Joseph Pilates heeft meer Arm Spring oefeningen ontwikkeld dan Mat oefeningen. Zonde als je ze niet doet, want ze geven spectaculaire resultaten. Fantastisch dat je die oefeningen in onze studio niet alleen in de privélessen met de Cadillac maar ook in de groepslessen met de Wall Tower kan uitvoeren. Deze dames doen deze Arm Spring oefening er makkelijk uitzien, maar niets is minder waar. Het is echt super zwaar, want reken maar dat de veren veel weerstand bieden. Hoe makkelijker het eruit ziet, hoe sterker de dames zijn. Maanden voorbereiding en oefenen is hieraan vooraf gegaan en diverse deelnemers hadden schouderklachten. Dat zou je niet zeggen hè?
