Prologue Outfit Lineup

Plenty of text and images ahead, fair warning!

Alright so here we've got our main two wardrobes that show up in the prologue (Casual and Palace). The most eye-catching thing here is the sudden shift in colors between the Casual Wardrobe and the Palace Wardrobe, abruptly changing from a somewhat color-bombish ensemble to slightly more organized and succinct. Based on descriptions of how the MC's Masquerade outfit is meant to match their eyes, I took the blue-green-teal route for the outfits Nadia would've selected for Auric. (Not only does it match his eyes, but it also matches Muriel's Palace color scheme rather nicely hehe).

Here's the typical default outfit for early-story Auric and the one I've drawn him in the most here. The shawl around his arms doubles as a nice scarf or hood, very practical as well as colorful.

I love the idea of Auric wearing really soft and flowing clothes set over form-fitting ones, if you can't tell. This outfit isn't very extravagant or flashy, as Nadia was quick to figure out that Auric prefers comfort over appearance. Instead of being lavishly decorated, Nadia made sure the outfit was loose and made of some of the softest fabric available with the intention of trying to help him feel a little more at ease while staying at the palace.

Ignore Auric's distinct lack of toes here, lol. The bathrobe was pretty simple since the game follows a pretty standard style across the six main characters - flowing transparent fabric accented with metallic rims. Interestingly enough, THIS was the image where it finally clicked who Auric reminded me of. He has some resemblance to Valerius, don't you think? I'm playing with the idea that they might be related, it would be a fun addition to change up the prologue story just a bit.
