Pokemon AU wip!!!

So far I have 2 separate AUs in mind: one that follows canon more closely and one that doesn't, like a basic pokemon au (all pokemon listed were suggested from Instagram aside from Corviknight)

For the au that follows canon, what I have so far

Genesis: Delphox, Flapple, Corviknight

Angeal: Appletun and Boltound

For non canon compliant au I just want Angeal to be more malewife hGahjdhkHskd (smoliv, fidough, alcremie)

And then another idea I considered was that Angeal and Genesis both have a Vulpix/Ninetales, Angeal having the Alolan one but really it's Gillian's pokemon that Angeal happens to also take care of (and if they have Ninetales in the canon compliant au Angeal takes care of Ninetales up until Modelhiem)

Riella has a service pokemon. A Sylveon named Lyra that she hatched from an egg. Lyra's emotional support and also helps her handle panic attacks, harmful behaviors, and also dealing with Riella's own powers (yes those still exist here)

Remus is still a werewolf, specifically very Arcanine. He has a bunch of dog pokemon that just decided He Is Their Friend. They're a pack. Yes he's caught them in balls (for safety and with their insistence/consent) but they're usually out of them. This probably includes a Houndoom, Stoutland, a Lycanroc couple, a Boltound, and a Zorua who's just happy to be included.

Jaques didn't have any pokemon and refused to touch pokeballs for Obvious Reasons

There is a Pokemon Person fronting so we're considering a crossover again. I think the Toppats would definitely be very "Pokemon are sentient and should be treated as such". Probably leading in research on the matter. There's at least a few pokemon with official clan membership. Therapy mons are DEFINITELY a thing. Their vaults are guarded by dragons and ghosts.

They probably definitely have had contact with at least one legendary. Imagine if Jaques is just straight-up Giratina. It would somehow make more sense than him being Some Dude.

i have done 3 whole playthroughs of pokemon sword and shield (one of shield and 2 on sword) and here are my teams!!

i had tons of fun with these teams and with the games!!!! i might do another playthrough at some point for shield toom just cause these games are so fun!!!

Hey I finally got around to introducing my team! We just beat Nessa's gym.

First is Trix, my starter. I was lucky enough to get a female Scorbunny right off the bat, and I love her.

My second catch, and one of my best Pokes is Metaknight, the Corvisquire. I caught him as a Rookiedee on Route 2.

Third up is Badger, named after my dog. I caught him as a Zigzagoon on route 2, and while he was difficult to train at first, ever since he evolved into a Linoone and learned nightslash, he's become an invaluable member of the team.

Next is Winston, named after my uncle's Corgi. I caught him as a Yamper on route 2 and I didn't have to wait for him to evolve before he became useful. But now that he's evolved into a Boltound, he packs an even bigger punch. He got the finishing blow on Nessa's Dredgnaw.

And next we have Applebloom. I caught her in the wild area after I saw how frickin POWERFUL Mudbray is. (One tanked a watergun from my Chewtle and then stomped her into the ground). She hits hard and can take hits in turn.

And my newest addition is MuddyBuddy the Quagsire. I have always loved Quagsire and I was excited to find Wooper in the wild area, even though training him up to match the levels of the rest of the teams took forever. (I had to do a LOT of Maxraid battles to gather some rare candy and exp candy)
