More on Katsuki "the rest of our lives" Bakugou someday being the wedding planning husband with a vision for a flawless wedding;

Imagine it would be some years into their careers as heroes, or Katsuki in particular being a Pro Hero, and Izuku his partner.

they've probably started an Agency together(which again, I headcanon would be with a heavy emphasis on rehabilitation and improved Quirk therapy for children, and hires the most Quirkless population and has Quirkless Hero/support development programs for youth as well as adults.

And of course, the media begins to talk and speculate about their status. The "partners or lovers??" Debates start getting published. Candid photos of them on their casual days sprout up in the news cycles.

I feel like they would either decide to elope, or Katsuki would "give those chatty bastards something to talk about" and plan the most exquisite wedding he possibly could.

As sort of a "yes, we ARE married and you WISH your wedding was as good as the number 1 hero Duo Dynamight and Deku's!!"

Like imagine the media reporting on Katsuki Bakugou, AKA the no. 1 hero Dynamight, secretively planning "something" and then one day all of a sudden he releases the images and videos of himself and Izuku being wed.

His parents hook him up with some high end magazines to do a piece/photoshoot featuring their wedding.

And it's all secretive until after it's already happened bc katsuki DOESNT want a high profile thing with a bunch of media swarming them the day of, he doesn't invite anyone unless they truly matter to the couple and the families involved! But after the fact, the media can eat their damn hearts out and know they missed out on one of the most famous pairs in modern Hero society getting married. They are in a state of chaos about it for a few weeks and Katsuki definitely laughs about it knowing that he kept the most intimate parts of his ceremony private.

The media of course gashes their teeth and tries to speculate about what they don't get to see, and how they could have missed this opportunity of the century.

But like when it comes to the planning and the services used and the flowers and cake and fashion, Katsuki is open and proud bc he knows he chose the best.

And the couples photos that he approves for the media to see? Immaculate. Izuku smiling and beaming so brightly, and Katsuki looking at him with that "you are my entire world" fondness.

Okay, but imagine this...

It's the final episode of Mha. It all ended happily, the war is over, SFO was defeated, and new couples have formed in class 1-A now 2-A.

It's a satisfying bittersweet ending, and at the end, instead of the typical anime ending theme playing, "Don't go breaking my heart," Sung by Elton John and Kiki Dee, starts playing and watercolor illustrations and manga panels showing some of our favorite moments comes on screen.

But as it goes on, we see our favorite chaotic class grow up and go on to become world rekowned pro-heroes, we see Izuku and Katsuki officially become the "Wonder Duo" and the symbols of Victory and Hope.

We see certain people in the class who became couples, get engaged, move into a house or apartment together, get married, and have the cutest kids ever!

We see Deku cry (Bakugou sheds a few tears himself) when he and Bakugou are awarded the honor of being the #1 Hero(s) and are handed a trophy or award of some sort.

We also probably get some pictures of horikoshi and his assistants being silly, and credit going to them, and the team working on the anime, its all very emotional for us fans.

At the end of the song, it goes into an ending scene with one of the couples kids not having their quirk yet, and two of the adults discussing it, saying "He's probably just a late bloomer and there's notjing to worry about" or something like that. Then it cuts to the kid playing with the other couples' kids, playing hide and seek.

The kid is hiding when suddenly his hands begin to glow, when suddenly he gets found and we cut back to the adults, and one of the kids running up to them saying " 'Whoever the parent of the kid is', 'kids name' is doing such and such to 'this kid' " the adults eyes widen and they run over to where the kids to put a stop to whatever is going on.

The one adult looks at the kid's parent, "Doesn't have a quirk, huh?," and the parent is just like "Yep"

And we end with a chaotic freeze frame panel of the adults trying to stop the kid, and some of the other kids are crying and running over to their other parents and pointing at the kid who just got his quirk, there's probably fire and stuff exploding.

It's just pure chaos, as we cut to the final credits, and the most popular mha opening plays that has all the fans in their rooms, schools, offices, and homes, singing along.

