7. Lincolnshire Posy: II. — Composed by Percy Grainger, Performed by the Dallas Wind Symphony

It’s been on my mind lately that I had a lot of these Spotify song requests that I finished and never got around to posting, so I’m gonna try to chip away at posting these over the next few weeks! BUT Hi Ghost :] It’s so funny this was the song you ended up getting the number for; I had actually listened to it on loop during the deepest trenches of ranchers brainrot however many months ago, so I’m really happy I ended up being able to draw something for them!! <3 This is also the part where I expose myself for being an unashamed band kid =w= Grainger’s one of my favorite composers, so I listen to his works a lot and couldn’t help associating the really soft hopeful horns with this kind of healing period for the ranchers ;w;

I probably won’t ever really go into the details of the m-1 server’s overall plot, but I think the general vibe for m-1 ranchers is that these little moments of soft sunlight and healing bones were some of the most needed for them, so that’s why scenes like this always stand out in my mind <3 Context aside though, I think m-1 ranchers are just super sweet so!! figured I’d Full-Send share this soft doodle of them :]

no thoughts, just getting ready for dinner at a restaurant with your boyfriends art and patrick. three of you took the bathroom at the same time because you are inseparable just wanted to save your time! you’re doing your full skincare routine, applying a face mask in front of the mirror, while art is taking a shower, and patrick is shaving next to you, occasionally nudging you with his elbows and then immediately pretending that he did nothing wrong </3 he’ll probably start whining about not being able to kiss you because of this gross blue thing on your face (when art gets out of the shower, you put the same mask on his face and patrick is literally having withdrawals)

then you’ll be doing your makeup in your bedroom, sitting on the bed with your makeup products spread all over the mattress, while art is sitting on the floor with his back against the bedside table, looking at you with unconcealed adoration in his eyes, because you’re so pretty when you’re doing your makeup, occasionally frowning or slightly opening your mouth when you’re putting mascara on. you ask him which lipstick suits you best, and he tries his hardest to choose the prettiest, looking through your lipsticks and lip glosses. when patrick enters the room with two martinis in his hands, he just immediately says that red color is the best (because it looks so good on art’s pale chest, obviously. zweig always thinks ahead)

music is playing from the living room, while patrick is wandering around your shared apartment, looking for his cufflinks, just because you’ve insisted that he should wear them tonight, and it’s not like he can resist you when you’re ordering him to do something while putting rings on your delicate fingers, already having your prettiest underwear on.

later art and patrick will help each other button their freshly ironed white shirts, and then they’ll practically start fighting over who’ll zip your dress up (patrick ends up doing it, because ‘come on man, it’s my turn today’, but you’ll let art help you with your shoes, because he doesn’t want to feel left out!)

as always, you dinner will be perfect, and you’ll be flirting with each other without a single shred of shame in your bodies, probably making people at the next table blush, but who cares? you’re drunk and in love, and dishes are so delicious </3

by the time you make it to your apartment, your red lipstick is already all over the collars of their shirts 💋

Guardian Daemon AU where a peace-loving witch at the end of her rope makes one last attempt to save herself by summoning a daemon & the daemon she ultimately made a pact with was from the faction of wrath. Instead of seeking revenge on those who wronged her, she just wants to flee & travel the world - much to the daemon's chagrin. While the daemon tries to get her to give in to her inner wrath, he unknowingly falls in love with her & even starts becoming more human, losing his daemonic powers.

"Who knew a daemon's first kiss would feel so chaste?" she teases 🤭💋😈
