I was never good at the game, but I can turn the cast into horses
When I was a Little kid I had an entire MLP au of bloodborne
Because, well why not
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Starting off with father gascoigne, Alfred, and elieen
Translating their outfits for horses is oddly hard :3
More info of the au
Currently under process as I am reimagining my initial au when I was a kid and updating it so not all factions have been considered
This also is written as if you already know bloodborne lore sorry <:3
The beasts are either going to be changelings or Timberwolves
I'm leaning on Timberwolves and letting changelings be vilebloods
The hunters like gascoigne has their bodies change as they develop more beast like tendencies, their own skin becoming raw bark connected to their muscle tissue, and slowly becoming nonsensical as they contort into these beast forms
Gascoigne can take advantage of this as his hooves are much stronger as flesh becomes tough like tree trunks
Alfred being a vileblood hunter, being a Pegasus is a benefit to him as the changelings are fast and he needs to catch up to them. Though he himself is a changeling, he just doesn't know (this was a huge theory that me and my brother came up with while he played the game, not a cannon thing) he's a sweetheart though, but he acts like the complete opposite when hunting , crazed and almost bloodthirsty in his own righteousness to save people he couldn't protect
Eileen is a hunter of hunters here to kill off and hunters that are becoming beasts, like gascoigne, though it is difficult for her to kill him as they are friends. Eventually it is an inevitable end of their story. Though she is a Pegasus with hollow bones and much older than when she began, she is a very good fighter a killer of many beasts

Soooo, I've not posted anything in a long while, so I decided to share these sketches I have of an au that's just a meeting of my two current brainrots: Ghostsoap and Bloodborne.
In this au, Simon is a hunter, specifically one of the crow hunters, but instead of wearing a crow mask he wears the skull of the first hunter he killed who had subcombed to the beast plague. His cloak and clothes are inspired heavily by Elieen the Crow because I really liked the outfit for him; not pictured here but Ghost also uses the Blades of Mercy.
Soap is a beast, specifically a blood starved beast of old Yharnam. I also took some design aspects from the cleric beast for Soap here, hence why that torso shot has him standing more upright than a blood starved beast would. I tried to carry over Soap's facial features into his beast form here, I don’t know how well I did but I am proud of how he came out, he looks just a gaunt and generally starved as I imagined for him. I really want to hug him though, he looks so exhausted and sad.
I am obsessing a bit with this au so I'll likely ramble some more when I refine these sketches and slap on some color. Feel free to ask me questions though!

This is a Bloodborne sequel concept Old one Boss, I came up with for the VaatiVidya’s Bloodborne II contest! I was not in the winner video he made but I had a ton of fun making this creature! You can read on its abilities near the illustrations, I wrote them in a way that I feel like it’d be presented in the game.
A little more info on the Bloodborne art:
The idea for this boss stemmed from the fact that Bloodborne, unlike other souls games, lacked aerial enemies and tag team bosses. My idea was to have a two phase boss, starting with Chorister Bardhylli (Bar-thule-lee) alone. During the battle he'll be beckoning the lesser Great One Peregrinus with his bell and once his health reaches half, there would be a cut scene of the great one gliding into the arena through a tear in space. The Chorister and the Great One would then have seperate life bars.
I created Peregrinus after reading about the flying creature in Lovecraft's short story "The Festival'', I wanted to honor the Lovecraftian roots of Bloodborne and thought it'd be the perfect monster to base the lesser Great One on. Peregrinus is a mixture of bat, spider, arctiine moth and rhamphorhyncus. Its head shape is inspired by the bows of ancient Greek triremes. Peregrinus' name is latin for "traveler" or "foreigner ".
I’ll be posting Chorister Bardhylli soon, so be on the look out for him too !

Eileen is by far my favourite character in Bloodborne (along with Maria and Gehrman). So here is my interpretation of how she looks under her mask.

Fun fact: Bloodborne is one of my FAVORITE games. even though I still haven’t beaten it myself so here’s some fanart I did of The Doll last year, she’s not my favorite character but she was a good guinea pig when I was trying out different styles of drawing/shading. Elieen the crow is my number one wifu

The world of Skyrim has been telling recent tales of a large crow man simply known as Blackbird, a being of unknown origins usually followed by a spirit or two. He wanders around the vast world of Skyrim, searching for what? Who knows. Maybe he just wants to take a stroll.
Okay, yes, I got a Bloodborne armor mod and made myself look like...what’s her face, Elieen? It was the closest thing I could find to my wandering death god ;w;
REGARDLESS, join me and the bae as we wander the world and discover various things (while also praying my internet doesn’t cRAP OUT).

