I’m honestly speechless because when I made this blog 2,5 years ago I never thought it would still be a thing now but boooy look at me now.  ( trash extraordinaire ). I know I already made a bias list when I celebrated my two years here, but a lot has changed since then and I honestly just want to give you all my love ?!? Thank you, thank you all so much for sticking with me and Helgs for all these years now. I owe you dears all so much you have no idea ❤

@flokithetrickster  ---  MY TRASH WIFE, Muts extraordinaire && delicious partner in crime. I love Elle way too much. She is the Floki to my Helga && the one reason I write Helga how I write her today. Both me and Helga would be lost without her and Floki. She’s been by my side for almost 2 years now and I honestly still can’t believe how lucky I am to have found her and that she allowed me to rub Helga all over her. Both OOC && IC, she dragged me through some of the worst moments of my life and we would not be here today if it wasn’t for her ❤

@swcrnprotector --- undead™ zweefteef central over here. Having known each other for years already, maybe spoken 1 or 2 words over the course of 3 years and then BAM things.  ( aka vikings happened ). I honestly do not deserve her and her goodness and strawberry vodka. Pure quality and pure trash in one cuddable package here. I love her sm && I couldn’t have been luckier to have her around.

drafts round-up!

so i know i’ve been slacking on drafts and things lately –– this month has been pretty busy with going out of town and work and everything else, as i’ve said, and with moving coming up in the next month or so, i’m probably going to stay busy. because of that, i’ll probably be even slower on drafts, which is why i’m thinking of (at least attempting to) letting this blog run on a queue as far as most of my replies go. i’ll post something more detailed about that later but this post is just a checklist for me, mostly, and to let people know what i have in my drafts to do whenever i’ve got the chance.

    There’s been little light in Dis’ life since the death of her brother&&eldest son.       Never had she approved of Kili’s wife -- She had tainted their bloodline. Never had Dis       judged on race, but the Durin line was sacred. Not to be touched by any but the grand-       est of Dwarven blood. Her bitterness and her grief lead her to a lonesome life, Dwalin       being her one remaining friend, and she took very little to do with her grandchildren.       She did not attend her son’s wedding, nor the birth of her grandchildren.

      But Bjarke’s coronation was an unavoidable event. The masses came with gifts and       kind words, while Dis sat on her chair of stone, silent. No Elven blood should ever       rule in her father’s halls, not after their all of the malice between them. To Dis, it was       not an issue of race or heritage, but of respect. Had Tauriel been nothing but a friend,       she’d have approved. But she desecrated their line, and Dis had little respect for both       her, and her son.

      While the festivities were loud and long, the party eventually died down, until there       were only the newly crowned king, and his grandmother. “I have something for you.”       She reached into her cloak, producing a small velvet pouch. “Your grandfather didn’t       have much to leave. I have so little of him. Kili wouldn’t have remembered much,       being so young when his father passed, I don’t imagine you’ll know much about him. . .” 

      Dis places the bag onto the table, pushing it across to Bjarke. “My husband’s       wedding beads are the only thing of value I could pass on to you. Please, take care       of them. He’d have wanted to be here.”
