admittedly I'm not the hugest fan of Masato but! I do think the shared timeline is very funny and they shoulda met in game I woulda lost my mind 👁️👄👁️ because I'm a sap for minedai, I think it'd be p funny for Mine to be absolutely hostile @ Masato, knowing he possibly had the oh so dreamy time of painting's Daigo's nails and browsing his blog of darkness that I assume he has

As stalkery as Piki Black gets towards and about Jack Sickle in numerous NDU stories, that's nowhere near as bad as what happens between my human!AU Mike and my human!AU Spamton in CALL SIGNS.

And since CALL SIGNS crosses over with NDU in-universe, I'm wondering whether I should have Spamton recognize the similarities and differences between his situation and Jack's, and have that realization years later lead to him being instrumental in reuniting Piki and Jack.

Character Design Teaser!

Our protagonist, Richard, is more than a little fashion conscious. Despite being the leader of the Church of Mercy (and under obligation to wear a whole lot of garish gold), his heart lies with the God of Vengeance, who is represented by the color black (among many other things)! This is a sneak peek at Richard's character design, with him in the robes of a priest of Vengeance to the left, and with his clothes underneath to the right.

Getting the designs down for every character in my game is going to be so much fun, before handing these off to our sprite artist! (So of course this is subject to a little change.) Richard's design is especially important, given that the Godlike powers you use in the game change his appearance. You will get to see a reflection of the choices you've made through his sprite, and consequently, he will have the most art in the game!

I will be making 13 silhouettes like this, one for each character that will have a sprite in Catalyst: Blind Faith, and all as teasers. Members of my Patreon get to see the full character designs very early. I will also be releasing a wallpaper when all of the character concepts are done with all of these silhouettes together!

Next up with these silhouettes will be the real hero of our story: Ray, Richard's service dog. I'll probably be releasing these once every two weeks or so, but if you would like updates on the art process as our team is working on it, feel free to check out the Catalyst Discord too!

Kyokai cups his cheeks and gives him a soft morning kiss and snuggles into his arms “good morning my precious sunshine~”

The Oni smiles into the kiss, and, of course reciprocates it. It'd be silly not to, given that the two of them were together and all. He'd wrap his arms around Kyokai's smaller frame and hug him pretty tightly. Once the kiss was ended, he'd grin at the other before deciding it was time to pepper the albino's face with little kisses, simply because he COULD.

"G'mornin' baby, how'd you sleep? Good, I hope."

He'd behave himself for the time being, which wasn't too surprising within the confines of their bedroom. Though, there were times where the Oni was a menace to his mate, not that Kyokai ever complained about that.
