Every dish is prepared from scratch to order, starting with the Lamian (hand-pulled) noodles to the decadent Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings). We tried a big variety of dishes and each dish I tired was absolutely loaded with authentic flavor profiles. The dumplings where a kaleidoscope of flavors with each bite I took.
