Hot Water System Upgrade vs. Repair: Guide for Victorian Homeowners to Maximize Benefits and Rebate
Victorian homeowners often face the dilemma of whether to upgrade or repair their hot water systems. This decision can significantly impact your energy bills, home comfort, and environmental footprint.
To make the best choice in hot water upgrade Victoria, it's essential to understand the benefits of upgrading, the conditions under which repairs are feasible, and the rebates available to make these changes more affordable.
The Case for Upgrading Your Hot Water System
Upgrading your hot water system can offer numerous advantages, especially if your current system is outdated or inefficient. Here are some compelling reasons to consider an upgrade:
Energy Efficiency: Modern hot water systems, particularly heat pumps, are designed to be far more energy-efficient than older models. A hot water upgrade Victoria can significantly reduce your energy consumption and lower your monthly utility bills.
Environmental Impact: Upgrading to a more efficient system can reduce your carbon footprint. Heat pump systems, for example, use ambient air to heat water, which is much more environmentally friendly compared to traditional electric or gas heaters.
Reliability and Performance: Newer systems tend to be more reliable and offer better performance, providing a steady supply of hot water without frequent breakdowns. This can enhance the comfort and convenience of your home.
Government Rebates: The Victorian government offers various rebates and incentives for homeowners who upgrade to energy-efficient hot water systems. The government rebate on hot water systems in Victoria can significantly reduce the upfront cost of a new system, making it a financially viable option.
When to Consider Repairing Your Hot Water System
While upgrading offers many benefits, there are situations where repairing your existing system might be the best option. Here are some scenarios where heat pump repair might be preferable:
Minor Issues: If your system is relatively new and only experiencing minor issues, repairs might be sufficient to restore its functionality. In such cases, the cost of repair will be significantly lower than a complete replacement.
Cost Considerations: Sometimes, the cost of heat pump repair is substantially lower than the cost of a new system. If budget constraints are a significant concern, repairing your current system can be a more affordable short-term solution.
System Lifespan: If your hot water system is still within its expected lifespan and has been performing well overall, a repair can extend its usability for a few more years.

Store Hot Water with the Most Dependable Electric Instantaneous Water Heaters
A plumbing device that produces hot water instantly is known as electric instantaneous water heaters. Water is heated as it travels through a heating element in this electrically driven device. Such a device has the benefit of providing limitless warm water without the requirement of a holding tank. As a result, you won't ever need to wait for your hot water to start again. Typically, the heating source is placed nearby the site of use, like underneath a sink.
Explore the Best in Industry Devices for Gas and Solar Hot Water
The purchase and installation costs of electric residential Water Heaters are higher, but the ongoing expenses may be considerably cheaper.
Gas or energy can be used to supplement solar hot water devices.
Solar water systems in Victoria may depend quite a bit on their bolstering system, especially during the winter.
Solar water systems use up the area on your roof and don't produce energy, which can reduce the amount of room accessible to solar PV systems.
When powered by natural gas, high-efficiency gas hot water systems are usually regarded as the most cost-effective form of the water heater.
This is no longer the situation thanks to recent developments in heat-pump technology.
This system's ease of upkeep is one of its primary advantages.
You won't ever have to be concerned about leakage because there are no hookups for gas or oil.
Low Repair, Cheaper, and Faster Implementation
Electric devices don't need extensive implementation like gas-powered ones do! Installation costs for electric hot water systems are frequently lower than for other kinds of hot water systems. For homeowners seeking a quick and affordable method for setting up a hot water system, they are a fantastic choice.
Electric hot water systems rarely require repairs because there aren't any complex components to think about. You only need to connect them to start using them.
This energy is used by an electric water heater to heat water, giving you hot water for showers, washing utensils, and doing chores. You can maximise the use of your solar cells and lessen your dependence on fossil fuels by combining the two systems.

Advantages of Camping Bags
Camping Bags Are Great for Getting a Good Night's Sleep
Whether you're planning a weekend trip, a long backpacking adventure or even a full-blown trek across Europe, a quality sleeping bag can make all the difference to your experience. Here are a few advantages to consider before investing in a new sleeping bag for your next camping trip:
Lightweight
Camping bags tend to be smaller than tents, so they're often more compact and less bulky than other gear, making them easier to transport on longer hikes or car trips. The right one can also be used in tandem with a tarp for added flexibility and shelter.