(Also, yes. I was imagining Bakudeku for a lot of this stuff, especially that last bit. Just imagine Bakugou yelling after his kid who just discoverd their quirk, with Kirishima trying to help Bakugou catch them, while all the other kids go and cry to their shocked and worried "mommas" 😂 It would be so fricken cute and chaotic)

my favorite thing Horikoshi did was shipping especially with Ochako and Deku. It was just a high school crush, he could have gone to Naruto route, but he didn’t. SHES A BADASS BITCH AND SHE KNOWS IT.

off topic, but Personally I headcanon she dates someone like Toga in the future, villain quirk, blonde, weird humor.

I really appreciate how ambiguous it is, this is the best case scenario to me cause I feel like if people want to interpret izuocha or bkdk or whatever they can, but any other ships are on the table too

bakugou for the character ask game?

Truly the teenage boy, shonen deuteragonist, love interest coded, gay asshole, of all time.

My first impression - Woah I did not understand why people were so into this guy. Like I get it, he's a flawed and loud pretty boy, he gets character development, and probably gay, but seriously him??? His mouth is so fucking foul and he is so up his ass. - I was meh with this character, enjoyed him in fan content, but just did not get why people were sooo into this guy.

My impression now - I cried in "Light Fades To Rain". Twice. - My god his growth...his will, his persistence, and by god his love for Izuku is so ridiculous and powerful I just cannot help but admire the little shithead. - He is also a lot more to me than I expected, with the whole "foul mouth shit", "high expectations bullshit", "violent urges", and "dedicating your whole life and love to someone you love and admire" and that...that makes me feel quite conflicted.

Favorite thing about that character - The thing about Bakugou is that...you just cannot help but wish you had the same kind of persistence, strength, will, and power that he does. I love how all this is initially so shallow and selfish, then grows to wanting to be a better and truer hero. He really learns and changes and is just an unstoppable force of nature, it's genuinely incredible and beautiful to watch.

Least favorite thing - I wished that the overall writing did go harder in making him stop bad-mouthing people and...everything so much. You can tell he did grow to respect and care for people around him more, but by gods he is sooo bad at communicating his feelings right now. (tbf, he is so fucking young and traumatized) - Also, really please stop hitting people. I get a knee-jerk reaction to that kind of physical violence sometimes ngl.

Favorite line/scene - There are so many. I already mentioned his death in "Light Fades to Rain" so I'll mention a different one - Team Bakugou in Class A vs B was so goddamn good, for being a monumental milestone of his character. How much he trusted his teammates and put himself in danger to save others, winning in the end. No injuries, no failures, truly a perfect beautiful victory. How he also pushes Deku to keep getting better afterwards in his usual constipated-ass language too. Man I just love that battle to death.

Favorite interaction that character has with another - (me pulling out scenes that aren't bkdk centered here hahaha) - I fucking LOVED the Bakugou vs Ochako fight. It made me love Ochako so so much as a kid. I really wished we had a follow-up to that battle, and it genuinely changed my life. - I love how it really shows just how focused and rational he is in battle. How he truly respects his opponents, Ochako in this case, and the sports festival really establishes so much about him.

A character that I wish that character would interact with more - Speaking of which...OCHAKO VS BAKUGO 2 COME ONNNN - There is SO MUCH these two need to talk about. How to save people, who they want to save, who saved them, never underestimating each other, how they changed and grew. I just love these two characters to bits, that's why I need them to FIGHT AND TALK SO BADDDD - Additional: Also Toga (see my post on Toga right before this one lmao), Shoto (because I still don't really get their friendship but its hilarious, and I love Shoto)

Another character from another fandom that reminds me of that character - I legit cannot think of anything here...like for Toga...I am so sorry my brain is blanking T__T - It's hard to be a massive anger-issue filled, victory-focused, die for their lover (twice), amazing chef, all at once, kinda guy...you know?

A headcanon about that character - I am a believer in trans!fem Bakugo in the future. He's so ridiculously angry for some reason, voice always cracking, and just on-edge for some reason. Idk I just think its hilarious and satisfying if he transed his gender in the future and became happier and more comfortable.

