Collab stages between groups, Fx and Shinee, Boys Generation, WJSN, Red Velvet, Twice, Gfriend. BUT NOT THAT COLLAB STAGE WITH GOT7, SEVENTEEN, GFRIEND AND TWICE, THAT WAS CRINGEY AS HELL AND I HAVE NIGHTMARES OF IT AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH

Idols in haunted houses, unless they cry like Tao :(

Performing on stage with hand mics and being able to do the choreo one-handed: I think the newer mics are cool but there’s something about the hand helds that I’m in love with especially when the rappers get the mics, it’s really hot tbh

Idols under JYP in hoodies: tbh all idols under JYP look so smol and cute in hoodies I uwu

I love aesthetically pleasing mvs that a lot of newer groups are doing but I absolutely love the dark, boxy, old 2008/2009/2010 aesthetic tbh; anything by MBLAQ especially Cry and Oh Yeah, Girls Generation’s Run Devil Run, Shinee’s Ring Ding Dong, NU’EST’s Face, B.E.G’s Abracadabra, that dark stuff. And it’s not even for a specific reason really, it just reminds me of the golden days of kpop and tbh I miss that. I love all these new groups but there’s something almost nostalgic to me about those older mvs and every kpop fan should watch those older mvs definitely. The older groups are really legends. I miss them, like Infinite and KARA uwu

Groups covering and/or dancing to literally any Sistar song, but ‘Touch My Body��� will forever remain THE iconic Sistar song: NewKidd, Boyfriend, fromis_9

Idols wearing suit jackets and slacks with just plain t-shirts. They look so nice but also casual and comfortable and I like that. EXID’s Night Rather than Day outfits I really like and then recently OneUs’s dance practice for Twilight, Keonhee wore it really well

I’m gonna brag rn; literally N.Tic’s Fiction mv is a whole concept within itself. Yeah it’s retro but it’s also the way it was filmed, the lights & effects, the choreo, their outfits and just the way the song flows is absolutely fantastic. It’s like, my favorite song of 2019. Facts sis. Tbh N.Tic themselves are a concept. I’ve made so many posts about them but they deserve it, they are improving with each comeback and all their songs are bops and I am so fucking glad I decided to check them out. I’m glad that, despite how I felt about Jion’s appearance at first, I saw past that, realized how amazing his voice is and decided to stan the group. They’ve done so much for me already and I’m so grateful to them and hope they continue to improve and gain more fans.

Idol Cafe || Ep. 13

B1A4 were trc sunbaes for Jongsuk and he had seen the group so many times in the hallways of the company and he was always such a fan so that when he heard that the group had already arrived on set and he already had his makeup on and hair done and he looked more or less presentable. he was eager to go greet his subaes and reassure them that he was going to take care of them since they were on his show and he wanted to make a good impression.

seeing the group, he approached them with a polite smile. "i'm glad that my trc sunbaes have finally come! please be assured that i will make sure that your visit to idol cafe is pleasant and welcoming," he exclaimed, bowing in front of the group. jinyoung simply chuckled and assured the trainee that they would be happy with any welcome.

jongsuk nodded and ran off again to fanboy off to the side. he loved his sunbaes so much. being at trc had taught him so much and being surrounded by so many incredible idols like b1a4 made him so thankful for the opportunity to be signed to trc. even global icon and bigstar made him so proud of being a trc trainee. he was so excited for recording and when their recording started, he grinned excitedly. "so today on idol cafe, we have the group that have taken everyone by storm. they have a grand fanbase in korea and even internationally. they are trc's vocal princes. b1a4!" he clapped, introducing the group with a lot of happiness. it was no secret that jongsuk was a public trc trainee, so he was always more wild with the groups from trc or those he considered friends. he briefly looked over at his cohost and grinned, whispering to her, "please calm me down if i go too hard at it."

The show must go on!

It’s been almost a year since Convex had to perform in the pouring rain, which proves that concerts and live shows’ venues will not always be indoors and graced by ideal and safe weather conditions, but idols should still be able to face intense heat, rain, wind or low temperatures wearing whatever the stylist picks for them and finish their stages successfully. If this is not enough for them to keep their health and stamina in check, schedules can be packed and it’s expected that they are in condition to show an energetic image despite all the odds. Injuries or idols getting sick after being drenched in rain in a festival or doing a fanmeeting outdoors is the last thing companies want.

Through the first week of November, trainees will receive basic health checkups to make sure they’re ready for future activities as well as a talk on how to keep themselves healthy and avoid injuries during training. On November 30th, the trainees will take over parks and busy streets near well known universities for 12 hours for special busking events despite the weather conditions. Separated by male and female, the coaches will pick three different senior songs that they will learn and practice the choreography through the month and then perform on the last day of November (songs and more details under the cut). When they’re not performing, trainees will hand out heat packs for those passing by. Flyers will be distributed by the staff inviting people to stop by and watch them, so it’s a good opportunity to showcase their talents in front of people and attract some interest from the public.

Trainees who do not have the stamina achievement will, at some point during the day, suffer from exhaustion or catch a cold and will have to head to the hospital for one of those infamous IVs or an examination. Write a solo or four-post thread about this hospital visit to earn ONE EXTRA SKIP DAY toward your stamina achievement! Note that when you turn in your stamina form you will need to link to the verification form for this eval to prove you get two skip days. 

In order to collect +2 POINTS TO DISTRIBUTE AS YOU WISH and +2 DEBUT POINTS, write 250+ words solo or a four-post thread with another trainee involving the preparations for this month’s evaluation. For +3 POINTS IN A RELEVANT SKILL, +2 DEBUT POINTS and +1WK RELEVANT ACHIEVEMENT, write one 300+ words solo about your muse’s busking experience. Please tag all your posts with #rknov19eval and have them up by midnight EST at the end of Saturday, November 30th. Threads may be continued after the deadline, but points can only be collected if the requirements are met before it.
