hello hello!
i failed my first exam in uni (anatomy), but it's fine because i can retake it in summer, next semester. i think these kinds of experiences help us in our journey of becoming medics, because we have to go through a lot of tough moments in order to be great in our field.
now i'm studying biochemistry for the exam on tuesday, which will 100% be much nicer than anatomy (:
i'll keep you updated, hopefully!

I had the first day of my summer job in the biochemistry department and it was not as scary as a thought it’d be! I just helped prepare samples, including blending it up into a fine powder.

First post after a whole year missing my blog
Just started working on pulling all my chemistry exercises from my notebooks and collecting them in a big one to have them as references for reviews and work on them to repeat what I have already learned. It's not as fancy as I would want it to be but I am happy with it.
P.S: It's about Elementary/Non-elementary/Equilibrium reactions and you won't understand many words because it is in my language (albanian)

one last thing, does anyone have any ideas on how to get involved in biological sciences research as an undergraduate who is just starting her second year? I would like to apply for R&D summer internships and I think some research xp would be of benefit but I have literally 0 idea on where to start. I don’t yet have any knowledge that doesn’t focus on the central dogma of biochemistry and physiology lol