An unpopular opinion about that character - Like Toga, he actually isn't possessive. I think he quite well understands and accepts that Izuku is a very loving person that many people are easily drawn to (I mean, he'd be a hypocrite if he didn't understand that). - He is protective instead of possessive. He keeps an eye out for anything and anyone who could possibly actually hurt Izuku, but he doesn't hold him back at all in hanging around with others, and when other people fall for Izuku either. - He is actually quite skinny, and doesn't have the big thick buff guy build. Those go to Izuku and Iida more imo.

Favorite picture - I never really thought of this much??? I love art of him being softer, more solemn, quiet and contemplative even. I guess I'll go pick out some favs right now...

they at first don't recognize each other because LOOK IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE THEY MET EACH OTHER and deku used to wear glasses. he got laser eye surgery not too long ago though so he doesn't wear glasses anymore. also they're like in their 30s

deku is the first to recognize kacchan though because, i mean, of course he would! he's kacchan! but probably after the alcohol wears off or begins to wear off and they chat a bit and realize they have a lot of memories in common...

deku will still be the first to kiss, but kacchan is the one who asks

Also MHA spoilers if you're not up to date with the manga, although is just a headcanon. Poor Dynamight stiff and in pain after coming back to life an dbattling AFO, found by Deku after the battle, he probably couldn't move his arm I'm sure it hurts, but Izuku still reaches out for his hand... not the best time to do it though.

If I ever work a better version of this, it'll be digital.

I'm not really into the OT3 (not hated, but just kind of neutral most of the time) but one of my favorite future headcanons is that Shouto has an unquestioned place in BKDK's home and lives. There's always a chair for him at their table, a guest room for when he's sick or injured or just too tired to go home, and a pair of fiercely loyal and supportive best friends in his corner. Even if he's not in the relationship, Katsuki and Izuku will make sure that Shouto never feels lonely and unloved again.

izuku doesn't have to be like 99,99% AFO in dfo theory. Izuku looks exactly like his mom, he's like a spitting image of inko and Inko looks like Nana shimura. Most important characters in BnHA takes after their moms, after all. I don't think in few years later, Izuku will turn to look like AFO when he's already looked like his mom in his current age (17 years old), which means, his facial shape like nose, eyes, jaw wouldn't be suddenly changed from a cute boy to a manlier man than bakugo. Afterall, most adults in MHA physically don't change too much from their high school era. Izuku will grow and be taller but he will still exactly look like Inko.

But i know maybe you'll think I read MHA will eyes closed for not believing in your headcanon even when I like dfo theory, and say with long essay why your headcanon is most accurate, which makes you not different from dekachan.

Please what??? I dont care what you believe izuku will look like in the future and I would never harass people for not believing in my dfo headcanons! Im absolutely aware that my personal headcanons have a big chance to not become canon and thats fine! I never said that izuku will look exactly like his father, so from where did you take that from?? Yes the class a kids all come more after their mothers, including izuku, but that doesnt mean izuku hasnt inherited anything from his father, for example inkos hair is straight, izukus is not. Inkos hair is dark green, izukus is not. So no izuku is not an spitting image of inko but he does look a lot like her! Literally the ONLY thing I said is that the younger afo gets the more he looks like izuku including their nose and that COULD mean that izuku will grow a huge nose like his dad! Because that would be hilarious in my eyes, that doesnt mean I believe that will be the case! In my eyes izuku is a perfect mix between his parents.

Stop putting words into my mouth I havent said, right now YOU are the one here who is trying to start an argument and attacked me, despite that I dont even care if people dont believe in dfo as long as they dont harass me or other dfo fans for liking it! So if I were you, I would look in the mirror first before I compare others with dekakchan. And what the hell has dekakchan to do with that anyway? As far as Im aware she isnt a dfo fan and unlike her I dont bully other people (including minors) for not agreeing with my headcanons and theorys, go to their blogs and posts and attack them. BkDk queer headcanons (I might be projecting a bit, cause I like these unhinged gremlins so sue me!)

