How do I introduce habits? ⠀ Many of us have such thoughts in our heads: ПонедельнWith Monday I will start to swing the press 🔸Time to eat right 🔸 This month you need to read every day ⠀ We decide for ourselves at any cost to introduce a new habit. We begin to download the press 50 times every day, read 40 pages and enter the perfect food. After a week, someone later, the enthusiasm diminishes and we decide that if we miss one day, then nothing terrible will happen. The next day, we completely forget about the habits, remember them in a couple of days, get upset and decide to try again from next week or month. ⠀ Why it happens? ⠀ Here are the main reasons: ⠀ ▫️Lack of motivation. We all heard that reading every day is great, but if you don’t know WHY you need it, and in principle there are no books that you would like to read, then the habit of typing does not make sense. Choose only those habits that are right for you, and not for society. ⠀ ▫️ Too high and complex. You have never played sports and suddenly decide to devote this time to the day. Thus the body quickly exhausted. Do not lift the bar and start with small steps. 10 minutes a day to start will be quite enough. ⠀ ▫️ Lack of time to complete the habit. Our brain is designed so that as soon as possible we begin to postpone any matter. If you set aside a specific time to complete a habit, your brain will find it easier to tune. ⠀ Every month I choose three habits for the introduction. I track their implementation using a special tracker. He needs to not forget about habits and see your progress. In addition, it is incredibly pleasant to paint in the tracker another day with a fulfilled habit ⠀ For each habit, I write down three options for doing it. ⠀ For example: read every day. 🔹 minimum: 2 pages / day Rate: 5p./day 🔹 maximum: 10 pages / day ⠀ Each option has its own color. In those days when I have no strength at all, I do at least a minimum. In the days when I have more time, I do the maximum. On other days - the norm. In accordance with this, every day in the tracker in me is painted over with a different color, depending on the implementation option .
