They went inside while others waited outside.

Jake : Well there is no point of sticking together. We have two surveillance room in our school. And we need to check both. Let's get divided.

Tia : I am going with Jake.

(Emma sighed)

Tia, Jake and Emma went upstairs. It was too dark.

Jake : Here we go. Tia, wait here and keep your eyes around. If you see any guard, just knock the door and hide yourself.

Tia : Me?! Emma can do it too. I will go with you.

Emma : I am regretting decision. ( Emma mumbled to herself)

Jake : Emma possess knowledge about computer. She can help me inside. So just stay here.

Inside the surveillance room,

Jake sat at the computer to delete the footage while Emma held the torch for him. They didn’t turn the lights on as security guards could see it. They almost finished their work when Tia knocked the door.

Emma : Oh no! Someone is here!

Jake : Wait a minute, it's almost done.

Emma : Hurry up!

Jake turn off the computer and they heard someone is opening the door. Emma pushed Jake to the bathroom and closed the door behind.

Emma : What now?! ( she whispered)

Jake : You are asking me?

Emma : C'mon, we can't afford fight now.

Jake saw two guard were looking around the room through the door gap.

Guard 1 : Look I told you, no one is here.

Guard 2 : But I thought I saw a flash.

Guard 1 : You must saw wrong.

Guard 2 : Maybe you are right. Let's go.

Guards left. Jake and Emma came out.

Jake : Now let's get out of here.

They were about to left when they heard the door again. They hide themselve below the desk.

Emma : Jake?

Jake : What?

Emma : There is something on my feet. I am gonna scream!

Jake : Don't you dare! ( He pressed Emma's mouth as she was about to scream. She grab his shirt tightly and closed her eyes out of scared.)

Tia : Jake? Emma?

Jake : Is it Tia?

Jake came out and helped Emma. She was still frightened.

Jake : We are here.

Tia turned her torch to them and screamed a bit.

Tia : What the heck you guys were doing there?! ( Jake's shirt and Emma's hair both were quite unsteady. Also they were under the desk together it all seemed suspicious)

Emma : Are you nuts? We will get caught.

Tia : I am nuts here now? What were you guys were doing there?

Emma : Of course we were hiding!

Tia : Hiding?! In this state!

Jake : What are you implying to?!

Tia : Just look at your shirt and her hairs. You both....

Emma : What?! Are you really out of your mind!

Tia : Yeah I am!

Jake pulled Emma outside.

Jake : No need to argue with her.

Tia : Jake!

Tia shrugged out of frustration then followed them.

Next morning, Jake sat at his regular place. Emma arrived at class but sat at another place a bit far from Jake. Jake expected her to sit with him as she always sit at the first row. Emma didn’t talk to him either. They left their bags on the desk and came out for morning assembly. By the last of the assembly their Principal started to talk over the microphone. He stated how some students escaped from school. And of course, how their evidence got disappeared. The whole time this group of criminals were looking at each other. Jake was looking at Emma but she was looking straight. She knew his gaze is following her but she controlled herself to not look at him.

During the break time, Jake hurried to catch her. She ignored him the whole time. But he didn’t know where is she.

Jake : Liona!

Liona : Yes?

Jake : Did you see Emma?

Liona : I am also looking for her. She seemed to be really shut from last night. Is everything okay?

Jake : I will go to find her then..

Liona : C'mon, answer me at least!

Jake found Emma inside their music class. Emma was playing the piano.

Jake : Emma!

Her heart skipped a beat as he called her. But she didn’t look at him. Jake came forward by himself.

Jake : Why are you ignoring me?

Emma : Mhm...I am not ignoring you Jake. I just don't want any trouble.

Jake : Am I creating problem in your life?

Emma : Hey no! But the way Tia reacted..

Jake : She is an idiot! How can you take her so seriously?!

Emma : Should I ask you something?

Jake : Yes?

Emma : Liona said you don't get along with girls much. I also noticed that. But somehow you are different with me.

Jake : To be honest... I also don't know, but you are different. Things with you seems different.

Emma : ....

Jake held her both hand.

Jake : And that's why, I can't afford to lose you.

Emma : I promise Jake, you won't lose me. I won't let that happen.

Emma leaded him to the piano. She started to play a tune for him. He was sitting next to her enjoying the tune. But it seemed he mainly enjoyed the view in front of him.

