Its December! Don't get me wrong, I'm terrified that its here again. I have 2 weeks of work left for the year, but hey, it also means its been a whole year since I posted about Christmas fics. So if I post now, I may also post another one before Christmas itself!

Set 15x20 didn’t happen AU.  Five years after it all Dean is still saving people but as a paramedic and once heaven was restructured Cas had become Death.  But they still miss each other and their friends conspire to try and make the upcoming Christmas the best ever for them both.

AU.  Cas runs a hotel in a town that turns into Christmasland every winter and this year’s musical guests are his son’s favourite band, who they briefly met after a show a month ago.  Since then he hasn’t been able to forget the singer Dean.  Looks like Dean hadn’t been able to forget him either.

bitter Blue did not provide any links to ~evidence that Misha was supposed to film the last five days, or Alex confirmed it, or how popular Destiel is.  None.  Nada.  No links in the endless diatribe.  Convenient right?  Just take her fanfiction for the God honest truth, lol.

bitter Blue says Dean is the real lead (Sam has been sidelined for years so much that Blue felt sorry for him, lol, sure she did) and that’s why Destiel is hella popular.  Except every readers know why I’ve said Sam is the main protagonist that is backed up his Q score that is the highest in the cast, Dean is the support protagonist, and Cas is irrelevant to rating.

bittre Blue says CW has tried and failed to capture the straight male audience for SPN.  Except SPN does have straight, male audience, the male to female demo is 50/50.  Other hellers have argued that SPN has too many straight male conservative viewers and that’s why Destiel has been squashed.  So, which is it?

See all the links I’ve provided?  It’s not hard, Bluey.  And shippers’ own census have repeatedly put Destiel at less than 1% of the general audience awareness.

bitter Blue even admits “if I look at it from a business perspective, it makes far more sense that the CW shut down Destiel”.  And that’s the core if it, business.  Fandom is a fraction of the the general audience who latched onto Sam’s story.  If he or Jared became unpopular then yes, the role of lead would have switched to Dean, but that never happened except for 2.5 out of 15 seasons.  Sam (and by extension, Jared) is well liked enough by the general audience that the network signed him for another show.

bitter Blue’s twitter handle is the same as her tumblr url so I gander over and of course her premature celebration over Walker’s failure ceased after Jan 21st and evaporatored to the ether, which she then wrote the eye-crossing conspriracy theory the following day to self sooth that she’s not a totally disillusion.

2. When was the last time you cried? Yesterday. All my troubles seemed so faaar away.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot? Yes, but I’m working on it. 

5. What’s the first thing you notice about people? Their attitude towards me and other people.

7. Scary movie or happy ending? I like stories where tragic events, pain, heartbreak etc. lead to a happy ending. But I can like almost anything, if it’s well done. I don’t think storytelling should be limited to one or another. Also, happy endings shouldn’t be considered inferior to tragedies. 

8. Any special talents? I’m pretty good at music, even though I rarely share it with other people. 

9. Where were you born? Rome

10. What are your hobbies? Watching TV, collecting old Beatles vinyls, playing piano and guitar, playing videogames, photography, editing crack vids and making gifs, writing poetry, wasting my life on my sofa. I used to draw a lot, but I’m not doing it anymore recently. 

11. Have any pets? Two cats. 

12. What sports have you or do you play? I played tennis, volleyball, and I used to swim. But I’m not an active person, at all. I’m not into sports. It’s usually my mother that convinces me to try out something, but I always drop it. I’m lazy.

Yep. Have been since 2015. I still use my old URL over there though. Its Bluestar86 on AO3.

Fair warning I'm not a fic writer. I have a couple of old Destiel fics that I posted years ago, and since then nada. I focus more on meta writing and critical analysis.

I would LOVE to get back into writing fanfic but I barely have the time to answer tumblr asks and post my Sandman meta as it is, and that is more interesting and fun for me that attempting to write fanfiction which I've never been very good at!

Yeah, same, I figured that out a while ago; apparently that blog blocks every other blog that is remotely Destiel related. 

Even nice Destiel blogs that never blog negative stuff and are Misha/Castiel fans. :p It so happened that today I saw Mandy make a post that she couldn’t reblog this, and a shitload of people reacted that they couldn’t reblog either, plenty of Destiel blogs in there that didn’t even have Destiel in their URL or aren’t ‘tumblr famous’, and they never even interacted with that blog, so I guess this tumblr user spends a lot of time browsing and blocking any and all blogs with even a flicker of Destiel content, lol!

But hey it’s whatever, it’s not you, it’s not any of us. :p

Oy, going to her twitter meltdown was a rabbit hole.  As for the 3 followers mentioned, I think they follow her for entertainment because of how extra wrong and mega dramatic she is. While you keep friend close, you keep enemies closer.  

Goob’s ‘information’ are not sourced unless it’s to her own fake baseball statistic cite, so everything she claims are fake data.  People are cottoning onto her fake source and fake data so she makes it her personal mission to sink Walker because she needs distract from her fake data by blaming Jared and his show for why Cas got killed off two episodes before the finale despite being more “popular than Sam” lol, why destiel didn’t become canon despite the writers tote wanted to but the ebee network wouldn’t allowed it and not because it makes absolutely no business sense for the network to spend $5 million on a finale to solely cater to a few thousand rabid shippers instead of the few million non-shipping bibros. I said here and here that her anti-Walker campaign was Dead on Arrival.  Now she moved on to pretending that her anti Walker campaign to save America from facism.  LOL too late, Biden is literally a meat puppet of Demon-crats.  

So anyways, Goob basically fell in love with her own “theory” aka fanfictions, which is the number 1 rule of not to do in the scientific community. Natually scientists still do fall in love with their own theories but the good ones will disavow if proven otherwise, as E.O Wilson did it for one of his evolution theories that broke the hearts of his fans who followed his work for 20 years and refuse to accept it. 

Now apparently she’s fighting with Bluestar whom I made fun of last week (X) for being wrong about everything about SPN (just like Goob, none of Bluey’s information was sourced or cited) and prematurely celebrating Walker failure only to go radio silent when it got good Nielsen ratings.  I almost want to know what caused the fight between Dumb and Dumber in the first place, but I think even they don’t know anymore.