Comfortable
The best bags offer features to help you get a good night's sleep, such as a snug-fitting hood that can close around your head and a baffle system that lets you adjust the ventilation of the interior to keep you warmer. A few models also feature a zippered stash pocket where you can keep important items like a watch or lip balm handy for quick access when you need them.
Packed Size
The best camping bags are lightweight enough to fit comfortably into the smallest stuff sack possible, so you can minimize pack weight while still having plenty of space for your sleeping pad and other essentials. The Questar is a great example, packing down to just 1 pound 15 oz.
If you're going to be using the same bag for camping in both warm and cold weather, choose a synthetic insulation to keep the heat trapped in, instead of down insulation, which can lose its ability to insulate when wet. Down-insulated bags are appropriate for winter campers, while synthetic bags are ideal for summer travelers who want to stay cozy and comfortable during long hikes.
Water-Resistant
While they're usually heavier than synthetic bags, goose down sleeping bags are highly insulating, so they're the choice of many outdoor enthusiasts for winter or snowy camping trips. They're also more breathable and require less maintenance, which can save you money in the long run.
Durability
Generally speaking, the more robust a sleeping bag is, the more it will last. For this reason, it's a good idea to look for bags that are made from tough materials like 900-denier laminated ripstop nylon. The shells of these bags are also typically treated with a waterproof finish, which helps protect the fill from moisture and can keep the interior of the bag insulated for longer.
Storage Sacks
Leaving a bag stuffed inside its stuff sack is bad for the insulation, so most bags come with a large mesh or cotton preservation sack for long-term storage. A few also include a soft sleeping bag liner that you can slip inside your bag to add extra warmth when you're camping in hot weather.
Compression Sacks
The best compression sacks are waterproof and designed to reduce the volume of your sleeping bag so that it fits more snugly into a backpack. They can also be used to cinch up clothes when hiking in cooler conditions.

Nicole’s POV
CLIMBING OUT OF bed, I shut my alarm off, yawning as I took off my sleep mask. I stretched my limbs, swung my feet from underneath the comforter, and walked to my attached bathroom. After using the toilet, I ran a nice hot shower, and while it reached a temperature I could tolerate, I went to my closet, searching for an outfit. Once I picked something to wear, I stripped off my clothes and stepped inside the glass enclosure. As I grabbed my mesh sponge, I poured my Dove Glowing Body Soap in the scent of Mango & Almond Butter onto it and started singing as I scrubbed myself.
"Too much in my system, money MIA, momma making ends meet, working like a slave." I sang, cleaning my stomach.
By the song's end, I turned off the water, stepped out of the shower, and wrapped a towel around my body. After I dried off, I rubbed my Sunshine Mimosa lotion from Bath & Body Works into my skin and slipped on my undergarments. I dressed in dark-washed mid-rise destructed ankle jeans, a hot pink wide contour asymmetrical crop top, and black vans. Once my hair was to my liking, I grabbed my backpack and car keys before leaving my bedroom. Heading downstairs to the kitchen, I grabbed a strawberry pop tart from the cabinet and walked out to my car.
Once I buckled myself into the seatbelt, I drove to my best friend Victoria's house to pick her up for school. On the drive to her place, I sang my heart out to music playing from my phone connected via Bluetooth. Arriving at her home, I parked at the end of the driveway and honked my horn. A few minutes passed before I saw her exit the front door and jog to my car. Victoria got in the passenger side and buckled herself in before I drove away.
"What's good, bestie?" Victoria asked, applying lipgloss to her lips in the sun visor mirror.
"Nothing much. What's been up with you?" I questioned, keeping my eyes on the road.
"Well, you remember how I told you Brent asked me out to the movies Saturday?" Victoria inquired, looking at me.
"Yea, what happened?" I asked her as I pulled up to a red light.
"That's the thing nothing happened. It was a cute date. Brent's so sweet." My best friend expressed, holding her cheeks.
"Aww, look at you falling in love." I cooed, glancing at her. She had a massive grin on her face.
"I think I am." Victoria swooned, fanning herself in the seat.