Tw: mentions of transphobia, gender dysphoria and homophobia, is very brief tho

-Izuku Midoriya (Trans male, Demi-Romantic, unlabeled/Queer)

Izuku had feeling he was born with the wrong gender since he was young, asking his mom since he was a kid to cut his hair into a length he liked, clothes weren't that much of a issue since most were shirts, shorts and pants, from a thrif store, most were All Might themed, which are already pretty gender neutral.

Kacchan, even of he never heard about the terms, he was a fast learner and was already stuck with calling Izuku "Deku" (making more meaningful how later in the future he starts calling Midoriya just by his first name).

His other classmates tho were...less accepting, some made way too many invasive questions, others simply brushed Deku off as a quirkless nobody wanting attention, this sort of behavior worsened in middle school, but at least Kacchan never dared to dead name Izuku, and even went as far as to pinch one of his lackeys in the stomach when they misgendered Midoriya.

At UA Deku thought that he was going to have a fresh start, no one would know he was trans, no invasive questions, no comments about his looks or his voice, he started taking hormone blockers, all was going well... Then he went to the boys' locker, and Mineta was there, drawing attention from all eyes to Deku cause he was wearing some bandages around his Chest, Iida Tenya walked up to Deku and said

"Midoriya Kun, while I understand the need to modify your looks to pass as a man, please refrain from tying them so tightly, it can cause circulation to stop flowing as well cause pain around the area of the ribcage!"

Then Kirishima spoke, sporting a pair of scars on his chest

"I got a extra binder here Midobro! I can tell you how to wash it later! But take a break from the bandages before wearing it, and drink some water too!"

Then he saw that Mineta was wrapped around in tape, and Sero told him

"And Don't worry about this goblin, I'll let Aizawa know so this doesn't happen again, but I'll shut him up if he says anything, okay?"

Needless to say...Deku cried tears of joy (WE STAN THE 1A BOYS BEING SUPPORTIVE IN THIS BLOG)

As for sexuality, while we see Deku blushing a lot towards girls, I always saw that as just the boy being anxious, as blushing can be a sing of embarrassment or getting flustered, also because between most of the characters in the class, Bakugou is one of the few, if not the only one cause BkDk propaganda, guys I can say Deku feels the most difficult to talk with, specially after that incident in the war, I think I reblogged a post about Demi-Romantic Deku headcanon where Deku just says that for the longest time he has only pictured himself dating Bakugou, or he was he longest crush, so I'm also adding "unlabeled" and "queer" since I heard similar concepts for both, not necessarily choosing to say what gender you're attracted to but you're definitely not straight, or you aren't sure what label to use so you use something more old school to get the message across.

When it comes to this guy, what I mostly think of is Bakugou first thinking love is "ew" until Deku shows him affection, think like him seeing his parents kissing, think it's disgusting until Deku gives him a peck on the cheek.

Perhaps these feelings were part of the turmoil inside of Bakugou, and I can't help but feel that at the same time that everyone put in his mind that he was amazing, they also placed the expectations that most closed men face, saying that "girls will love them", hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Mitsuki said something along the lines of "if a girl falls for you and dates you, keep her, it'll be a miracle for someone to want to stay with someone like you"

And before anyone says that this is Mitauki Slander, need I remind you that she slapped her son in front of the teachers and called him weak as a way to blame him for the kidnapping? You know, the one where HE was kidnapped? Yeah, not completely out of character, but in my book she isn't a lost cause, misguided at best, stubborn at worst.

Anyway, this could be a start on some internalized homophobia, something BOTH suffer from actually, Deku said it himself in Deku vs Kaccha 2, "I want to tell you how I feel, EVEN IF IT IS DISGUSTING" (boy! Who hurt you?) And I think a testament to that was how much more expressive lf other emotions Bakugou became when he got to the dorm, specifically that scene where Deku gets excited cause Kacchan got his license and how they'll be able to work together.

