I can't help but feel that the ultimate plot twist of Lost Records: Bloom and Rage will be tied to the fact that we don't get to see what adult Swann looks like.

I got Bloom and Rage yesterday, I finished Tape 1 today, and I hurt my own feelings by putting that see you in hell sticker on the picture of Swann and Kat. I swear I didn't know I just thought she'd like it 😭

Anyway I've completely fallen for these girls and their stories, I can't wait to play Tape 2. Until then I'm going to pretend Kat got all better, grew up, and by the end of the game they'll be a happy polycule. I'm sure that's a realistic thing to wish for lol

It's kinda fucked up how I simultaneously need Tape 2 already and also dread it. Like I wanna know how it ends but I know it will destroy me and I want to live in the liminal space where everything can be potentially okay.

Someone said that they found out Kat from Bloom and Rage had leukemia and went back to romance Nora instead because there was no point in romancing Kat. And like...I am absolutely doing another playthrough where I romance Kat. Bite me.

do you think Kat will be alive in 2022 considering…

Here's the thing, I feel like it would be too obvious and anticlimactic if she was "just" dead and too contrived/convenient if she had miraculously survived to her forties.

That's why I'm agreeing with a lot of current theories that Kat is alive/dead... with a catch. The Abyss has to have something to do with it, especially because it appears after Kat performs the blood ritual, all the girls specifically made wishes about their futures when they first see it, and it's proven to have some supernatural effect on them and the world/people around them.

Tape 1 ended before adult Swann, Nora, and Autumn could reflect on their memories of the concert and Kat's breakdown and collapse. It could be possible they forgot that Kat was sick at all, or the severity of her illness was fuzzy in their memories, and Tape 2 begins with the adult women reliving that realization. Then, the rest of Kat's illness (and life) could be determinant based on your choices.

Like she was hitting it off with Autumn since the moment they met, naturally. Autumn is literally so cool, and she’s sooooooo gorgeous in the adult timeline. But then Nora is hilarious and I feel like Swann can come out of her shell more when they interact.

Also, idk if it’s because Kat looks 12, but she was giving kid sister vibes even tho im pretty sure she and Swann are the same age. So I totally ship them platonically.

Anywho, this game is sooooo stinkin cute and I actually runny nose cried during the montage bonding scene. I miss being a stupid kid and playing in the dirt and in the woods and making blood curses with my girlies 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
