Thoughts and Opinions!

Hi! I decided to start watching BM pro-shots and sharing my thoughts on them! Hope you enjoy, and that it inspires you to check out some of their earlier shows!

So let’s begin!

I feel like this a show that truly encapsulates this era of BABYMETAL. From the set, the set-list, the costumes, and the performance!

Not to mention the crowd full of energy. The set starts with a bit of lore introducing Su, Yui & Moa, then we get Megitsune with them walking in kimonos with fox masks across the large stage with the red bridges. One of the most iconic babymetal stages in my opinion.

The red bridges, the three arches in the back. A neat detail I noticed is that only the center one lit up during the Su solos, and the two other ones on the left and right lit up during Black Babymetal songs.

The technical details aside, we follow up with iine! , Awadama Fever, and then it’s a fantastic performance of Akatsuki followed by Onedari Daisakusen.

Overall, the main standout is the staging, it just makes for some great moments. Babymetal running across the bridges as they address the crowd.

I would highly recommend watching this great performance that is one of my personal favorites from the red costume era!