"I mean, you guys make a cute couple," I replied, nodding my head in approval.
"Not as cute as you and Nick, though." She pouted, crossing her arms like a child.
"Well, Nick and I have been together since eighth grade." I reminded her, shrugging my shoulders.
"I know." Victoria sighed, staring out the window. "I just want what you guys have."
"You will, baby, and you know why?" I asked, glancing at Victoria once the light turned green.
"Why?" Victoria asked, grinning at me.
"You deserve it," I said, grabbing her hand.
"I love you." My best friend smiled, kissing the back of my hand.
"Love you too." I returned the smile before putting my attention back on the road.
Before school, I decided to stop by Starbucks and get some drinks. I ordered a grande strawberry & cream frappe, and Victoria bought a grande caramel frappe. After I paid, I continued driving until I arrived at school. Parking in an empty student spot Victoria and I got out, and I locked the car behind me. As we walked through the doors of the building, some students were standing around talking while others were sitting by their lockers, waiting for the bell to ring.
"Let's go sit in the cafeteria," Victoria suggested, looking at me.
"Sure, let's go," I replied, nodding my head.
Walking to the lunchroom Victoria and I sat at a booth and started talking, enjoying our frappes. As I went to reply to her, my phone dinged, signaling I had received a text message. I grabbed seeing it was from Nick.
Nicholas🥴❤️ - Are you at school yet?
Yea, I'm with Victoria in the cafeteria. Where are you?
Nicholas🥴❤️ - I'm walking through the entrance now.
Okay, I'll see you when you get here.
Nicholas🥴❤️ - See you.
Setting my phone to the side, I continued talking with my best friend. Victoria and I have been best friends since the first day of elementary school. The teacher sat us next to each other, and we were two peas in a pod. I wouldn't ask for anyone else as a best friend. She's charming, easygoing, and agreeable, but she also would put someone in their place if she had to.
One time in the fifth grade, a girl pushed me off the swing, and Victoria pushed her off so I could get back on, and I've loved her since that day. We've been inseparable, and our parents never wanted to split us apart because they knew how much we meant to each other. If I'm honest, Victoria was the one that insisted I be the one to talk to Nick back in eighth grade. She knew I was nervous, but she kept insisting. Victoria's persistence was one of the reasons why I loved her.
Glancing up, I saw my boyfriend walk into the lunchroom, and when we locked eyes, he smiled at me. As Nick came to our table, he greeted Victoria first, sitting next to me.
"Hello, Vicki." He smiled, wrapping his arms around me. "Hello, sweetheart."
"Hello, lover," I replied, kissing his cheek.
"You guys got Starbucks without me?" Nick questioned, stating the obvious.
"Yea, sorry about that, but you can have some of mine." I apologized, handing his my half-drunken cup.
"Thank you." He replied, sipping my beverage through the straw.
My best friend, boyfriend, and I began talking about things that happened at school over the three years we'd been here to pass the time. The morning bell echoes throughout the campus, and we get up from the table. Grabbing Nick's hand, I interlaced our fingers as he walked me to our lockers next to each other's. After twisting in my combination, I grabbed my textbook for my first-period class. Once the thirty-second bell rang, I followed behind Nick to our first lesson, Algebra 2.
Nick and I sat in our seats and waited for other students to pile into the room so Mrs. Franklin could start the class. When the final person sat in their seat, the teacher took attendance and got on with the lesson.
"Okay, class, for today's lesson, we will start lesson nine, Polynomial Arithmetics." Mrs. Franklin began, staring at everyone in the room. "Everyone, pull out some paper so you can take notes."
All students unzipped their backpacks and began pulling paper from their folders. I started writing down key points from the PowerPoint slide. As I write down notes, I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket, making me jump slightly. Sneakily I pulled it out to see a text from Victoria.
Bestie💖 - I'm bored🥱
When are you not?
Bestie💖🤞 - When I'm with Brent🥰
Omfg🤭
Bestie💖🤞 - He's so adorable😊
You can shut up now; I get it.
Bestie💖🤞 - You're a hater🙃
Yea, I hate on you being in love with Brent😌
Bestie💖🤞 - Haha😂
Get back to class, Vicki.
Bestie💖🤞 - Okay.
