Part 8 of Kissartfebruary challenge by @violettenouvel , and back once more with the purple space kitties!! This was a lot of fun to do exploring the different ways to express affection through kisses and I had a lot of fun! This is what I have.

First was day 19, God they are such cheesy romantics, makes you wanna yell "OMG, GET A ROOM!!!!". But back with the tooth rotting sweetness of the space kitties being precious. It is proven that kisses are just as effective on the "Neck(back)", not just front, so give love where it is due!

Second was Day 20, and the question stands. Am I gonna continue drawing an older couple being cheesy af and still madly in love? Yes. Yes I am. Had to draw Duram and Aeryn again, and I don't care what anyone says, true love can withstand even against the testaments of time. I'd say they exchange kisses on the "cheek" daily.

Third, It's Moira's turn to make someone a blushing mess... Ulaz is usually the calm collected type, and Moira is the shyer of the pair, but she can have her moments of confidence. "Ears" are the most sensitive part, so it makes one a little nervous from the embarrassment.

Last and final drawing of them for the challenge is Day 26, Ulaz and Moira are back once more. Years ago I drew an angsty pic of their last farewell where Moira gave him a kiss on the "forehead" to wish him luck. So kinda redrew it again. Hope ya like and stay tuned

 I think it is about high time I introduced something I have been planning on for a very long while.  This will be my first attempt at a comic, and of course, I had wanted to make a Voltron Legendary Defender Fan made comic.  I have already started working on the first few pages, but this is the Official cover so far.  For those who are interested, I must warn a few things ahead of time.  All canon characters and references used in this comic from VLD rightfully belong to their producers Dreamworks and Netflix.  I will not take credit for that.  On the other hand, their will be a VLD oc in this comic, my Galra oc by the name of Moira who is one of the main characters in this short comic. (Also the title, it is borrowed for humor purposes only.  Do not relate this to the Tom cruise movies) Another warning, this is my first attempt at a comic, so I will apologize ahead of time for any mess ups or shitty coloring.....Srsly, give this gal some slack. For those who are curious about the plot, here's the short nutshell of it.  Sent on a seemingly simple mission by the higher ups, both Ulaz and Moira arrive on a  planet inhabited only by a secluded Galran empire base, with instructions to extract important information for the Blade of Marmora.  If proven successful, return to base as soon as possible.  Simple right?  At least that was what they thought before that very base was mysteriously put on high lock down, making it near impossible to infiltrate.   With nothing but improvisation, they weigh their options.  Return empty handed and call it a day.....or just wing it and pull a suicidal attempt to get in by using a more dangerous means to do so...........Things are never that simple. Day 19:  Meeting in a Dream

[30 Day Self Ship Challenge]

I cheated again with this one, oops. It’s an actual dream I had, one of the first Kolivan dreams I had, actually. The only thing changed is the name of the scientist keeping Elise hostage... in my dream, it was Moira from Overwatch.

As the virtual reality simulation ended, the pain in her legs began to dull slightly. She could not move them in the cramped pod, could barely breath in it, so the muscles began hurting again soon enough. How long had she been in there by now? Long enough that her legs were useless, it felt like.

Trying to turn her head, she was able to just barely see out of the small pane of glass near the left side of her face. As always, the room beyond was white and cold looking, bright florescent lights making everything sharp and casting strange shadows on those who worked nearby. No one was watching her, too involved in the results of her latest game, so she allowed her mind to continue catching details. There wasn’t exactly a lot to do when you were stuck in a dark pod.

Seeing the explosion of light left her confused, as she had heard nothing, but the sight of a cloaked figure rushing in, blade awakened and already slicing down the scientists in the room brought her hope. It didn’t make sense, but she didn’t care – it was too much of a joy to see the Blade of Marmora rushing to her pod. When had she seen them last? It felt like so, so long ago…

Time fizzled against her mind, leaving her wincing in pain; something must have damaged her pod, or perhaps Honerva had done something to her on purpose. Either way, she lost track of events, hearing nothing but ringing and the eventual hiss of her pod opening, the decompressed air leaving her vision swirling.

Someone was saying something, and she faintly recognized the word “ok” before being picked up bridal style. Compared to the large arms that held her as though she were a child’s doll, she was small. With only one arm, the blade member was able to hold her tightly to his chest while he used his other hand to defend them in their escape. Fur was tickling her cheek, and she sighed, snuggling into the chest with ease. It felt safe; it felt like home.

