"are you asking me or making me?" is soooooo interesting to me because i think armand only asks it when he can't gauge whether he's letting louis down. it's barely even sexual - it's a hail mary. it's a show of trust, indirectly admitting that he wants to do something other than what louis expects of him, but that he's willing to obey louis anyway, for the sake of their relationship. it's sort of heartbreaking watching them at the sacré-cœur, because if louis had said "i'm making you" armand would've done it in a heartbeat. he would've taken it as a show of committment on louis' part, and he wouldn't have betrayed him. but louis takes the question just as an expression of disagreement, and so he doesn't play the game. ironically, he respects armand's independence too much to make him turn madeleine if he doesn't want to. and so armand isn't convinced of louis' commitment to him, and he betrays him.
and by the time we see them in san fransisco, louis knows what the question means now, and answers "no, arun, i'm not asking" without question. and armand accepts it without complaint, even as it pains him. companionship really is the most important thing in the world to armand, just like it is for lestat, and he's willing to do any number of horrible things to louis and himself just to keep him as a companion, just like lestat. louis' biggest mistake is not realising how to use that to his advantage sooner.

God can you imagine? If Rangi and Kyoshi really were BOTH oblivious about their own feelings this entire time???? Can you imagine the talks Hei-Ran and Kelsang probably tried to have???? TT0TT
Hei-Ran: I've noticed you've been.....running a lot more lately.
Rangi: Yeah.
Hei-Ran, trying to solve what strange mating ritual her daughter is performing: Is there someone you.... like? Romantically or....otherwise?
Rangi: No? Why would you think that?
Hei-Ran: I....I don't....know just.... What are your thoughts on Kyoshi? Completely unrelated.
Rangi: She's a good friend. Would probably die for her. Might explode if she holds my hand. That's normal with friends, right?
Hei-Ran, trying not to cry: I see.
Kelsang: Kyoshi do you like anyone?
Kyoshi: Me?! NO! Never! Who is this "anyone" you speak of? Hahahaha Yun didn't say anything to you, did he?
Kelsang, really confused: Yun???? No- I just. Um. Rangi-
Kyoshi, grabbing Kelsang by the shoulders: RANGI SAID SOMETHING?!
Kelsang: She said you were running late! Um, what do you think she meant?
Kyoshi: I DON'T KNOW! I think I need to clean, yes, this'll keep my aching heart from hurting! *runs off*
Kelsang: So her heart aches when she's thinking of Rangi???? TT0TT Kyoshi we need a talk please come baaaaack!

Kali growling to herself silently as she watches a few too many Menagerians flirt with an oblivious Yang.
Kali: Yang, Dear! Can you come here please?
Yang: Yes, ma'am! Is something wrong?
Kali: Oh, no, nothing like that, dear. *glares the other faunus away* And please, call me Kali. I just wanted to spend a little time with my daughter's girlfriend; get to know you better. We weren't able to talk much back in Haven, and all I have to go off is what Blake's told me.
Yang: O-oh! Yeah! Sure! Um...what do you want to know?
Kali: *threads her arm through Yang's and leads her to the group's shared quarters* There's actually something I'd rather do. Think of it as a way to welcome you into our family. It's an important piece of our culture, and I'm sure Blake would be thrilled if you would participate.
Yang: Absolutely! I'd love to learn more about your culture! Anything to make Blake happy!
Kali: That's the spirit.
Later that Afternoon
Blake: Has anyone seen Yang? I haven't heard from her all afternoon.
Weiss: I thought she was with you. I haven't seen her.
Ruby: Yeah, you guys have been velcroed together since the Ever After. I just assumed she was with you.
Yang: *walks into the room* Hey, guys! What'd I miss?
Blake: Yang, where have you been? I was starting to wo- *notices golden stud in Yang's ear and starts blushing* ....Yang...what is that?
Yang: Oh! Your mom invited me to some kind of bonding - welcoming - family acceptance thing earlier. She said it was part of the Menagerian culture and that you'd be excited if I did it.
Blake: I-is that right? Excuse me for a moment.
Ruby, Weiss, and Yang watch as Blake nearly stomps out of the room.
Ruby: What was that about?
Weiss: I have no idea.
Blake: *from another room* What the heck is this all about?!
Kali: Well, I didn't see you making a move, so I decided to help. You should have seen the amount of faunus flirting with her! I had to secure your assets!
Blake: I CAN PROPOSE TO YANG BY MYSELF, MOM!!!
Ruby and Weiss: PROPOSE?!?!?!
Yang: *brain promptly explodes*

