Hello everybody, today I will be talking about something forbidden, which is gender, specifically algebralien gender

That's right, this is the algebralien gender theory!!

Well, it's not really a theory, but in a way it is a theory, you'll see what I mean

So, as we saw in the subscriber specials, algebraliens tend to call each other everything if we are to generalize, she/him/they and I mean that when talking about just a single individual, some have been called both she and him, or him and they, but Nine specifically is a great example because Nine has been called she/him/they by their algebralien friends alone, but something interesting happened when Nine interacted with an object, or objects in general (in the bfdi mouth video) instead of being called by all of the pronounces randomly the way the other algebraliens call Nine, the objects only called Nine a she.

In one of the actual episodes, Four says that he doesn't have gender where he comes from in response to Leafy trying to explain to Four that Pencil likes to exclude people from things such as her alliance or her gender

Now all of this made me come to a conclusion that I was already having an intuition about being the case, and that is that algebraliens don't have gender and therefore don't care what pronounces are being used on them since, well, they are aliens after all. However since objects are like the humans of the bfdi universe (and the davidians/island eaters/stickmans as well obviously but they don't really talk the way the objects do) they are used to gender the way we humans are and so they will be trying to pull the gender from the void when there is none because they are used to calling people only one thing for consistency or because they give them a certain vibe or whatever, but since Four, X and Two are algebraliens and they don't care what they are called because they are a different alien species that sees the world differently, and if you don't care what pronounces are used on you, then you are not going to correct anybody about it, obviously, which probably means that they are used to being called anything back home, but since they are interacting with the objects they might find it weird that the objects tend to only call them or eachother one thing, but they would probably also know and understand that that's how the objects are as a society and species and "do what the locals do" respecting what pronounces objects use on eachother, while they themselves couldn't care less what pronounces you use on them.

Like personally I think that algebraliens would be the type of aliens that are androgynous as a species like either hermaphrodites or asexually reproductive (idk how algebraliens would reproduce, idk how objects would reproduce either, and I don't think we'll ever know and maybe that's for the better tbh lmao) since y'know they are aliens, while the objects being the equivalent of humans in the bfdi world definitely seem to be more binary, I know some objects that might be trans, but to this day I don't know a single object that uses they/them/is nonbinary (sad honestly, press f to pay respects for all the nonbinary people out there waiting for an object that uses they/them to be revealed)(edit: nvm someone reminded me there are actually nonbinary objects, I just forgot lol)

Also I'm saying this because gender is a philosophical concept that was originally based off of biological sex but because gender is philosophical and not physical like biological sex it became completely unrelated to what biological sex an individual has over time, so if aliens were to biologically be hermaphrodites or asexually reproductive then their society and species as a whole would be viewing gender very differently compared to binary species/societies so their Ideas of gender would evolve very differently from them or maybe not even evolve or exist at all.

But basically if I was to shorten what I said here I would say that you can't miss-gender an algebralien because they don't have any gender to begin with....

See here is where I'm going to enter with you the very theoretical land of hypothetical/possible algebraliens and aliens in general (to help us understand the algebraliens better)

Ok so since gender is philosophical: that means that if somebody resonates with a gender and/or feels like they are that gender and/or logically thinks that they are that gender (because of their way of being for example) then they could become that gender or realize that they are that gender, meaning that nobody is truly safe from gender, there are just creatures out there that are safer from havening any gender then others, meaning that even if at home gender isn't really a concept for an algebralien they could still learn and find out about gender from some aliens and then like it and become that gender, even if physically they aren't the biological sex associated with that gender, since again, among other things gender is also very philosophical, so since it's possible but just incredibly unlikely for an alien to get like that that would mean that there could be algebraliens that are like that out there as well, but again this is possible, but just incredibly unlikely, but still possible to happen.

However I really really doubt this happened to anybody we know in bfdi since nobody talked or seemed to care about it at all

Four didn't know about gender and it doesn't seem like he cares or learned anything

X also seems to not know or care

Two is called they/them most likely because they are confusing the contestants with their voice and personality enough so that even the contestant's subconscious trying to pull the gender out of the void can't tell what Two really is (y'know, because Two is an alien and isn't just a man or just a woman)

And I don't remember if anyone called One any pronounces but One also seems like the type of person to not care about gender, she probably thinks that gender is foolish since it's a concept the objects that are pawns in her game have

And we don't know about Three yet but I also highly doubt that Three would have any gender as well.