After a few days, Emma and Liona were having a walk after their extra class. Jake and Mark didn’t come. Suddenly Liona's phone beeps and she blushed while looking at her phone.

Emma : Who is it? You are blushing Liona!

Emma : You got yourself a boyfriend?! Who is he?!

Liona : Mhm...

Emma : C'mom, just say the name!

Liona : It's Mark.

Emma almost chocked her breath.

Emma : What!! Impossible! You both used to hate each other!

Liona : Before we did. But now it seems we... ( She blushed)

Emma : I don't think, I am the right person here to judge.

Another day at school,

Liona was sitting on the swing while Mark was taking her photo. Emma was busy on her phone while Jake was solving some question. He had a glance at Liona and Mark and sighed.

Jake : They both are...

Emma : These lovebirds are out of line now.( Emma role her eyes at them)

That's when Hannah approached.

Hannah : Jake! Emma!

Jake : Yes?

Hannah : Your class teacher called you guys

Liona and Mark came over.

Liona : For what?

Hannah : Who knows? But he wasn’t look so happy.

Mark : Did you guys done something wrong? I mean again?

Emma looks at Jake remembering how they both broke their lab equipment last day.

Jake : Let us go and see.

After a few days, there was a monitor selection. With the majority vote Jake, Mark and Emma were selected as monitors.

The same day, they had a sports class.

Liona : Man, this teacher literally hates us. I wish I could skip this class..

Jake : Liona, Mark we are getting late. Let's go.

Liona : Oh god Jake! How could you even tolerate him?

Jake : He is our teacher Liona. What can we even do? Do you want us to run away?

Emma : Now that's an idea!

Mark : What?

Emma : Let's bunk the class!

Liona and Mark : Great idea!

Jake : More like hell idea! Are you nuts?! Do you have any idea what will happen if we get catch?

Emma : Oh please Jake..

Tia : You guys are planning to bunk the class?! (Shouted from behind.) I will complain to sir right now!

Mark, Liona went and grabed her.

Liona : What are you doing? C'mon you also don't want to attend this class.

Tia, Mark and Liona continued their argument.

Emma : Jake, why don't you convince her?

Jake : Why should I? I am not supporting your plan.

Emma roled her eyes.

Emma : But did you realize if you don’t support us, you will also be in trouble. Coz we all are together here.

Jake looks at Emma and let out a sigh.

Jake : Fine.

Jake : Tia!

Tia : Jake?

Jake : Please don't tell anyone about it.Please.

Tia : Okay Jake, just for you.(looking at Emma). But you guys have to include me in your plan.

Jake wanted to say something but Emma held his hand. Tia looked at Jake's hand with a anger in her eyes.

Emma : Of course.

Jake pulls Emma aside which made Tia on fire.

Jake : What of course?! We aren’t doing this.

Emma : Of course we are! C'mon Jake life isn't all about stay in rule and be a good boy. We need some moments to remember when we will become aged and weak.

Jake looks at the girl. She is looking incredibly beautiful now.Before realising his own words Jake said "Yes" to her.

Emma : Okay guys. First we will go to the class and enroll our name. We will come out once everyone will get busy with their own exercise.

They went to the class and enrolled their name and then came outside one by one.

Tia : Now what?! There are surveillance camera everywhere.

Liona : and security too!

Mark : Let's go through the backside gate.

Liona : Yeah. Tht surveillance camera isn't working and there isn't any security too.

They came to the back side and were about to leave when Richy, Jessy,Cleo,Phil, Dan and Hannah approach.

Jake : What are you guys are doing here?!

Phil : Same thing what you are doing now.

Jake : Excuse us?!

Phil : We are not baby bro. We can understand your terms.

Emma : Shut up Phil! We need to get out now.

Hannah : True and before someone come after us!

Richy : Oh no! This gate is locked.

Dan : How about jump over the wall?

Cleo : Well, you guys must help girls ( while rolling her eyes)

Phil : Oh sure!

Jake : Bastard! (Jake mumbles)

Boys came out first and then waited to hold girls. Liona came first. Mark and Jake held her. Then all girls came one by one. Jessy climbed the wall and then started to cry as she saw the height.

Tia : What are you doing? Just jump!

Jessy : No! It's too high.