XD Here's an old funny one. Ericka wants to get into Drac and Vlad's punny fun despite being a human, and wants to impress Vlad with her "BAMF" or "Bad-Ass Monsterfucker" pun.
Much to her dismay, Vlad thinks it needs work. XD

Avatar Love talk 3: Game vs Action
Follow up from (and also defending Kyo in this vid)
Yangchen: I plead the fifth on what Kuruk said. No idea why you two think you got your horny ass desires from me.
Kyoshi: I'm not the one who sensually listened to the sound of Kavik writing with a pencil, but go off?
Yangchen: Again, pleading the fifth! Anyway I still think Kyoshi has the least amount of game.
Kyoshi: Really? We're still on this? Can't we talk about something else?
Wan: Like your mommy issues?
Kyoshi, pushing his face away and knocking him down: Ok, defending my "game" it is.
Yangchen: Kyoshi, really, just accept it. You can't flirt for shit.
Kyoshi: Again, I don't need to.
Yangchen: You keep saying that! How do you expect to get anyone if you can't or don't flirt?
Kyoshi: I walk into the room and look at them. Maybe smile, if I'm feeling feisty.
Yangchen: That's not going to work-
Wan: It worked for you, Yangchen.
Yangchen: *deflated*
Kyoshi: Oh so it's "flirting" and "super game" if Yangchen does it, but if Kyoshi does it then I'm just lucky? Wow. Hmmm. So fair.
Yangchen: Kyoshi, you had two years with Rangi and Yun and I had five minutes with Kavik. We are not the same.
Kyoshi: Listen, Yangchen, I think we've got it all wrong. It isn't about game or flirting. It's about action. I know how to get my girl going-
Wan: Yangchen knows how to get Kavik going too!
Yangchen: SHut UP, Wan! .......Yeah I know how to get Kavik going too, blow steam in his ear, fling him off a bison, what's your point?????
Korra: Wait, fling him off a-?
Kyoshi: Oh no no, Yangchen. That's not what I mean. You see, I'm probably going to go down in history as "World's best daughter-in-law." Whenever I sincerely talk about how I'm going to take care of Rangi or Hei-Ran, and Rangi melts into a literal puddle at my feet.
Korra: So, like, you're amazing moral character is how you flirt?
Kyoshi: No, it's not flirting. It's doing. Actions. Like I said before, they like me for who I am. And maybe because I have a good smile too.
Kuruk: Being good looking does help.
Yangchen: Ugh, where are you going with this?
Kyoshi: I'm getting to it. What I want to say is, 'What's so great about having game, when the real measure should be the results?'
Yangchen: *rolls eyes* 'Results.' Please, Kyoshi. We all know I had Kavik wrapped around my finger.
Kyoshi: So you got with him?
Yangchen: I-well uh-
Kyoshi: Tell me, Yangchen. Which one of us actually GOT their boo in the end? Hm?
Yangchen: ..........
Kyoshi: Only actions and outcomes matter, Yangchen. What's so great about your "game" if you can't even "win"?
Wan: I haven't seen a burn this severe since that volcano took out Roku. O-O
Voice on the phone: 911, what's you're emergency?
Korra, on the phone: I just witnessed a murder! I mean both parties are already dead-can the dead die twice?????
