Felt sooo good to be back! I was terrified of the workout cause it’s been a bit since I’ve been at the gym but the FEAR was truly scarier than the actual workout! So so sad cause my trainer is gonna be gone for a MONTH to the Philippines so i gotta just maintain a routine on my own that isn’t usually as good as HIS workouts. I might try the alt guy in the meantime but i love my guy better. Disappointed and sad and scared but I’m gonna do the best i can and in a month he’ll be back. Glad to be back at it!
