Special Unit 2 AU

Do any of you know the TV series: Special Unit 2? It was a rather short lived series (1 or 2 seasons I believe, before they canned it) which honestly wasn't great, but its premise would lend itself well for a SH AU fic (with Malec. Always Malec.) It's basically Men in Black but with mythtical creatures instead of aliens. A secret police force that is tasked with keeping the existence of fantastical beings out of the public eye, and take care of the malicious ones that try to threaten others. While most of the detectives making up the police force were human, they did work together with non-humans as well. So, Alec and his siblings have been working in the special unit for a few years, Magnus is a warlock who is an ally of the department and often works with them (immortality optional, but as usual, I prefer for Alec and Magnus to have the same lifespan. Be that a mortal, or immortal one. But my poor heart can't stand the thought of one having to inevitably go on without the other), and Clary (and/or Simon) themselves law enforcement, stumble upon this hidden world and get ensnared in it.
