i wanted to draw mira gurjin rian for valentines day but ehm... i wasnt able to draw them accurately enough bc i didnt have time to study them so ill draw them at some other point 😔 so for now im just sticking 2 my roots; happy dads + baby deet

this is off topic but i wanted 2 share this screenshot that i've just been staring at and thinking abt constantly for actual days, i missed it the first few times i rewatched the deet scenes for mitjan/lath'n references BUT at the very beginning of episode 1, u can see them asleep in the corner and im just 😭😭

i just found this forgotten deet sketch in the middle of a random file, i gave up on it bc i was rly struggling w her features + esp the hair 😔 but it's nice to put it here anyway like that first mitjan painting i did because then we can look back and see improvement (hopefully??? 💀)

ngl i think i'll practice deet after i can more confidently draw her dads cuz imagine the cute fluffy power i can hold if i can draw the whole family together

some say that if you look really closely you Might see bobb'n but idk i think its a myth

hi today i relearned why i hate acrylics ❤️ but i think it could still be a cute piece so im gonna put it into csp and try to fix it up digitally

today i redesigned altima (again)

etching done, hopefully the print will come out nicely on tuesday, there's a few tears on the edges (and mitjan's braid turned into artist license supreme bc of the tears 😭) but I'll just pray really hard

im rly grateful for all the support recently on my gelfling doodles, I wasn't expecting them to be seen at all 😭 dark crystal has always been my fav movie since I was a smol bloo but I could never rly get the hang of drawing any of the characters in it until I finally brought myself to watch age of resistance (I regret putting it off cuz it was actually rly good) and then studied them a bit more. i hope to keep making gelfling content bc I rly love the subtle challenge their designs bring and I'm obsessed w the show 😔
