Life is so busy, and... there was a magical incident just now, but... gotta do this right now. @bluheaven-adw and @imademigodwithalightningbolt will probably be the only ones to understand this apart from Jim... this was kinda funny (I personally blame Jim and his lying skills).

But... these all came from today.

6. Favorite episode from Trollhunters?

Oh no, how could I choose? I love season 1 the best, so you think I'd look there, but right now I'm going to say 3x10 "A House Divided." Nothing in it was imperfect. I loved every moment, and cry so much every time I watch it. It's soooooo GOOD!

11. Favorite dynamic?

I want to say Jim and Toby! Right now since I'm on 3Below I'm loving Aja and Krel, but honestly, how can you beat Jim and Toby? (Sorry, every other dynamic.) Crap, actually, now I'm thinking about Jim and Blinky. And I love Jlaire because they're so comfortable with each other. They hug because they want to, they show physical affection because they want to. They kiss because they want to. I just love the comfort with being around each other. It confuses me a bit since I've always been nervous about the physical part of dating, but that's why I love seeing it with them! Oh no, so how many dynamics is that? Four. Yeah, I'm bad at picking favorites.

22. Most relatable character?

Maybe Krel! I have a hard time relating to characters, but he loves music and science, which is... me. That was my biggest thing in high school, and still my two great loves. I'm also feeling Krel with the aro/ace showing through at times. I love him.

Only way I would accept Jim holding a cardboard sword is if he's messing with the props in the first season of Trollhunters. Just goofing off or pretend sword fight maybe even sneak Toby on set so they can duel each other.

Seeing Jim with a cardboard sword is just so.... inherently wrong and depressing. It should be Excalibur, or Daylight at the very least. I wish they had hinted that Excalibur and the new amulet stayed with him. What's the use of it being 'for the good of all' if it's not there on the other side?

Now I just want to write an AU where Deya just casually haunts Jim and only he could see her. Be more chaotic if it's before the events of Trollhunters with him being a kid at the time. She probably recognize Jim from his behavior as he acts the same way that oddball troll did way back then or he thinks he's a descendant/reincarnation.

After Wizards, knowing who Deya was makes me think about the implications of everyone who came after her. If, in the series, she was the first Trollhunter, then that means she was the one to set a precedent. Everyone after her was following her lead, which is kinda worrying because no one really liked Callista.

You might think that because she’s Deya the Deliverer and how she went down in history that she was well liked, but…

Jim literally killed Bular and almost all of Trollmarket was willing to turn on him at the drop of a hat. If we take that behavior and take it into account, there’s a large chance that she was pretty isolated even when they put her on a pedestal.

Why does this matter? What if her distance made every future Trollhunter believe that they had to work alone?

And what if she was killed by Angie Rot, so she couldn’t even go to the void to tell the other Trollhunters that she didn’t mean for it to be that way?

We have a soldier who is Jim, a poet who is Douxie and Krel who is a king. I had never drawn troll Jim before, I was afraid it would turn out bad. But I think the result is nice.

Thanks, I agree. I imagine Barbara was far more relieved when she heard about Merlin’s death than Jim. To her, the old Wizard corrupted her polite, responsible High School son and brought him on a dark path. To Jim, Merlin was the great mentor who shaped him into the warrior he is - no matter if he thought of him more as a “good” or a “bad” mentor in the end. If anything, Jim would keep any negative remarks between himself and Toby out of respect for Douxie.

Oh my gosh we never DID see Jim's reaction to Merlin's death did we O_O how did this completely fly over my head??? How do you think he reacted??? Not in memes, but genuinely???

You know.... I'd love to say he thought good riddance, but this is Jim we're talking about. Jim that is unbelievably forgiving at times, that makes friends of enemies, that cares too much, that cries and blames himself for every death and injury. So I would imagine he was sad and upset, especially since he unwittingly played a part in it (and sadly remembers everything he did while corrupted, though as if a bad dream), and because of Douxie and Merlin's relationship (as depicted... I know fandom is split on that). It probably weighs just as heavy as the loss of anyone else.

In my head though... it's totally the meme lol.
