Pass the happy

I don’t normally do these kinds of things, but since the awesome @thecunningwife asked I’ll give it a go.

I’m supposed to list five things that make me happy wnd then pass it on. Here goes nothing!

1. Dogs — all dogs, of all persuasions, of any shape, size or tempermant. The sight of a dog immediately fills my heart with joy. They are the best of God’s creatures.

2. Crows — especially a whole murder of them gossiping away in a tree. Some people hate the sound of cawing crows. For me, nothing sounds more like magic and mystery. It’s a different kind of happy than seeing a dog. This one is more like all the cells in your body waking up at once.

3. The ocean — any ocean. Salt water makes my soul swell. When my boyfriend moved me to Brighton my best friend said, ‘Oh Fergus is good with the water.’ While it made me sound a bit like a puppy who likes splashing, truer words were never spoken.

4. Talking to anyone about something they truly love — my friend Matthew gets passionate about roundabouts. My boyfriend gets a special gleam in his eye talking about adaptive systems. My pseudo father in law will pontificate about 19th century Italian politics to anyone who’ll listen. I know nothing about these things, but I will gladly listen for hours.

5. Hey ya by Outkast. I dare you to listen to that song and not feel at least a little joy. I DARE YOU.

The next seasonal #bluemoon is August 22, 2021. To charge water, fill the bottle with cleanest water you have and place out under a blue moon. If you can't place outside, a window will do just fine. Use this charged water as you would #fullmoonwater, and even combined with it, to intensify your #fullmoonmagic.