Stuffing my phone back in my pocket, I put my attention back on the front of the class and continued writing notes on my paper. Algebra 2 went by fast, and the next thing I knew, the second bell had rung. After gathering my stuff, I headed out of class to my locker. Once I twisted my combination into the lock and grabbed my things for my following lesson, World History with Mr. Parsons. I smiled at my boyfriend, kissed him goodbye, and walked away.
As I sat in my seat, I pulled out my notebook and waited for my best friend to show up, and she better not be late. When Victoria walked through the door, I smiled at her as she took her place next to me with a big smile.
"What's with the smile?" I questioned, raising an eyebrow at her.
"Brent finally asked me out before I came into class. He cupped my chin so softly and kissed me on the cheek. I almost died and went to heaven." Victoria swooned, sliding down in the chair.
"Aww, that's so sweet." I professed, holding my hands over my chest. "I knew he would."
"I'm falling in love with him." My best friend proclaimed, nodding her head.
"Well, you deserve all the happiness in the world." I smiled, pulling her into a hug.
"Thank you." She replied, pulling away from me.
"You're welcome, love," I said, tapping my pencil on the desk.
Before I said anything else, my phone vibrated in my back pocket, and I had no doubt it was Nick. As I pulled it out, I was right. It was a text message from my boyfriend.
Nicholas🥴❤️ - I miss you😘
Miss you too🥰
Nicholas🥴❤️ - I forgot to tell you I'm having a party Friday night, and you’re invited.
You always ask me since I'm your girlfriend.
Nicholas🥴❤️ Of course, how can I not invite my gorgeous girlfriend to my party?
You'll find a way.
Nicholas🥴❤️ - Wow, some trust you have in me.
I'm kidding. Of course, I'll be there.
Nicholas🥴❤️ - Okay, I'll see you at lunch.
Ditto.
Locking my phone, I tucked it under my thigh as Mr. Parsons started the class. For this lesson, the teacher had us write down important facts, which would be our study guide for an upcoming test.
"Did Nick tell you about the party?" Victoria whispered, leaning over to me.
"Yea, he texted me about it," I said, nodding my head.
"He sent the invite in a group chat a second ago." She replied, checking the messages on her phone.
"I'm special, so I got invited directly from him." I smiled, flipping my hair over my shoulder.
"Spoiled brat," Victoria muttered, but I heard her.
"I'm not spoiled." I scoffed, staring at her in shock.
"Maybe a little bit, but I love you nonetheless." Victoria smiled, pressing her lips to my cheek.
Giggling, I shook my head and continued taking down more notes. Afterward, Mr. Parsons had us work on a small worksheet. Finally, the bell rang, and I left the classroom to my locker. Our next lesson was Economy, so Victoria and I headed there. Ms. Nelson had us take a quick quiz before watching a documentary.
Once the bell rang again, Victoria and I gathered our stuff and headed to the cafeteria for lunch. Good thing they were having Dominoes today because I was in the mood for pizza. After we stood in line, we sat at a table.
"Do you want a Gatorade or soda?" My best friend asked, standing up from the table.
"Sprite, please, and thank you," I replied, smiling at her.
As she went to grab us something to drink, I saw Nick and Brent walking toward the table with food. He smiled at me as he leaned down and pecked my lips.
"How were your classes?" Nick asked me, unwrapping his burger.
"Surprisingly easy," I replied, shrugging my shoulders. "What about yours?"
"Easy, too, except Mr. Simmons wants us to turn in an art piece by Monday next week." He explained, biting into his cheeseburger. "If you haven't noticed by now, I suck ass at drawing."
"Well, I don't have to worry about that ." I teased, smiling at him.
"Smart ass." My boyfriend said, playfully shoving my shoulder.
Victoria returned with our drinks, sat down, and the four of us began talking. In the middle of me laughing at something Brent said, I hear my phone ringing a specific ringtone. I knew it was my mother so I answered the call.
Hello mommy.
Momma💕😌 - Are you at lunch?
Yea, I'm eating some pizza. What's up?
Momma💕😌 - Noah is going to be at the after-school program. Can you pick him up today? I am headed to work.
Mom, you know I always will.
Momma💕😌 - I know, and thank you.
You're more than welcome.