So again I think the objects are the ones that started to call the algebraliens different things after getting used to them (Four has even been called "it" in the first ep of bfb because the contestants weren't yet entirely sure what Four could possibly be) I don't think the algebraliens ever told the objects what to call them, because again, we didn't get to see that (and it wasn't implied either), and it's more likely that again, the algebraliens didn't care enough to tell the objects they can be called whatever and instead let the objects call them what the objects prefer to call them, since for the algebraliens there would be no point in arguing or talking about this because they are ok with whatever.

Edit: also I wanted to mention that for species that are hermaphrodites or reproduce asexually in general being a girl or a boy would be the equivalent of us humans being nonbinary or agender or something, like alien LGBTQ+

Edit again: also also I just realized that the algebraliens would be in a way more gender-fluid rather than non-binary (in a way) since instead of only using they/them they also use she/her and he/him, so at least when it comes to what they call eachother and what pronounces they use they'd be more gender-fluid rather then non-binary (in a way). But biologically they're probably more non-binary (androgynous hermaphrodites), since I really doubt algebraliens work in a similar way to clownfish to be able to say that biologically they'd be more ... sex-fluid? or y'know trans. But literally they're a-gender or genderless because they literally do not have the concept of gender where they come from/in their society and they don't seem to care for it either beyond respecting what other people want to be called.

BFDI Theory: The Unluckiest Number

Or story starts the video "X Finds Out His Value" at 3:27

Four and X have just figured out that X's value is 7, leading them and Seven to have a little dance party sort of thing. But after X proudly proclaims his value, 7, Four adds that "It's lucky too!"

And we get some less than happy faces from the peanut gallery. One and Three standing beside each other to form the infamous unlucky number 13. In fact, 13 is kind of an interesting number when it comes to Algebraliens.

This is the BFDI Wiki's list of every Algebralien (That is a rational number), notice anything? That's right! 13 isn't there! And this list doesn't leave any number out if it can help it. Eleven, Twelve and Sixteen have never had any significant role in any skit or episode. Thirteen is missing from the official roster of numbers.

Also as a "Sans is a near anagram for Ness" level detail: TPOT 13 is when One herself says "Entree over. Now onto the main course." and as the line suggests, is when One picks up the pace in terms of intervening in TPOT.

I believe that the number 13 is not just unlucky in a superstitious sense, but also if any Algebralien were to become Thirteen the result would be catastrophic, bringing bad luck wherever they went. And that's exactly what One and Three did.

In the first episode of TPOT Winner asks, on the topic of prime numbers, "Are those, like, illegal where you're from?". And while they're obviously not this could be foreshadowing that there is a specific prime number that IS illegal, due to, y'know, bad-luck related catastrophe.

I don't just believe this explains why there's no Thirteen, but I also believe this is why One and Three are where they are.

In the video "Thanks for 2,000,000 Subscribers!" we get a good look at the law enforcement system on Algebralien society, mainly that there is none. There are no police, possibly no government. Any sort of jail sentence or punishment for crime is carried out by the community as a whole. We see this with Fourteens punishment, he's not arrested by police, he's apprehended by his neighbors who seem to hold no special status of any kind.

Now, if we put our heads together maybe we can think of any Algebraliens that are locked in a cell, presumably, by other Algebraliens. I think at one point both One and Three were kept in cells, but as of now only Three remains imprisoned.

Many have speculated that Three closing their own cell is telling that they wish to finish their sentence due to the guilt of their actions, and I agree, and I think those actions were them being one half of the duo known as Thirteen. (One half of 13 is 3, you heard it here first folks!.)

But One is a lot more bold. They're not content with being held down or people having more power than them. Being a part of Thirteen came with it this great power which they wish to return to. And besides, as long as someone is staffing their jail cell, that's just one more person to manipulate.

But who did she manipulate? The answer may surprise you, but it also may not, I don't know how many people actually watched the subscriber milestone videos.

In the video "Thanks for 1,000,000 subscribers!" at 7:50, we see Seven say this:

Seven considers One to be their BFF, presumably standing for "Best Friend Forever". Now, Seven as a character has been consistently portrayed as having no friends at all. In the song "Counting on Christmas" sung by the Algebraliens, Seven explicitly states that they "really, really, really want some friends".

