headcanon:

virgil is a SUPER light sleeper. remus is a SUPER heavy sleeper, but he can’t sleep without cuddling something.

they sleep in separate rooms. remus usually has a pillow or something huddled close. virgil suffers really bad insomnia and night terrors so sometimes he’ll sneak into remus’s room, remove the pillow and replace it with himself instead in order to feel safe enough to fall asleep again.

and because remus has two brain cells he genuinely thinks that the tooth fairy or some shit is transforming the pillow into his boyfriend and he’s absolutely dumbfounded ever time he wakes up 😭
