Burgers? Check. Bar? Check. Maybe even Beth!

A b.y.o.b. establishment with a diner style environment, but with beer! We stumbled over whether or not this place was a true b.y.o.b. or a traditional burger joint, so come here for yourself and argue your own point.

Despite its burger ambiguity, one of us liked it here more than the other. Not to say the other one didn't like it.  Falling under the classic American style burger umbrella, the fine folks here at Beth's offer burgers by the patty stack. Top it with your choices of cheeses, sauces and toppings that range from lettuce to pineapple. (I highly recommend the peanut butter, my new fave!) Beth's lacks any premade burger options but is also slim on the number of burger toppings, so that's the root of our great burger debate.

Built to order, or build your own, whichever you want to call it, its a fine place to come and debate the sepcification of its true burger classification and enjoy a damn tasty burger while you do it!

As we argued even further over the rating, as I gave it a 3 and my burger bro gave it a solid 2.8, I, as the curator of this fine blog, gave it a 3.2 out of 4!

Oh yeah, for the brave, they also have the Double D challenge burger.  Check it out!

There's a new burger joint on the block, bitches, and I say it challenges every other downtown burger option.  Bold statement, I know.