Fashionborne anon: it’s funny, for people in the game that are obsessed with eyes and “seeing” they’re blind to the fact that their attempts at deifying themselves have lead the misfortunes they have today. Also what’s the difference between all of the organizations in blood borne?
Everyone is essentially just different flavors of the same kind of crazy. The Old Hunters butchered Kos at the Fishing Hamlet under the guise of benevolence set by Byrgenwerth, leading to them disbanding and/or killing themselves and the fishing village to be cursed forever. The Old Hunters did this begrudgingly though. Byrgenwerth and the Chior were obsessed with eye gouging in order to ‘see’. They were responsible for abducting children and performing experiments on them. The human experiments are all seen as you climb the Astral Clocktower in the Old Hunters DLC. This was the main reason Lady Maria killed herself. Byrgenwerth and the Choir(Byrgewerth’s) enforcers) have major beef with the school of Mensis and the Scholars. The School of Mensis, headed by the fanatic Micolash, has a more destructive approach to enlightenment than Byrgenwerth. Byrgenwerth forbade tampering with the blood they found in ancient Pthumeru, Mensis instead insisted on using it, but for their own benefit. Some form of population cleansing is the end game here. They have dirtied their hands with Pthumerian blood rituals. This is evident when you encounter the One Reborn as there are Pthumerian bell maidens surrounding the arena, and also why there are Pthumerian sack snatchers who abduct people and take them to Yahar’gul. On the other hand, there’s also the one guy who defected from Byrgenwerth, Laurence, who created the Church. They’re the ones who generally keep check on Yharnam, employ new hunters, and administer blood to the common folk and foreigners who come to Yharnam. The Church heads consisted of vicars, clerics, the church hunters commanded by Ludwig, and the Church’s S.W.A.T. enforcers, the Executioners. The Executioners are more ruthless, and are commanded by Martyr Logarius(Alfred’s mentor). They also have major beef with the Cainhurst Vilebloods, as the Church is obsessed with blood purity and the Vilebloods are essentially direct descendants of the Phumerians(you know, being albinos and all even without the same height). They really are just Phumerians. The Church is responsible for calling them Vilebloods. Kinda begs the question also, why the fuck was Martyr Logarius an Executioner? He was of Pthumerian descent. And now that I think about it though, the Vilebloods in present day Yharnam seem to actually be the most normal people in Bloodborne. Queen Annalise doesn’t really bother anyone. And they’re a dying race. They’re just waiting to be wiped out. Maybe…well except for the Crow of Cainhurst(Eileen’s old partner), that dude went blood hungry, that’s why Elieen was in pursuit of him. And etc, etc, the other smaller groups just branch out from the same base problem. The thing all these people don’t realize is, they’re using the same fucking blood they found in ancient Pthumeru all those years ago when Byrgenwerth started their bullshit. I guess everybody just wilfuly became stupid. I mean people do stupid things just because of ambition, anyway.

Father Gascoigne and Henryk, a piece I made for my dear friend @b9rambling’s bday a while ago! I was super excited to make my first official “finished” Bloodborne fan art because it’s definitely one of my favorite games of all time. Gascoigne and Henryk’s relationship is one of the most intriguing (and sad!) part of the game , though many characters caused me pain ! Can you anyone guess the painting the pose is inspired by?

This is the other half of the Bloodborne sequel concept that I came up with for the VaatiVidya Bloodborne II contest, Chorister Bardhylli (Pronounced Bar-thule-lee) alone. is the one who beckons the lesser Great one Peregrinus and they become a tag team boss! You can read some info on him on the sheets, it’s written in the style of how I believe the game would present it.
So for Chorister Bardhylli’s role in the battle:
He’d be the first phase of the overall battle. Once he summons Peregrinus, I wanted sound to play a large role in the mechanics of the battle. Throughout the battle the different rings of the Chorister's bell would be used by the player to predict attacks from the Great One. The Great One would be phasing in and out of the arena similar to the snakes during the Shadows of Yharnam fight. I also wanted the Chorister's Censer Star to have a deceptively long range much like the Abyss watchers sword during their second phase. His weapon "extends" when the incense is burning inside of it. The lingering mist deals Arcane damage when fighting him only during the first phase and after as well!
After the first phase battle with Chorister Bardhylli, The player would then have to choose between focusing on Chorister Bardhylli or Peregrinus knowing that each strategy has its pros and cons. The Chorister has less health and isn't as fast but by removing him the player loses important sound cues against the Great One. Peregrinus is a larger target and has an obvious weak spot (the head) but by ignoring Chorister Bardhylli it leaves him open to healing or buffing the Great One.
Fun facts about Chorister Bardhylli:
Chorister Bardhylli is named after an Illyrian king and also means "White star" in Albanian, I wanted to keep the Eastern European feel to his name similar to the other npcs of the series.