Seven is sort of the black sheep of the community, though still, they ARE part of the community. As such, they are also part of the group that decides who is to be in jail, and who is to be free. And if all it takes is the promise of friendship then One escaping that cell was well within her range of capabilities. Who knows, maybe the friendship was in some way genuine, but the end result is the same, Seven let One free and even now sees nothing wrong with their friendship.

So that leaves us with this. One is actively trying to free Three, but Three is still patiently waiting in their cell for their lawful sentence to expire. Which... is kinda what everyone has been saying already, yeah, I'm not exactly the first to theorize that One is trying to free Three. What I am doing however, is laying out how I believe all these puzzle pieces fit together.

HUGE TPOT 12 SPOILERS!

BUCKLE UP CHAT. CAUSE THIS IS GONNA BE A LONG THEORY!!!!!

Where do i begin?

So heres the thing, I watched TPOT 12 then took a shower right after. While taking said shower i took a moment to think about everything that went down. And thought of the wildest theory ever..

LETS START FROM THE BEGINNING,

One and Three, right?

These two fellas have FINALLY appeared after 15 years! Why is that?

Here is the scene when X found out their value: 7!

Four, Seven, and X are celebrating and generally very happy. Who isnt happy?

Three and one.

Theyre clearly angered by this whole situation, but why? Who are they angry at?

Theres three possible options:

1. Seven. But that wouldnt make sense, huh? Basically every algebralien has SOME sort of grudge held against him, so its nothing new. Scratch that!

2. Four. Its possible, four has done alot of things. But thats not who im personally going to focus on. Well, partially at least.

That leaves one more person!

3. X. But why them?

"Theyre just a little silly dude, they did nothing wrong!" And youre right. Thats exactly why theyre a target.

• THREE AND ONE'S CAPYIVITY

Youre probably wondering, why am i focusing on X, and not four? Four is more of a suspect, after all.

Think about it this way,

Three is trapped in a prison inside of Four's school, so four put him there! (They are the only one with control over that place anyway.)

One is trapped inside of the moon. There isnt really any solid proof to prove my theory with this one, but she came out during TPOT. She clearly had the ability to escape and didnt seem tired out and/or surprised that she finally left her prison. One actually seems happy and collected, even going as far as "greeting everyone" once she's out. She chose to come out at this time, just like how she chose to mess with Two's show.

One also confirmed that shes an "old friend of Two's." If One is suddenly against Two after all the years of them knowing each other, Two clearly did something to her.

• MUTUAL CONNECTIONS

And youre STILL probably wondering, "Chim! You still didnt explain what X has to do with all of this!"

Four and Two hate eachother, this hatred being caused by Two when they stole more than HALF of the bfb cast.

(They seem to not be familiar with eachother when they "first" meet. Im not exactly sure why here HELP.)

But anyway!

Who does Four have a good friendship with? X!

Who does Two have a good friendship with? Also X!

X is what keeps them sane around eachother, the only main reason why they stick around.

If anything bad were to happen to X, Four and Two clearly have the power and ability to get back at whatever or WHOever caused this harm.

One and Three did something to X, and it resulted in Two and Four snapping.

• THREE'S PERSONALITY

Three has basically ZERO information on himself, we know nothing about the guy. But what we do know, is that hes agressive.

In the Number Playground Chronicles, we get an article that explains an event that takes place, Three being apart of it. The article reads:

(To reduce confusion, ill be adding the names for you guys to differenciate whos who.)

"(Five)Integer did not pick up the ball when dropped, and Three Integer, the person playing with him, became impatient. (Five)Integer was angry at (Three)Integer because, Three Integer could simply pick up the ball and throw it to (Five)Integer, and (Three)Integer and (Five)Integer could keep playing.

"FOAMING THREE INTEGER"

The horrible, tragic incident happened at 10:13 AM. Three Integer became Upset.

Three Integer at 10:16, Angry.

Three Integer at 10:31, Furious.

Three Integer at 10:24, and "Foaming."

Three Integer at 10:39, when he started to produce smoke.

(Five)Integer picked up the ball at 6:17 PM."

This event did truly happen, we can see the beginning of it play out in the first few seconds of XFOHV:

Three was so angry and REFUSED to even touch the ball. Five had to go pick it up themself HOURS after the incident.

