Black Clover chapter 322 reaction and spoilers
I’m glad that Nacht is backing Asta up in the fight not only because it’s clear that Asta is probably going to pass out again sooner than later, but I like the shift in modern Jump to adults taking more responsibility for the teenagers in their care in these situations. Not because the teenagers are babies or anything but like how when you teach high school they’re kids who are in your care that you’re responsible for.
So Ram Horns name is Adrammelech, which has several contexts. The most likely context is as one of two gods of Sephravaim, which was a city captured by the Assyrians according to The Book of Kings. In the Talmud, it’s said that Adrammelech resembles an ass. In Paradise Lost, Adrammelech is a fallen angel. In the Infernal Dictionary, Adrammelech holds a couple of top governmental positions and supervises Satan's wardrobe, so if Luciferio here is meant to represent Satan, which he probably is, then this is basically like a president of the United States rolling up to battle with Tim Gunn who would rather roast him than fight so far. What’s interesting here is typically Adrammelech has mule characteristics in depictions but Tabata chose horns more like a ram, so that might indicate that this supreme devil isn’t actually Adrammelech but masquerading as such for who knows what reason or perhaps just an aesthetic choice since all devils have horns.
I think it’s interesting that Adrammelech interprets Mereoleona’s body beginning to falter as a mana limit problem rather than any spell Luciferio could do. It also is very significant because Mereoleona seems to have access to the greatest amount of mana out of any other human character, so if she’s hitting her limit, this is very, very dire.
Yami appears wielding a sword made from wood (likely Vangeance’s doing). Luciferio’s attack doesn’t break the sword, so I’m suspecting that since Yami and Vangeance’s combined magic was a key to unlocking the wege, they might also be able to fight Luciferio to some extent by combining their magic together. I’m not sure how much of a tide it could turn, but it does fit one of the scenarios I could see playing out where the reason we get repeated foreshadowing of Yami dying but not Vangeance is that Yami’s going to die in battle.
I’m also curious if Adrammelech showing up is partially to do with the fact while defeating Luciferio would take care of the worst problem, if the wege are open and are letting devils into the living world, then there are even bigger challenges to face in finding these devils and defeating them. Adrammelech’s probably only here to watch Luciferio get his butt kicked and then Adrammelech might just go elsewhere in the living world instead of confront the humans here directly.

BLACK CLOVER CHAPTER 322 LEAKS
YALL ARE IN FOR A TREAT
NACH JOINS IN BECAUSE HE REALISES THAT ASTA GOING IN ALONE IS STUPID, FULL STOP
Tumblr media
SOMEONE WITH BRAINCELLS, THANK YOU
MEANWHILE LUCIFERO IS DEALING WITH MEREO AND YUNO
Tumblr media
CONTINUOUSLY
AND HES SICK OF IT
Tumblr media
At this point man has tunnel vision for Asta's blood
EVERYONE GIVE A WARM WELCOME TO ANDRAMELECH, THE SHEER GRAVITATIONAL PULL OF HIS BALLS IS OUTMATCHED ONLY BY LUCIFERO'S AUDACITY
Tumblr media
"Watching Lucifero-san fight is much more fun, haha" NO BECAUSE THAT SOUNDS SO PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE??? "You started this shit, you finish it, I ain't touching nobody."
Tumblr media
MEREO IS LOSING MAGIC FAST, WE NEED A TIE BREAKER
ENTER NACHTS NEW FORM
Tumblr media Tumblr media
THE BEHEADER....
Tumblr media
NACHT NO, STOP IT WITH YOUR SUICIDAL TENDECIES, YOU AINT GOING TO HEAVEN EITHER
Tumblr media
AT LEAST TRY TO DODGE, OR HAVE MORGENS HOLY SPIRIT GUIDE YOU TO SAFETY
MORGEN IN HEAVING CRYING REAL JESUS TEARS RN
Tumblr media
Okay so there's two things in this spread I wanna go off on and
1) Yami seems to be holding a wooden sword, likely curtesy of William which means Patri and William ARE alive!
2) this page probably showcases Yami's regret of not having been there when Morgen went on the mission that killed him. The parallel of Nacht "sacrificing" himself so that Asta lands that last blow and Morgen sacrificing himself to stop the ritual puts not only Nacht in Morgen's shoes but also gives Yami the chance of "what would you do if you had been there?" Which likely haunted him for a WHILE. So while Yami couldn't save Morgen, he can give Morgen peace by saving Nacht (either as penance for not saving him or because Morgen's "you understand my brother better" initially gave Yami the idea to keep Nacht safe in Morgen's stead)
Love this shit honestly. We're pulling for the Father, the son, the Holy ghost team up for next chapter. Its wild
