A half smile tugged to his features as he watched you shuffle in place with a smile on your face. In your hands was your phone, which shook with your motions. You were happy about something- his guess was that you had found a movie that you really wanted to see.

It was date night for the two of you and you had decided to go to the movies. He had decided to let you pick whatever movie you had wanted. You heard that your favorite one had showings ready to watch and you were hoping to get tickets. This adorable display was the result of finding those tickets.

You quickly shuffled over to sit beside your lover with a large smile displayed on your features. Your sudden weight cause the couch cushion to bounce under you for a short moment. Even with that short time, you didn’t bother to wait for it to settle before passing CEO the phone.

While one hand took hold of your cellular device, your smaller hand took hold of his and gentle began shaking it within your own. It wasn’t something that bothered him, of course. Not at all. Actually, he found it cute! It was the reason he held a smile on his features as he read over the information on the movie you picked and the tickets. A four pm movie for two.

“Sounds perfect, sweetheart~!” He spoke so with a grin of his own, setting your phone on the coffee table on the opposite side of where you were. The click of the cellphone shutting off sounded in the air as he removed his hand to rest on his lap. The other still remained being shaken in your grasp. His response to the continued movement was to gently grasp your fingers.

He leaned forward towards you. “After the movie, I’ll take you to your favorite place to pick up some food on the way home. How’s that sound?” You didn’t even have to answer verbally as your eyes lit up and the speed of your shaking increased slightly. Being the expressive person you are, it was easy to see your excitement a mile away. “That’d be amazing!”

You sat up, finally letting his hand go to wrap your arms around him instead. “I can’t wait! Thank you, my little red glitter bottle~!” A chuckle emitted from him and you felt his arms slide around you as well. That nickname had taken a little while to get used to. Not because it was bad. He liked the nickname- it just had taken him by surprise the first time he heard it. It wasn’t something you’d often use as a nickname either.

He had asked you about the nickname when you had said it around the third or fourth time. Your answer mainly derived from the habit of holding onto him in some sort of fashion and shaking him. Most of the time, it was his arm or hand you would gently shake while he would speak to someone and you were clinging to his side. The nickname was something he adapted to with ease as you began to use it more.

“Of course~ Whatever makes you happy.” He looked over at you as you lifted your head. The smile remained on your face as he leaned in to peck your lips. “Why don’t you go get ready? We’ll leave in a little while to make it there.” His arms removed themselves from your waist and you stood up from the couch. You nodded enthusiastically, your feet lightly scuffing the ground.

CEO watched as you ran off to your shared bedroom, a loving smile adorning his features.

CEO is a..childish man but hey, he kinda knows his way around people! (i mean, you ended up being his best friend after all)

He either met you cause you work with him and Chauncey or at a bar. He usually only goes for drinks and not to meet people, plus he's too busy to be in a relationship!

Also,if you two are out shopping cause he has some time off he’s gonna buy you EVERYTHING you point out. No, it isn’t him buying your friendship he’s really only doing it cause he wants to see his only real friend smile! (which is rare coming from a man who acts like a man baby and somehow runs a huge company..)

You want some expensive earrings,shoes,or about anything? You can’t stop him from yapping his mouth as he grabs the item and drags you to pay for it.

Personal hype man- if you say your outfit is terrible he’d just make you look at him and say, “Listen bitch, you look amazing- now say you do!”. He won’t shut up till you say you look nice.

Also,if you’re going out he’s still gonna be a personal hype man,the man to say “You go bitch!” If you’re hitting it off with someone you met when you two go out. He can embarrass the fuck out of you for sure-

Funny enough,he can do makeup. He’s really good at it but only cause he’s sat in his bathroom and messed around with some makeup he bought but if you ask he’ll gladly do your makeup for you! He’ll sit you down and play a few random songs (*cough *pitbull *cough*) and just yap as he did your makeup.

My god he’s also protective about you- if someone broke up with you or cheated on you he’d be pissed. “Okay, what’s their address? I ain’t gonna hurt them just gonna have a chat..with a shotgun to the face! :D” But it's only cause he hates seeing you upset.

I bet he actually enjoys karaoke and always drags both you and Chauncey along! He’s decent at singing but..we don’t talk about it. Half the time he picks the songs and goes back and forth with you and lets you pick also! He doesn't care if you can’t sing,he would you rather try than say you can’t and if you actually can he can just lead,i mean he does love the spotlight at times-

He drags you out to about every trip/vacation he goes on unless you’re free! That goes with clubs also, he usually gets VIP stuff about every club he goes to, and once again he drags you along. CEO also understands if you’d rather stay in the private room while he goes out drinks like a idiot but half the time he’d sit with you and drink with you and talk about random things. He opens up a lot more when he’s drunk but don’t mention that to him.

