Stanley Pines and Bill Cipher are both Fic writers

They both write self insert novels!

But authors like them crave approval and need an outside source to ensure their work makes sense. (Especially bill he knows so little about the human body beyond pain)

Bill knows about Stanley's fan fiction, and while one could write it off as him knowing a lot more about Stanley after their deal, there was another, more fun, answer to be made...

So, after a talk with @michealweenie at 1 in the morning before passing out shortly after, we've come to a conclusion:

it's really hard to ship Buffy and Riley in this fandom cause like. It was canon for two seasons but there's no content for it. Hardly any fic. Little to no fanart. No communities for the ship.

If anyone has fic recs for endgame shippy Briley fic that doesn't bash other characters/ships, lemme know. I'm starving for content.

Making Riley Finn Interesting (Buffy)

Ok, so I just watched this (it was recced to me by my good friend and Tumblr mutual @queennhalloweenn) and I gotta say, it’s a pretty good analysis. I agreed with a lot of the points made (not all, I think I’d have the Briley happen a little faster than OP suggested). I really really liked the point that they made about making Riley more book smart as well as giving him combat training. I’ve long said that Buffy should be paired with someone who brings a strength to the table other than combat, like an academic strength perhaps (maybe this is why I like Buffy/Willow so much). This would make the relationship feel more balanced and there would be less “competition” over who is the superior fighter (which honestly I feel like while it was most apparent in Briley, there were elements of that in all of Buffy’s major relationships). Anyway I’d definitely rec this video to you all, I really enjoyed it and I think some of you might as well!

Also my asks are always open for Riley nonsense or just. Anything really. So I’m very happy to discuss!

This scene completely gets me off guard how she respond towards Xander 😅😂🤣🤣 Otherwise, don’t I wish it could’ve at least happen that way afar from Spike and Xander’s relationship?

Besides how shame it was/is when Gay Xander didn’t happen, coming myself as a long term Sprusilla and Bangel shipper, I wouldn’t mind enjoying Spuffy from fifth season instead not really as for Spuffy from last two seasons same thing as for; Biley from fourth season >> poorly granted relationship of their’s from S5.
