The first post from 2025 it's a snake! (this is the year of the snake), soo I will talk about the second draw I did from Brazilian Folklore. Boitatá stay in the florest and k!ll people who made fire, some versions says he has many eyes in his body, or he actually is a bull, and he was a bad man who put fire in the florest and and as punishment turn into a snake. The first person who write about him was made for a priest in 1560.

Huītzilōpōchtli is the solar and war deity of sacrifice in Aztec religion. He was also the patron god of the Aztecs and their capital city, Tenochtitlan. He wielded Xiuhcoatl, the fire serpent, as a weapon, thus also associating Huitzilopochtli with fire. One origin story for him has him as one of four sibings, children of the creator couple Tōnacātēcuhtli and Tōnacācihuātl. His mother and father instructed him and his brother Quetzalcoatl to bring order to the world. Together, Huitzilopochtli and Quetzalcoatl created fire, the first male and female humans, the Earth, and the Sun.

Boitatá is the Brazilian equivalent of the will-o'-the-wisp. The name comes from the Old Tupi language and means "fiery serpent" (mboî tatá). Its great fiery eyes leave it almost blind by day, but by night, it can see everything. According to legend, Boi-tatá was a big serpent which survived a great deluge. A "boiguaçu" (cave anaconda) left its cave after the deluge and, in the dark, went through the fields preying on the animals and corpses, eating exclusively its favourite morsel, the eyes. The collected light from the eaten eyes gave boitatá its fiery gaze. [image credit]

The base of the outfit is a solid white to make the darker colors stand out, while the main getup is a torn up leather outfit with blue flames flickering all around it, with his gloves emitting streams of fire, as well as chain and spike motifs included. Plus, his shoes leave a trail of scorched earth wherever he goes, making him arguably formidable. The colors of this outfit are mainly a dark purple, which fades into a bright purple, which then starts fading into an electric blue as you reach the ends of the tailcoat, sleeves, and boots, with silver, white, and black to accent the outfit. The purple hyacinth’s petal shape can be seen in the tailcoat and sleeves.

Cuca(Whoever says she's a witch or a dragon, but she's also a bogeyman who likes to kidnap children);

Boitata(Also with different names. It is a protective spirit of the forests. I think it's cool, but it's really bad to face him since a simple look will drive you crazy.);