Momma💕😌 - Okay, have a good day. I love you.
Love you too, bye.
Setting my phone on the table, I ate and laughed with my friends until the outgoing lunch bell rang. When I arrived at my final class, Chemistry, I sat in my seat and waited for the lesson to begin. It went by fast, and I was glad I only had four classes on my schedule. When I exited the room, I found Nick waiting for me.
"So you're headed home?" He asked, grabbing my hand.
"Yes, I have to pick up Noah from daycare," I replied, slinging my backpack over my shoulder.
"Okay, I'll talk to you later," Nick said, kissing my lips.
"Okay, bye." I nodded, waving at him.
As I walked out of the building, I headed to my car and got in. Once I buckled my seatbelt, I drove to the house since Noah's school doesn't get out until 2:00 pm, and he's going to the after-school program. Walking through the door, I locked it behind me and headed to the kitchen. I tossed my backpack on the counter, opened the fridge, and grabbed a water bottle. After drinking some of it, I walked up the stairs to my room and took a nap before picking up Noah.
The sound of my alarm going off made me open my eyes. Grabbing my phone, I saw it was 3:30 pm and headed downstairs. Once I had my keys, I left the house to my car and buckled my seatbelt. As I drove to Great Lakes Elementary School, I tapped my thumbs on the steering wheel, listening to the music on the radio. Once I arrived at the educational building, I parked, got out, and headed inside the cafeteria. A worker saw me and smiled, greeting me.
"Hello, how can I help you?" The young woman asked, smiling at me.
"I'm here to pick up Noah Perri," I replied, stuffing my hands in my pockets.
"Okay, sign him out, and I'll get him." The woman said, smiling at me politely.
Nodding my head, I grabbed the folder and signed my name along with the time and who I was to him. I stood there and waited for the woman to walk my little brother to the front. When I saw Noah, he smiled at me and ran into my arms.
"Nicki!" Noah shouted, wrapping his arms around me.
"Hey, munchkin, how was school today?" I asked, taking his Spiderman backpack from him as we walked outside.
"It was fun. Today was one of my classmate's birthday, and his parents brought pizza." Noah explained as we walked to my car, and he climbed inside the backseat.
"Oh wow, it does seem like you had fun today," I replied, getting inside the car and starting it.
"Mhmm," Noah said, nodding his head.
"Okay, so how about we go swimming after we do your homework," I suggested, driving away from his school.
"That sounds awesome," Noah replied, holding his thumb up.
"Great," I replied, looking at him.
Arriving home, Noah followed me to the kitchen table and sat beside me while I grabbed his homework folder from his backpack. For today Noah's teacher wanted him to circle words he had trouble pronouncing. After helping my little brother with his assignment, he changed clothes to go swimming. I sat in the backyard, watching Noah in the pool for a couple of hours before getting him out and starting dinner. While Noah took his nighttime bath, I cooked baked lemon herbed chick, sauteed asparagus, and steamed rice.
Since my parents would return home late, I made sure to make their plates and set them in the oven before giving Noah his food. After eating dinner, I got my shower out of the way before reading my little brother a bedtime story. Walking into my bedroom, I plugged my phone into the charger, turned on my fan, and got comfortable in bed.

A tie between us and some hope // E.T.
words // 1505
warnings // a little bit of angst but overall fluff
pairing // Ethan Torchio x GN!Reader
author's note // if you want to be on the tag list let me know. ooof im really feeling like a mess today i hope it does not show on this one, i thought i'd feel better than yesterday but my mental state is worse todays... anyway, my oversharing ends here, i hope you enjoy this lovies!! oh also, i am using some epithets (lol) in italian with the endings in -o because i can not for the love of me find specifically gn pet names on the internet or im just bad at looking but i am tired of only ever using 'amore' lol.
request // yes through a reblog so i will not link it right now
summary // Part three of Secrets and fights and Torna a casa. After Ethan showed up in readers house that night the two have started trying to work on being together again. But there are always new problems to arise.
After that night passed, when Ethan had found himself on his love’s doorstep things started looking up. The man started being more consistent in taking care of himself, finally feeling like his able to breathe, like things were taking their rightful place again. He kept himself and his space put together, finding himself far out of the rut he was put into after the short-lived breakup.
