Takes notes during your monologues, doesn't interrupt, often walks into traps knowingly out of an unrivaled comitment to the bit. Asks the apropriate questions so he can quote you later on his Podcast after Captain Marvel saves him. No, no don't worry about that last part just keep going. Listens very sympathetically to your evil motivations.

TYPES OF PEOPLE AS BIRDS.

sparrow.    innocence, big dreamer, waking up too early, walking home, being afraid of meeting new people, slim hands, always cold, reading a book under a tree, the smell of the forest, missing your home.

eagle.   independent, caring too much for others, sharp looks, walking in the city late at night, the tallest and more spectacular building, iron, being single and okay in a world that tells you that being single is bad.

swift.     falling in love easily and heavily, traveler, the infinity of the bluest sky, storms, broken smiles, forgetting people who used to be your beloved ones, feeling out of place, mistrusting people, a fleeting romance.

crow.     feeling as if you have seen so much and as if you know a lot, prejudgement, tight hugs that leave you breathless, a grey sky, serenity, intelligence, being left behind, chains, smoke, the pride of someone wise.

dove.      petals, jealousy, being tired of living with the same old faces, whispered secrets, marble, sundresses, white clothes, the first sunset of winter, pride in who you are, learning to get over someone.

seagull.     family, golden light, the sea murmuring in your ear, summer afternoons, caramel ice cream, collecting seashells and other things and calling them treasures, living breezy and carefree, swimming in sunlight.

canary.       artistic, getting excited easily, dancing and singing while you are alone, looking at your friends having fun, no phone, being afraid of judgement, spring, a meaningful gift, the first ray of sunlight.

Billy Explaining his Top 5 "Reasons my Mortal Form is a Child" made up stories:

"This was the age I was when I was given my powers and every time I transform into the Captain I go back to this age when I detransform again. Just the right amount of magic hooey to be believable, but tragic enough that if any further questions get asked I can make sad puppy eyes about being immortal and forever a kid and they'll drop it."

"It's easier to recharge my power in this form and as a being of pure magic its a chance to experience the childhood I never had. Also tragic, but in that alien weird inhuman way where again, no one is gonna press me on it."

"The Captain and I are seperate people, the Captain being a construct of magic that is attatched to my soul as a manifestation of an ideal superhero. We share memories in a vague echo-y way but I infact am not the one ever doing the fighting. We just swap who is on the mortal plane when I say the magic word."

"I can shapeshift and this form is a concious choice I make because it's easier to go around unnoticed and people trust children more easily. It started as a way to protect my identity but unfortunately the bad guys are wise to it, luckily they're all stupid."

"My mortal form was cursed reccently and I haven't un-cursed it yet. I am usually an adult I promises for realsies. Not my favorite excuse, since it's kind of basic. It's insane how Billy unintentionally processes his trauma by immidiately distancing himself from it in his broadcast. It didn't happen to him it happened to Captain Marvel! Ignore that they are the same person and the only difference is magic and muscles.

I'm a sucker for good reveals, for reveals that go well even if they aren't Billy's choice, where people take it well and don't overstep.

But oh man. . .Oh man give me bad reveals. Give me Billy who wasn't ready to tell anyone, where people don't take it well, where he feels like his trust has been broken, or happen in a traumatic manner out of his control and he runs, where the other person has to work to regain Billy's trust. Reveals that challenge his relationships!!! Do you see my vision???

Billy has a minor caffiene addiction but if he has too much he gets the Jitters. As Captain Marvel that manifests as just, a weak current of lightning running over his body the whole time (do not let him touch electronics) or excess static around Billy.

Thinks abt ur muse fostering Billy and finding out later that he's Captain Marvel because the first thing in his file is that he is a Known Runner(TM) and it'll only take them catching him sneaking out once to see him transform.

Has been nonstop kind of stressed since Flash went missing but it's not like he can just waste time laying on the ground screaming.

Someone make Billy go back to school challenge he is technically a 4th grade drop out coasting by on the wisdom of solomon and tutoring from Freddie and Mary.

everyone is absolutely soft for you. there’s probably one or two people out there who say you’re overrated, but that’s probably just because they want to act quirky and push another character onto people. there’s probably a shit ton of soft edits of you with that banana clip audio that was really popular last year. someone out there is running a soft stan twt account where they write countless headcanons of you. also there’s probably unfortunately a handful of 12 year olds who call you a soft bean, but you win some you lose some i guess.
