Before I get into the list, I feel like I should establish my basis for calling someone an "Evil Ranger".

No-Brainers: Some are obvious. Psycho Rangers? Duh. Koragg? Obviously. Some teams have "Evil" in their official names. These get in without question.

Clones: Evil robot doubles, shapeshifting monsters, literal clones. These get in only if they have the Rangers' powers.

Brainwashed!: Also body swaps. If they get a new form when they're brainwashed, they're in. If not, save it for the Ranger tournaments.

Evil? Rangers?: Some characters have debatable moral/Ranger status, so they come down to personal taste. If any characters make it in who you think shouldn't, vote them out.

A couple "close enough"s: After listing everyone I thought should definitely count, I had just shy of a clean 64, so I included a few edge cases. Again, if you disagree about whether they count, vote them out.