Three also WILLINGLY closed the cell door after it was opened. He couldve escaped, yet he didnt. I have two possible reasons for this:

1. He's afraid of Four catching him, so he followed orders and stayed put.

2. Three's gone insane after a decade and a half of being all alone, to the point that he WANTS to stay inside.

• ONE'S MOTIVES

One seems like a friendly character, shes smiling in basically the ENTIRETY of her screentime, (minus the part when she conversed with Fanny.)

But something about her smile isnt right, its almost disturbing. The way she grins in the oddest situations,

She is seen with a list during the post-credits scene, with four names on it that are all crossed out, meaning they are "completed."

□ Bell.

□ Bomby.

□ Fanny.

□ Ice Cube.

Notice how all four of these contestants were in some sort of distress during that moment, and One helped them out! In exchange for a "favor."

1. She helped Bell escape elimination by removing her string (something that annoyed Bell constantly due to contestants activley climbing it.) And hiding her.

2. She helped Bomby escape elimination by hiding him.

3. She gave Fanny a new mouth, discarding the need to spend hours at a time searching for it in the ocean.

4. She gave Ice Cube a new pair of legs, allowing her to walk again.

What exactly does One need these favors for? Revenge against Two, of course!

● ONE AND TWO'S FRIENDSHIP

Theres a popular theory stating that Two was kicked out of the equation playground, this would clear up the confusion as to why they basically NEVER appear in the subscriber specials.

Maybe this is because Two hates math! They said it to Gaty in one of the episodes.

I also believe that One was also kicked out. Why, you may ask?

Take a look at this scene in the beginning of TPOT 11:

One's picture was hidden underneath Seven's. As if nobody(COUGH COUGH. Espcially four) wanted her to be mentioned so they simply hid her.

Maybe this is how One and Two became friends, two rejects.

● RANDOM THINGS THAT GET THEIR OWN SECTION CAUSE IDK WHERE ELSE TO PUT THEM

1. How the HELL did One get a mouth and... legs?

2. Judging by One's little room, she probably really likes space and astronomy, maybe thats way the moon was where she was sent.

3. Kinda freaky to think that One was there in the moon the ENTIRE time. Throughout every single episode of the series from BFDI 1A to TPOT9, and we never knew.

Yeah tbh idk what else to say this was just a little info dump cause my mind was PACKED. anyways yeah tell me if i missed anything anf let me know about your little theories and opinions on mine! :3

7 and 1's friendship...

7 has said 1 is his best friend in JNJ 1 million special,

and at most we have only seen lower numbers with powers, but X from XFOHV has shown to be worth 7, So, 7 most likely at least had powers at one point.

So I have a theory that 7 had powers once but due to 1’s manipulative personality, 1 most likely tricked 7 into becoming friends with her to make a deal and it seemed like its almost fully worked, except the fact that 7 didn’t really have any real friends so he thought 1 was still their friend, due to the line that 7 said that I already mentioned. Now what would 1 want from 7?..his power, if X has powers and is = to 7, he most likely had powers…But what kind?..We’ll, due to 4’s line in XFOHV, saying he's lucky, 7 most likely used to have luck powers. Which would explain why he's more of an outcast.

Maybe at one point he was lucky and had friends because they wanted to share his powers but now without them, they don’t see a reason to be friends with 7. The only number I see, liking him is 10, but that's only due to the fact that he helped 7, get unstuck from a tree

7 being stuck in a tree also could slightly count as a point for my theory, this could be at a point where he just recently gave up his power, his not use to being in dangerous situations because his luck would usually save him, but now, he needs help to be saved and 10 was kind enough to save him even without his luck.

but that's just a theory, an object show theory.

So remember the TPOT 9 post credit scene where the EXITors went in different directions?

Pencil’s team went back to the school, and Firey Jr’s team went into the Fourest.

But Liy’s team..

… they went to a waterfall.

Now I’m DEFINITELY overreacting, but there is no plot importance to just a regular waterfall. At least the school and the Fourest have a reason to exist.

Look at this picture at the end of the TPOT 7 post credit scene. There are floating islands, weird puddle things, heck, AN ENTIRE CASTLE.

But no, the writers decided. Let’s go to this RANDOM waterfall that has NO INTERESTING QUALITIES WHATSOEVER AND HAS ABSOLUTELY NO PLOT IMPORTANCE.

…Unless it’s not a random waterfall. (This is the part where I’m probably overreacting)

Ok THEORY TIME

The lower an algebralien is, the more power they have!

