I can’t believe that the last season is airing tonight! I usually watch it the next day on Netflix even though it airs on TV here, but I might make an exception this once. 

In honour of it being the last season I decided to change my URL from harpermacintyre -> ruggedmurphy (if you don’t recognize me that probably why, lol) I also changed it because rugged!Murphy is my favourite Murphy (and the most attractive character on the show imo)

I’m working super hard on my BBB fic, and I’m so excited and nervous to finish it and post it for you guys. I’ll admit that I’m also excited to be able to move on to new projects as well.

The last pre-season BFGN!! I can’t wait to see what journey we get this season. I came into this fandom late, especially tumblr. I’m not sure I can explain the impact this show has on my life just yet. Maybe I’ll write a post later in the season. I have met so many amazing people in this fandom and I’m grateful for all of you. Happy BFSN!

Today I got home from work and Zach wasn’t wearing any clothes! (My mom said he was doing his laundry). Don’t worry I found him a bandanna. 

I really liked 7x01 (other than I want Bellamy back), until Clarke decided to go light the palace on fire. I understand that she’s going through a lot, but I just really want peace and harmony. (Yes, I know I’m watching the wrong show for that). I can’t wait for everyone to end up happy. I am speaking it into existence and will ignore any and all signs that anyone won’t end up happy.

I’m still working on my BBB fic and I WILL FINISH IT ON TIME. I WILL. I can use all the encouragement because I have a lot of editing to do once I’m done.... I’m posting a sneak peek of it tomorrow, if anyone is interested, so watch for that.

Happy bfsn everyone. Haven't done this in a bit so have two pictures from the last week. Yesterday was our 12 week scan and baby looks healthy so far so fingers crossed.

(eta: if you can ever tell sex from the scans, please don't say. We're waiting until birth. Guesses welcome though.)

I went on our years delayed honeymoon last week and got to fulfill my lifelong dream of swimming with a dolphin. It was such an amazing experience.

Still in quarantine so not much to share. Ren is 3 weeks old today and yesterday was his due date. I’ll stop posting pictures of him eventually but that day is not today.

Happy hiatus bfsn and bfgn! 

I’ve been on family vacation for the last week so I’m doing this really quickly as I just got home. 

My niblings are helping me announce the new baby. We’re still not going to announce publicly for a while but since we were all together, we decided to take the picture today. Shirts say: “One fish, two fish, red fish, new fish?!” 

Baby Blarke is 5 weeks, 1 day today and I just scheduled our first prenatal appointment for Sept 9. This is a high risk pregnancy so I get to meet with specialists early and often lol. 

I’m grateful to everyone who continues to be in the fandom even after every shitstorm and hiatus.

New hair and surprise- the littlest Blarke is coming April 2020. I'm 4 weeks + 1 day and was confirmed with a blood test this morning. Still early but I'm hopeful!

if you didn’t know, this weekend i went to montreal comiccon to see bob and eliza. it was truly the most amazing experience. they’re both so lovely and kind and i’m so glad i got to see them again. bob remembered me from conageddon and really took his time to check in and just chat with me and he’s just so genuine and sweet. i’m so grateful for both of them. and it was so incredible to get see them so happy together and have them share their love with us.

i’m also so grateful for the amazing people i got to see there. reuniting with @chancellorgriffin was definitely one of the highlights of my weekend 💜 as well as getting to meet @pawprinterfanfic @octannibal-blake @youleftme-clarke @sly2o !!

i truly don’t have the words to describe how wonderful this weekend was. 💞💖💗💕💘

So…today is the day…6x11 is finally here! I’m so excited to see this episode! Not only did Bob direct this episode but I’m super excited with where the plot is going, we’re finally possibly getting the group back together and seeing how everyone is going to interact with each other!

As for what I’m grateful for, that would be my amazing family and friends what made my holiday so special, Northern Cyprus was so lovely and after the stress of finish uni and applying for masters I was so grateful for a lovely holiday!

So whatever may come from this episode I’m so happy and proud of bob and CANNOT WAIT, for what the rest of this season (which I can’t believe is almost over) 💗

It is finale night and I am both scared and excited. Fingers crossed nobody I like dies but like idk how likely that is at this point.

First pic is from the kayaking adventure I went on last night. I saw a seal and an orca and a float plane and a cruise ship. Also a lot of kelp. Happy to report the kelp beds are thriving this year.

Second pic is my foot with some balloons tied to it because aesthetic.

Third pic is a monster truck cause it was monster truck weekend at the speedway.

And fourth is a sunset from the other night.

This week has been an exciting ride. I’ve been house/dog/cat/fish sitting. I went and saw some monster trucks. I went kayaking. My grandma crashed into my parked car and now the bumper has basically fallen off. I ate a pizza. It’s been fun times.

I tried to get the next chapter of Darling up this weekend but then I ended up with a lot more plans on the weekend than expected so it didn’t happen. But the good news is I only have slightly more than one scene left to write for it, so I can almost 100% get it up at some point tonight! Which if some of my death predictions are right, it will be there to soothe your sadness.

I will also be watching the new episode live tonight while eating lasagne so let’s hope we’re not left on too much of a cliff hanger and maybe hopefully possibly get a little bellarke action going tonight!

I haven’t been active on here for ages because school started again and there is so much work to do but I will try to show up here more! This weekend I went down to London to see my sister and I had the best of times- the pictures are from the Science Museum which was incredible!

As always, I am grateful for the lovely people I see on discord who still talk to me despite pretty much everything that happens on discord- you are all lovely human beings.
