peace, joy, happiness, love and full bellies.