Ok hear me out.

Two seems to be way more powerful than four is. We’ve never seen Four lift up anything. And if he did have the power, why didn’t he present it in BFB 16?

But One doesn’t even need to lift their limbs to move things. They literally moved a mouth and legs on their own. ONE HAS FUCKING TELEKINESIS.

And every algebralien seems to not have any powers at all besides X, 4, 2, and 1.

Another theory could be that four just hasn’t developed power and two hasn’t developed telekinesis yet, as Four said that you have to learn recovery in BFB 28.

Sorry for yapping geez but I thought this was interesting.

I’ve been thinking about TPOT 15 for a while so I’ll just dump my thoughts here.

So to start with Two thinks Gaty legitimately doesn’t exist anymore due to the timelines shifting.

I theorise that this move by One was specifically just to get to Two’s head, he’s been shown to mask and have false positivity at times in the past.

They were only really balanced out by Gaty giving them a safe space to talk about things, now that they think she doesn’t exist reality is fully hitting them and they feel alone.

My prediction Two is either going to be heavily depressed, mask or have someone else host next episode.

(Side note but I feel like this is less a case of One wanting Twos power and more pettiness for something that happened in the past.)

The other thing I want to talk about is Pencil, this scene in particular.

This scene is probably one of the most important scenes in relation to her and probably my favourite scene in the episode.

It shows so much, what I’ve been able to analyse is over the 6 years in the exit Pencil has overthought her mistakes that lead her in there to the point of depression which turned into self deprecation.

She desperately wants to fix things and for things to go back to the way they were, for her mistakes to not exist anymore and for her to still have a friend group.

She tried redeeming herself in the exit by being a leader there but ultimately felt like a failure for not being the “heroic leader to save the day.”.

All the exit did for her was make her mental health worse, by now she associates the exit with getting eliminated in general due to trauma so she’s fixating on winning by any means necessary.

In that way “I can’t go back there” has a double meaning, she can’t go back to the exit for her sanity and she can’t go back to her older era of her life as much as she wants to.

My theory on why Golf Ball looked scared is it wasn’t because of Pencil herself, it was because in that moment she realised what Pencil could be capable of doing with time travel in the equation.

She’s the one who could have caused by far the most damage to the timeline in TPOT 15.

And yet with all that you can’t really fully justify her actions, it’s amazing writing and I really want to see where they go with it.

Post ii 18 theory thing

So no one can be recovered after the finale which is kinda scary, but consider how bfdi and ii are connected with debatable cannoninity. Mephone4 meets with Two again after leaving the island and they chat about being hosts. The topic of contestants getting hurt/dying comes up and Two mentions the recovery center and Mephone4 is like, a what? And so Mephone4 returns with Two and a gift of e recovery center.

Nickel rotation theory

So I got this theory aster rewatching BFDIa and later rewatching the "Two of them" special, I'm in the middle of a Nickel brainrot spree but at least I was able to notice something.

During the special annoucer says that he wanted to replace ii Nickel with another coin, and shows he made auditions to choose the new nickel. I here when I noticed this specific nickel.

Clearly, the nickel right in front of this one is BFB Nickel, the silly goose everyone loves, but I think this one in the middle is (or at least was supposed to be) the Nickel of early bfdia, as he is doing the most typical face the bfdia nickel from before bfdia 6 did, also having a design much closer to the one of bfdia Nickel.

Announcer was trying to replace what he saw as a coin with a bad attitude so him choosing that Nickel over the silly one makes sense, at least at first.

BFDIA as a season was supposed to be managed by the announcer up until BFDIA 5, as shown in BFB 29, he wanted the contestants to be unaware of his presence, but because this Nickel is specifically put there through an audition he should be the only one aware of the season being managed by Announcer. When announcer leaves this Nickel also disappears, being replaced by the current Nickel with the BFB personality.

While of course I cannot know the specifics of this replacement my guess is that the previous serious looking Nickel was hired by Announcer and wasn't really competing, so when Announcer left he had no reason to stay, and Firey speakerbox replaced him with our current silly Nickel who also auditioned but didn't make the cut the first time, considering our current Nickel did not leave as the host was replaced again and again, he is probably competing for real, unlike the previous one.

About the asset is actually easy to explain, we were shown that there's tech created to increase the quality of an object's asset, so is not improbable for there to be another one to reduce it's quality.