Although things seemed to be better, nothing was yet back to how it was between him and Y/N. The two found themselves constantly around each other, be it little dates around the city- not caring about paparazzi at this point, other times just staying in and cuddling while watching a movie, or even going on a walk some nights, smoking and joking while talking about the deepest and shallowest things the pair could think of. It felt as if the intimacy that was previously been built had not gone away, it was still there, strong as ever, the trust being hard to be built again.
“Goodmorning, dolcesso,” uttered the man, a soft smile on his face as he walked through the open door, a bag of fresh pastries in his hands, the refreshing smell of coffee embracing his presence in the small home.
Y/N, barely awake, but always with a deep love for the pastries Ethan picked up, moved towards him, taking the bag from his hands, humming in appreciation as they opened it, looking at today’s picks. “These smell wonderful, Ethan,” they mumbled before taking a bite from the first one they found.
He smiled a bit, looking at the person before him, mumbling a quiet response. “I always pick the best ones for you, beautiful.”
If it was possible to fall in love with a person again, then Ethan was definitely living that moment when Y/N gave him the stupidest and most childish smile, a spark in their eyes he missed while they were awake.
How could I have said those things to them, he thought while looking at said person enjoying their breakfast standing in front of the small kitchen and admiring the minimal city view. It was not much but it surely was something they enjoyed watching in the mornings or as the sun set. No matter how bad it would imprint on the photos they took, it was a breathtaking view they never got enough of.
Just another thing Ethan loved about them, finding such beauty in something so seemingly insignificant. He loved looking at them in moments like that, knowing how much in a trance they were, too deep in the beauty their eyes took in to say anything. Before the man could stop himself he utter the same three words from a few nights ago, “I love you”.
Y/N’s eyes widened, the information was not new but they did not expect this to be brought up again any time soon. “Ethan - I-I, uh-”
“You don’t have to say it back, cucciolo. I know how I feel, I am very sure of that. You don’t have to be there yet, you don’t have to say it… Not after what I said.”
They took a deep breath at that, one they had not realized they held back, still feeling guilty about their inability to simply say words. It is not that they did not feel it, was it?
It was not the last time this would happen. Only a few nights later, a similar incident occurred, Ethan admiring the person he is in love with, their eyes focused on their book, or at least trying to in the dark light they found themselves, a cigarette alternating from their lips to the ashtray on their side, looking like the perfect view at the side of the beach. Considering how hot the weather had been, the pair and their friends agreed on a field trip, the idea being they would either camp there that night or book a hotel room last minute. No one was going to drive that night, no one had to worry about having some alcohol in their system, so beers were a big thing around them, being passed back and forth.
“Hey, Y/N, do you want a beer?” Asked Victoria, getting up to pick one for her self, the other person nodding before she gave them their beer.
“I’d ask you as well Ethan, but seems you are too drunk on Y/N to drink any more beer,” she commented bringing forth a heatwave to happen on Y/N’s face and causing a big grin to cover the drummer’s face.
“What can I say? Can’t hide that I love them, can I?” Everyone laughed it off, Y/N included, but they felt slightly uncomfortable at the man’s words.
They had thought about it last time Ethan brought his feelings forth, knowing very well how they felt the same. They simply could not bring themselves to say it back. Maybe it had something to do with their life before him, and they would have a hard time saying it anyway, or maybe it had something to do with the loss of trust in the man after the pictures of the two kissing. Did he really love them if he was willing to say those things.
“Stop worrying so much about it, amore,” whispered Ethan, noticing Y/N’s state. “I told you, you don’t have to say it back, every one takes a different amount of time to do that.”
His tone and expression were reassuring but they knew this was hurting him a lot on the inside. So they apologized, looking down, ashamed, unsure… The whole situation created a whirlwind in their mind they could not control at the moment, instead opting for jumping into the cold water of the sea beside them, being sure that a bit of swimming would clear up their thoughts.
The same incident happened a few more times, Ethan never being able to contain his words, justifying it by saying how “I am simply trying to remind you that I meant what I said that night”. But Y/N was feeling pressured, as if the man was giving them a timeline, a reminder that they need to decide or it will be to late. One night, they could not take it any more, so they simply confronted him about it. He had just said it again, thankfully they were alone this time, meaning they could say all that they wanted.
