Similarly, wooden hookahs also became popular around the world for their compact design and adding volume.

Difference Between Glass Hookah & Wooden Hookah

Life Span

Glass hookahs have an indefinite life span if handled with care. As it is made from glass, it is easy to clean and refrains itself from catching the substances that can be harmful to the health. This makes it incapable of rotting and increases the life span.

Whereas, wooden hookahs have only a definite life span as they can rot and are expected to absorb the flavors and chemicals present in the hookah tobacco flavor. However, if the wooden hookah breaks, it can be fixed with the help of fixtures and other elements.

Usability

A glass hookah has a simple and competitive design which makes it easier to use. For example, the hookah hose of it is flexible and can be moved in every direction with ease. If you place it in a certain way, you can even move in either direction with a distance of up to 2-3 meters. As far as cleanliness is concerned, you can clean the complete hookah without any second thought wasted.

Whereas, wooden hookah has a compact design which can be often used by veterans for flexible use. For example, the hookah hose of the wooden hookah is placed in one direction, and to pull the smoke, you always have to come closer to the hookah or move it frequently.

If you are in a group and want to circulate the drags, you surely would have to move complete hookah. Also, it is necessary to clean the complete hookah for its durability which you certainly cannot do because of its possibility to get rotted.