You can talk to him about just about anything,hell he’s talkative but if you’re talking he’ll shush and listen to all your problems. He..also gives pretty decent advice on love and life but mostly life.

If you work with him or along with him he always asks Chauncey to bring an extra coffee and sometimes donuts. Chauncey actually prefers for you to be around him so he can do other important things but he doesn’t hate you at least.

CEO actually gets you two matching keychains and a lot of matching stuff. (the main ones are bracelets or jewelry-)

 He’s always there if you need comfort,if you call him randomly in the middle of the night cause you’re that upset he’ll be on his way and come over with a ton of snacks and some movies you two could watch. He even lets you hug him for as long as you need to,he isn’t used to people actually asking HIM for help like this but he tries!

He’s actually a great person to be around if you shove out the way he runs a company that’s known for child murder-

You shouldn’t have expected less from him. He always went above and beyond just for the sake of results when it came to his job- why wouldn’t he go the extra mile for a little date night surprise just for you? I mean, in his eyes, you deserve the best and only the best. What makes this occasion any different?

You had gotten home from work recently, as you always did around the later hours due to working the night shift. He told you to get a quick shower and to change into the nice fancy outfit he had laid out for you on your shared best. Meanwhile, he had been in the kitchen doing some last minute prep- or it has seemed that way.

What you weren’t expecting when you came out was a nice trail of white rose petals leading to the back door when you were done getting dressed. And as you stood at the door way, you were greeted with an amazingly beautiful sight.

Before you, there was a blanket laid out along the grass. Flowers of the purest white- more white roses to be specific- surrounded the perimeter, sitting in low pots in didn’t bouquets. On one edge of the blanket was a bucket of ice that held a bottle of champagne. Your lovable CEO laid on his side with his upper body propped up by his elbow. In his hands were two glasses of champagne; one was for you and the other was for himself.

He wore a smile at the mere sight of you. “Surprise, sweetheart~” The nickname alone caused your heart to flutter wildly in your chest, but the adoring tone he used to say it made your cheeks burn redder than his tie. You were pretty much breathless, smiling from ear to ear.

“This was the surprise you made for me?” A soft laugh meshed with your words out of pure giddiness. With the both of you being busy with work, there hasn’t been much time for the two of you to have a moment such as this to truly love and enjoy.

He sat up a little more as you made your way across the grass to him. When you reached his side, he placed down one of the champagne glasses to take your hand and guide you down to his side. “Here..” CEO passed you the glass he still held and placed a kiss on your cheek as he did so. Your delicate hands wrapped around the glass as you looked to him.

“When did you plan all of this out?” Curiosity clearly laced your voice as you looked at your lover. He only released a laugh. “For a little while now. I wanted to do something a little different for tonight. You see-“ He reached up and gently took your chin in his hands. The hold made you flush again in surprise, but when your head was tilted back, you were left in awe.

The stars completely covered every inch of the sky that night. The moon wasn’t bright, which allowed more to be seen from where you sat. To you, they were probably the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen. “I wanted you to see these tonight..” His voice spoke softly near your ear and his gentle grip released itself from your chin.

Your lips parted to speak, but you were speechless. Not for long, of course, but for the duration of your gaze settled on the stars up above. The sight was something CEO had adored. It had been a while since he had seen such an awestruck look on your face. It was cute.

It was a gentle pressure of another kiss on your cheek that snapped you from your daze, looking back at him. The loving smile on his face made your heart flutter once again. However, that was nothing compared to the feeling you got when he kissed your lips. It caused butterflies to swarm your stomach and your fingertips to feel light to the touch.

When you parted, you kept your forehead rested against his. “I love you, dear..” He murmured to you. You closed your eyes for a moment. “I love you too..” Your eyes opened again, pulling back and holding up the glass of champagne. “Thank you for this date..”

You held your glass up and he picked up his, hitting the rim to yours. “Of course, my love~”

Whenever you two sit down and eat you two just talk about random things- he’d talk about the company at times and then he’d listen to you talk. He’s so happy he can hear your voice as you ramble on about the things you like. You’re just so handsome whenever you talk about things you like!

If you end up getting a bit anxious about your body even if it’s just the two of you he’d just put his arms around you and give you small kisses on your shoulders. “No need to be so anxious,y/n! i’m never gonna judge you for how you look and no one else is either.”

Also,please remind him to put sunscreen on,the silly fucker forgets about shit like that-

Tbh you two just goof around the whole time,going into the ocean and playfully pushing each other,ect. (damn could y’all stop actually being a healthy couple </3)

After you two goof around you two sit at the little picnic again only to really eat some of the leftovers and get yourself dried off to head back home.

On the car ride home he’s just holding your hand as he’s driving,going on about how fun that was and he’d just do it again. Especially with his amazing boyfriend!