This feels like a "is this love?" Face, which he hides it immediately but Shoto seems to catch it.

The whole "De-Izuku" is just glitter sprinkle on top of this gay ass ice cream so no need to explain that XD

The demi sexual part is mostly because Bakugou just feels like someone that would rather build trust first so he can know for certain if he should let himself get vulnerable, nothing smutty needs to happen, sometimes cuddling can be a chore to get used to, but hey, Deku waited for them to be friends again for 10+ years, waiting for Kacchan to feel comfortable around him again in that level of a relationship isn't that hard, plus if anything were to happen, patience would still need to be priority, idk, is based on my own experience.

BKDK - Highschool Romantics Headcanons

LOVE ME some good old fashioned highschool romance shenanigans so as per my brand, lets make it bkdk!! bc tbh i havent made a hc list in a while

its second year highschool! things have calmed down significantly and for class 1-A this means that its time to celebrate their teenage years like they werent able to before

this means more movie nights--more days they get to spend having fun and being regular kids like they shouldve always been

meanwhile bkdk? after confessions and apologies made on bloody battlefields and quiet hospitals at the dead of night... its almost comical how cheesy they are

deku sneaks up on kacchan during lunchbreaks, dragging him to the training fields where he serenades him with a guitar and laughs as a small crowd of their schoolmates whoop in glee

he sings songs of youthful love and friendship, awkward voice smoothing into something beautiful and charming

in return, katsuki learns new songs. he learns to draw and to play the drums even better--living for that shocked little smile when he draws doodles of deku and dedicates especially sappy songs to him during their monthly school jamming session

they arent together at this point, technically. no one knows what they are. no one can begin to label what they have either.

but its definitely good.

its bright and its beautiful and its loud, so theyll protect it with their eyes wide open but in the meantime class 1A just sits back and watches the twin stars of UA unravel like leaves in the cool mornings of fall

they go everywhere together, always holding hands. bakugou and deku have promise rings, little matching all might insignias glinting in the sun

they won those in an arcade somewhere. no one knows what the promise is, and no one really bothers to ask

katsuki really likes lending izuku his jackets. its nothing he says outright, just the fact that he's always ready—always one arm out of its sleeve—to bundle his sweaters and drop it into the lap of the unsuspecting nerd.

"geez, is it just me or is it really co—" *flop*

sometimes kirishima worries about his best friends allowance at the rate in which he has to replace all his jackets

they brawl in the hallways, rough house on the train station, cuddle when its cold and the common room is filled with people and light

deku often likes to surprise katsuki with little gifts. he sneaks spicy candies into the other boy's backpack between classes, slips giftcards and notes of appreciation between the pages of katsuki's textbooks

in return, as he does with everything, katsuki goes big. sometimes he surprises deku with a giant teddy bear, or soft hoodies that remind him of the other. he'll get the whole bakusquad in on it and fill the hallways in the morning with encouraging yells and loud boisterous laughter

sometimes, obviously, they'll still mess up. They're still teenagers, still human.

Deku will sometimes not say things that he should and Kacchan will sometimes say things he doesn't mean.

they'll fight and yell and unsettle the dorms with how charged the air becomes. sometimes Aizawa's worried they'll go back to ground beta and increase the hero course's already abysmal annual repair budget again like they used to do when they were stressed and repressed and each other obsessed

but then bakugou will sneak into dekus balcony at the dead of night, like some sort of delinquent trying to visit their goody two shoes lover at the risk of running into their shotgun father

(which in this case, bakugou supposes, would be uraraka--the metaphorical shotgun being a very tired todoroki)

and he'll knock on the window gently, trying not to smile as izuku opens the window and rubs the sleep from his eyes.

"ka... cchan?"

katsuki lets himself smirk at last and tells deku theyre sneaking out.

phrases it like a taboo secret, even as aizawa watches from the security footage room exasperated but also kind of relieved because of all things his class has gone through, a little midnight tryst is the least dangerous of them all. its not even close to the biggest secret deku's ever had, and by god he has plenty.

but he stifles his giggles into the palm of his hand and watches as bakugou precariously sits on the metal railing, clothes a mess and leaves still stuck in his hair

"Our little secret, okay?" Kacchan jokes, red eyes glimmering with something raw and perfect. "Don't tell your dad about me."

