The poster's artwork was created by three legends: Rick Griffin, Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley. ...legend has it the 600 little renditions in the backdrop were cut up and used by some LSD dealers as 'acid blotters' to distribute doses.

Oh my god I've just made the stupidest thing but it works so well...

I needed a blotter because it's too nerve-wracking to dab at my calligraphy with a piece of paper towel and too annoying to close a page on it since it needs to be done basically every word, but I don't wanna buy a blotter cause I'm broke. So I taped a doubled up piece of paper towel to my water bottle and rolled it like a rolling pin over my page and... it works amazingly well.

Hoping someone else might see this and save some money. You've just got to be careful you don't get ink on the tape because it will deposit it back on the paper, but if you only tape from the very edges of the paper towel that shouldn't be a problem.