Tia : Oh god! Such a coward.

Emma : Tia! Can't you show some sympathy? Why aren’t you boys helping her?

Richy : Yeah.

Richy, Phil and Dan helped her to get down. Tia climbed the wall and ask Jake to help but he didn’t. Mark was about to help her but Liona brushed him off. So even unwillingly she took Phil's help. Last one was Emma. Phil was really looking forward to help her. But Emma said she can manage. But when she was about to jump she lost her balance. Fortunately Jake was exactly in the place. He held her. Tia was shocked and angry at the same time.

Jake : Are you okay?

Emma : Yeah.. ( she said yes but she couldn’t stand properly.)

Hannah : Jake, she can't even move her leg. Please carry her.

Jake : Me?!

Tia : Why will Jake carry her?!

Phil : I don't thing he is capable of. Lemme do it.

Phil approached to Emma but Jake already lifted her.

Jake : No need. I can help her.

Emma : You don't have to. I am fine.

Jake : You can't even move your feet.

Emma : I can Jake, I swear I can.Please put me down.

Jake carefully helped her to stand.

Dan : Now what? We aren’t going home right?

Phil : Of course not. Let's go and watch a movie.

Jake : I am going to the cyber cafe.

Phil : Of course. These normal life doesn’t suit you anyway.

Emma : Sorry guys, I can't join you.

Tia : I will go with Jake.

Jake : You don't know anything about computer. They won't let you relax there.

Tia and rest of the team went for movie. Emma followed Jake.

Emma : Will it be a problem if I join you?

Jake : Of course not.

In cyber cafe, Jake checked his phone and it's 5:15. Emma was focused on her computer.

Suddenly Jessy rushed there.

Emma : Jessy! What happened?

Jessy : We are gonna dead guys!

Jake : Can you relax a bit and tell us what happened?

Jessy : Phil went with some girl. So I was going home alone. That's when I saw Mr. Smith. He was talking to our Principle. He claimed to see some students were escaping through the backside gate..

Jake : What!... Look, that's why I asked you to not.

Emma : Wait Jake! First listen her.

Jessy : Fortunately he didn’t saw our face. But Sir was saying that the backside surveillance camera was on today.

Emma : But it was broken, wasn’t it?

Jessy : They fixed it without our knowledge. He said, he will check the surveillance camera tomorrow at the first place and find out who were those students.

Jake : Shit! Now what?!

Emma : We must delete the footage.

Jessy : Jake, I heard from Hannah that you are good at hacking. Can't you hack into school computer?

Jake : I can. But I don't think one night is enough for that.

Emma : Then we have only option left.

Jake : Not again Emma!

Emma : You know that's the only option.. C'mon Jake...

Jake : Since I am already with you.I have no other option...

Jessy : Wait wait, what are you guys talking about?!

Jake : She is planning to break into the school at night.

Jessy : Woah...

Emma : We don't have any alternative. Let's inform others to meet us at school entrance at 9:00 pm.

Coz of Emma's plan Jake had to stay at his father's place. He already told Hannah everything. It was an unfortunate for Jake that Lilly also got to know their plan. She started crying and screaming to go with them. In order to keep her shut they had to took her along. At the road she started to pull Jake's leg.

Lilly : Emma is pretty, isn't she? ( looking at Hannah)

Jake rolled his eyes at Lilly.

Hannah : Of course she is and quite smart too.

Jake : And you are also joining her Hannah?

Hannah : Well, the way you held her today I can't deny the flame between you. ( she winked).

Emma and others were already at school entrance when they reached.

Tia : Why is Lilly with you?

Hannah : To ensure she doesn’t tell anyone about our plan.

Emma : Ok, lets just get inside. We don't have much time.

Mark : What about this security guy?

Liona : Lilly can help us with this.

Lilly : Me?

Liona : Go to him and pretend that you are lost.

Richy : Wait, he will call the police then.

Dan : Can't we guys just go thorough the same way we ran from?

Cleo : That would be best.

They came to the backside gate.

Emma : Well, there is no need for all to go inside. Jake, I, Phil and Cleo will go inside. Rest of you just stay here and keep your eyes peeled.

Tia : Wait! I will go too!

Jake : We aren’t going for a picnic.

Tia : Still I wanna go!

Emma : Okay fine! Don't scream now!
