Grace Chasity and Lex Foster know each other from school. Lex says Grace is an annoying nerdy prude, and Grace says Lex is a rule breaking stoner.

Yet whenever Ethan can't, Lex takes Hannah to the Chasitys' for Grace to babysit her (because Grace would never babysit in Pamela's house).

Grace likes Hannah. She believes it's her influence on that child that's protecting her from ending up like her sister.

After npmd, Hannah refuses to be babysat by Grace. She keeps saying Grace is the witch out of the web. Lex is frustrated, but Ethan tells her not to force Hannah, Grace is weird enough to actually be a witch, what with all her dates dying of "allegedly" natural causes. They joke about her sucking their souls.
