I've decided that Call is demiromantic, asexual, gay, and has a complicated gender identity.

I think he's somewhere between being a boy and being a masculine-aligned nonbinary, not quite being either. He's like a boy-aligned nonbinary identity. Maybe his identity is bxy or demiboy or something similar? He's fine with being understood as a boy and uses he/him pronouns, but doesn't fully identify as a boy.

And tbh I really think he is a-spec because he's so confused about attraction in the books and is so weirded out when he realizes that people are actually attracted to each other. But at the same time, I think he still falls in love with Aaron, so I think he's demiromantic and doesn't feel romantic attraction until he forms a close relationship with somebody. So he's aromantic in most situations but experiences tertiary attractions for boys (like aesthetic, sensual, etc) and falls in love with Aaron romantically.

I also think he's ace just because.

I also love the asexual Tamara headcanon, and infact raise you one more: grayromantic Tamara. That's me interpretation of her at least. I think I'm also gonna view her as pan because I can't tell what her sexuality feels like to me (which is part of the reason why I see her an aro-spec) so her being gender-apathetic when it comes to attraction makes sense to me.

Aaron is also gay obviously and might be demisexual

I also think Jasper is bisexual. He just gives me such strong bi vibes. I can't quite explain it.

I tend to understand characters based on what feels right to me emotionally more than anything when i think about them, and this is just how the characters feel to me.
