So of course while I'm trying to multitask filming on my instagram story and make black bean burgers the first batch gets slightly burnt ha ha. Anyway I really want to make an effort to check in with you guys more often using instagram stories. I feel like it'll be a lot easier for me because tbh I don't have time to sit and film a video every week (as you can tell from the huge amt of time between videos). I truly embrace the commonly used phrase " 1 step forward and 3 steps back" I feel that it really defines the journeys in life. Everyone's journey, no matter the goal can be defined within the simple words of that phrase. Personally, the second I make the final "step forward" I embrace it! Because it only had meant that those " 3 steps back" was worth all the hard, time consuming, soul daunting, sweat dripping work.
