11. Morning kisses that are exchanged before either person opens their eyes, kissing blindly until their lips meet in a blissful encounter. With Blue ^-^ (Maybe we beat the kids on waking up early XD)

Some little person had pulled down your bedroom curtains. Not a big deal--it was an accident and nobody got hurt--but you hadn't had the energy before bed to put them back up and now you were regretting it.

"Too bright," you mumbled, rolling over and burying your face in Blue's chest.

"Sorry," he whispered to you. He kissed the top of your head, down your face and finally managed to find your lips. As he kissed you, you heard a ping, followed by vague rustling sounds and a few bangs.

"What's that?" you asked between kisses.

"Nothing." More kisses. More bangs. Then a slight clatter, and the room dimmed considerably. "Got it!" Blue sat up triumphantly.

"Got what?" You sat up as well and opened your eyes. You looked over at the window. "They're backwards, love," you said with a giggle.

"Not too bad for doing it blind." Blue beamed. A flick of his fingers pulled the curtains off and turned them around again, settling them the right way. "Now, how many kisses do you think we can get in before the little ones join us?"

"I say we try to beat our record," you said with a grin, and got started.

Some superheroes from an OC jam with Jeganzero. One of my favorite parts of superhero settings is how they get to have demons and wizards existing simultaneously with space aliens and cyborgs.

Blue was sneak attacking you! You'd told him you needed half an hour to get some work done on the computer. He'd fussed about it, complaining that this was your first kid-free Saturday in months, but you'd put your foot down. It was just going to be half an hour.

Apparently, your husband couldn't wait! He kept sneaking up behind you, pressing a kiss to the top of your head or your cheek or your neck, and then running off before you could do anything but squeak and jump.

"Stop that!" you called after him after the fourth time he did it. "You're just going to make this take longer!"

Your only answer was a snicker, followed by another sneak attack kiss.

"I'm going to get you for this!" you grumbled. "You just wait."

"I'm tired of waiting." Suddenly he was right there, right next to you, with his eye lights glowing and a look on your face that made your heart flutter in your chest. You didn't even protest when he leaned in and kissed you on the lips. "Please say your work can wait," he breathed into your ear.

"It can wait...." you managed, and you let him scoop you up and carry you away.