Izuku rolls his eyes and reminds him that All Might isn't actually his father, god Kacchan! You've met my real dad!

Yet still, he lets it pass.

And then, oh so carefully yet recklessly as if they weren't the most powerful duo of their generation, katsuki reaches out and slips deku's hands in his and takes him away

takes him to a beach (Dagobah, because of course it is) in the middle of the night, the stars brighter than theyve ever been because everything looks different when youre young and in love

they lay in the sand and listen to the waves and some weird beat thats been stuck in Izuku's head. Bakugou turns to watch his eyelashes flutter against freckled cheeks and holds out a pinky.

"I'm sorry. By the way. I didn't mean what I said and I want you to be happy."

Izuku hums and they talk it out. Eventually the other boy holds his pinky out too and they link together like pieces of a puzzle.

Under the stars, the two of them make a million promises. Promises that they know they'll break, promises that they know they won't, promises that leave them uncertain and guessing.

"—but you promise, though. Right? You promise that we'll still be by each other? Us against the world forever and ever even after this. Even when we grow old?"

Their pinkies stay linked together and the two boys know for sure that it's one of those highschool promises that they will keep forever.

Deku stares into pretty red eyes that remind him of juicy apples and warm bonfires beside friends who never run out of stories to tell

Katsuki stares back into clear green eyes that remind him of calming tea and lush grass he lays down on in the familiar heat of a summer afternoon

they just. stare. stare and stare and stare and maybe, they begin to think

maybe in those eyes, i can see our future.

and its good.

Have this idea of a characters watch the show for MHA, only in this one, along with the usual suspects (1-A, All Might, Aizawl, Nedzu etc.) they also have all of the Predecessors show up.

I can just picture poor Izuku being horrified and thinking how his predecessors are going to be so unimpressed with him and are going to doubt his worth and it’s even worse than All Might already being there because these asee the people who helped form One For All...

And the Predecessors ADORE HIM. Sure, Two and Three are pretty unsure about this ball of fluff and sunshine still (much like in canon) but he’s still THEIR successor so they’re not about to let anyone talk shit about him.

Cue them all getting pissed at his asshole classmates from middle school and being super protective of this fluffy kid who’s so kind and good-natured while also being SO FREAKING PROUD when he just FLIPS OUT and kicks ass. Like,

And the OVERHAUL ARC. Can toy imagine it. At this point even Two and Three have grown to like the kid (although they don’t want to admit it) so they’re fucking LIVID when Nighteye shows up saying Izuku isn’t a worthy Successor and should give up OFA to Mirio. Izuku is so sad thinking they’ll agree any They. Blow. Up

Like, what the hell?! Who does this guy think he is?! So what if he was All Might’s sidekick? What gives HIM the right to decide who can inherit OFA?! It’s not his quirk! It’s not his responsibility or his choice! This has nothing to with him! How DARE he claim Nine isn’t good enough!!!

Cue 8 generations worth of Angry OFA Users (because you know Dad Might is going to bust some heads) just ripping Nighteye apart for insulting their kid. ( this fic taking place just before the Shie Hassaikai Raid)

Meanwhile, Class 1-A is watching this go down and waiting for their turn, since Izuku is one of theirs, too. (Class 1-A as Found Family, anyone)

Especially Katsuki who can’t wait to explodokill this asshole who thinks he can just say that kind of shit to Deku.

I headcanon that after Izuku and Katsuki’s fight at Ground Beta and the OFA reveal they got closer, and have rekindled their close friendship and Katsuki has been working to earn Izuku’s forgiveness properly) no Katsuki bashing here thank you.

Give me my Wonder Duo/ Future Hero Duo with their Save to Win and Win to Save. (Also a bit of BkDk because I’m a hopeless shipper)