“You’re going to be okay. You’re safe now.” The voice was familiar, deep and rumbling, and she felt her heart leap. Looking up, she smiled at the stoic and worried face of Kolivan before wrapping her arms around her neck. Though she said nothing, she knew he understood, because he held her tighter, with both arms now, and nuzzled her face. He was almost purring, but held back; she could feel his chest trying to vibrate.

Reaching up slightly, she buried her hands in the tufts of fur by his ears, feeling the scratchy-soft warmth and scratching them in thanks. He knew how much she adored touching his ears.

The way home was long, but that was alright; being carried in his embrace was more than soothing. At some point, he had taken off his robe, and the fur of his exposed arms was soft as it tickled her back and sides. He was so strong, his hands so welcoming, that she nearly fell asleep.

When he deposited her onto a medical cot, she could barely keep her eyes open. Her warm, fuzzy smile gazed up at him, and she was rewarded with a true treat – Kolivan smiled down at her. It was full of relief, and so small, but it softened his features in the best ways, and she felt her soul ring in harmony. He was smiling at her. She was so blessed. She loved him.

He stayed with her until she fell asleep, talking with the others that would sometimes come into her room. The whole while, though, he smiled at her, petting her hair and smelling like home.

Summary: It isn’t easy being the only human in the Galra Empire. After Shiro’s human father and Galra stepmother leave he and his half-Galra brother, Keith, to fend for themselves, Shiro resorts to the worst-case scenario time and time again to survive. More pieces for the Kissartfebruary challenge by @violettenouvel , featuring more Voltron OC shenanigans! The days are mixed a little but here is the list

First is Day 5: Stolen with Duram and Aeryn. A moment in their younger years, when the pirate had successfully "Stolen" the Doctor's heart.

Ulaz and Moira are back for Day 8: Shy in the second piece. Moira can be quite shy when it comes to helping out someone close to her, and rather than put her on the spot, best to say nothing and accept the gift.

Third is Day 11: Interrupted which is basically the meme "Why do I hear boss music?" Once more with Younger Ulaz and Moira shenanigans with a surprise feature of Duram the ever watchful father. I don't think he took too kindly to finding out that his daughter is involved with some young Galran trainee he is teaching to be a medic, even if he knows he has good intentions. Aeryn tells him to give some space, but Duram can't help the protective nature, and he would be damned before he gives up his duties as a father. So no problems with "Interrupting" their quality time by keeping an eye on them.

Ulaz belongs to Voltron franchise

Wanted to try the kissartfebruary challenge on Instagram by @violettenouvel , so started the first three days with my Voltron OCS. First was literally "First" with Ulaz and Moira in their young days. Miscommunication played a big part in confessions, and so one has to take initiative to get the message across. Cue an awkward exchange.

Second was "Sleepy" and so chose to draw Duram and Aeryn. Love can be expressed in the smallest of gestures, even if the other is too busy sleeping to notice.

Third was "Worship" which was tricky but did the two again being that one cheesy yet wholesome, romantic couple. Words of Encouragement are a big factor in a lasting relationship, and Aeryn is more than willing to give worship to her beloved. (Believe it or not, she fell for him first)

Finally finished Moira's family, and boy is it a doozy.🤣😂. Big file quality too, so here's the run down

Aeryn- Moira's mother

A former space pirate in her younger years, she met Duram by chance before he was part of the Blade of Marmora (A Chief Medic/Scientist in the Galra Empire), and started a family with one another once she retired and became a civilian. She does not look her age due to quintessence and her healthy lifestyle, but has two adult children. Vareth her eldest son, and Moira as the second born daughter. They have a couple more children down the line, but haven't been named yet.

Vareth- Moira's Older brother

The Firstborn son of Duram and Aeryn, was raised at a young age to be loyal to the Empire even if his father was starting to wane from the cause. He was too young at the time to understand what the Empire truly was, being in the academy due to the forced enrollment process of Galran children during Zarkon's early rule, and so did not know better when his father disappeared from the ranks, soon followed by Aeryn leaving him at the academy. Because of this he has a deep seeded hatred to his family and saw no choice but to become a great soldier to the Emperor. He rises the ranks to become a leiutenant to Throk, but later renounces the empire in a series of events caused by Moira. Long story but he ends up seeing the light later.

Duram- Moira's Father

The Stern, and often grumpy head Medic of the Blade of Marmora. Was a former Medic and scientist to the Empire, but after he and others like Kolivan saw the folly in Zarkon's tyranny, eventually abandoned the cause and formed the Blade of Marmora. Considered one of it's founding members, does not actively go out on sabotage/spy missions but is invaluable in providing the training structure, rules, and medicine to his fellow blades. Personally trained Ulaz and acts as advisor/mentor to other members, and is currently training a new successor to take his place once the War is over.
