Manny Jacinto: It's a crime that he's not cast as a male romantic lead in rom coms. He was so talented in the acolyte and he deserved the same career Glen Powell has. It's a crime he's not in more projects as a lead

Rege Jean Page: he's born in 1988 but I had to include him as he deserved the same roles and opportunities as his co worker Jonathan Bailey. He still deserves a career outside of bridgerton

Caleb McLaughlin: It's very telling how he's not in a lot of other projects (major blockbusters) out of the rest of the young and mostly white cast in stranger things

Ncuti Gatwa (he deserves the same appreciation and opportunities David Tennant and Matt Smith got post Doctor Who)

one thing that bothers me about the bridgerton fandom, esp on tiktok, is how bitter and entitled people get about regé-jean leaving the show. the number of times i've seen people ask where his "big fancy career" that he left to pursue is (often with that exact phrase), and how many people essentially call him an idiot or selfish for leaving. like first of all- he's had work! not of the same profile but he's hardly disappeared from the screen. second of all, is a man not allowed to quit his job? like jesus.

i miss simon, too, but his story was wrapped up, and, as we saw with daphne, the writers don't always know what to do with a character whose romance arc is done. it's fine to be sad regé-jean left the show, but i hate how pissy and antagonistic people get about it.