“Why do you keep saying that, Ethan?”
“What do you even mean by that, Y/N?” He was simply taken aback, expecting everything but such anger after mentioning how he loves them.
“You keep saying how you love me, and you simply remind me of it, but man does it feel like you are trying to pry these words out of my mouth.”
“I would never do that and you know it!” Now the man was getting fed up as well. How could they accuse him of such thing?!
“Do I, Ethan? Do you even truly love me?”
“Wha- of course I do! What is this? Where is this coming from?”
“Did you love me when the photos of us came to the public?” They asked, voice now quiet, a contrast to their previous tone.
“What are you talking about amore, of course I did,” he responded just as softly, placing the palm of his hand over their face, swiftly collecting the few tears falling from their eyes. “Why are you crying, my love? What are you thinking?”
Y/N could not take it any more, they broke down in seconds, falling into Ethan’s open arms, soft sobs leaving their lips. “You- you said all those things that morning, a-and,” they hiccuped, “I-I am scared, Ethan…”
Their eyes were cast to the floor but Ethan could still see all the thoughts behind them. He finally realized what was happening, so he placed a kiss on their forehead, prompting them to finish their thought. “Could you really say those things if you loved me?” They whispered, moving away from the tall Italian, eyes cast to the floor and ever meeting his.
“Hey, hey look at me! What I said that morning came from a place of anxiety, overwhelming one at that. It does not mean it’s ok that I said that, of course not. But never doubt how much I love you, Y/N.” He paused for a second, his voice trembling as the words came out.
“Cause I do, and I did, but I could not control my emotions, instead I ended hurting yours. I don’t how many times I’ve apologized, but I will apologize that many more. I am sorry, sorry I made you feel so horrible, sorry for all the things I said, sorry for everything.” He said just as softly as before, hands cupping their face before leaving a deep kiss there.
“I love you,” finally said Y/N, feeling more sure and secure than they have for a while.

MORE VICTORIA BECAUSE IM SICK AND WANNA BE BABIED! ((Bean submission!!)
Coming down sick with Victoria as your yandere would probably be difficult since she seems like she would be very strict about your health and welness.
She would make you take vitamins every morning/night (or whenever you take your meds if you need them), tracks your diet, and probably has a small workout regime for you both, ect, ect
But she also seems like she might enjoy you being a bit sick, just a slight fever though, especially if you're like me and get clingy when you don't feel good!
She takes time off work, or at least does just paperwork at home for awhile so she can be with you.
She would hire the best doctors, but would prefer to be with you though. She seems like she would have a string immune system (lucky), and wouldn't fear getting sick. Even if it was highly contagious, or even deadly, she would worry about you more than herself.
Look up at her with puppy dog eyes, and a pout and she's wrapped around your little finger! Only while your sick though, she seems like she would be a hard but to crack unless you're already miserable
Gets her personal cooks to brew broth and soups for you, but like the ones that take hours or even days to make! Victoria, campbell's is fine...
Hand feeds you, don't fight her on it. She will let you drink from a cup on your own, but she is still watching like a hawk to make sure you don't choke. Might get you a water bottle with a straw if you're really sick, just so you don't have to sit up as much
Thinks you're really sexy with a slight blush, and being groggy. You look like when she has sex with you, but she won't do anything. Don't worry! First you get better, then she has fun!
She will be crawling into bed with you, but refuses to sleep. She probably gets some dark circles under her eyes because she's a bit nervous about sleeping when you don't feel good.
Totally a person to go on WebMD and has a mini panic attack. "Doctor! I read it could be cancer! Send for a test right now!" "It's a head cold, calm down, please" "SEND FOE A TEST!"
She seems like she would have cool hands, so if you're hot just have her place her hand on your forehead or cheeks. It feels so nice!
She also won't let you bath alone, but she also isn't climbing in with you right away. Cleans you up, then wraps you up like a burrito so she can take the fastest shower on earth with you falling asleep on the toilet.
Probably carries you back to bed, probably carries you everywhere honestly. Need to pee? She is carrying you and is staying right there while you go. She will turn around if you are to uncomfortable, but she's not leaving the room.
I just want someone to take care of me!!! I hate being sick 😷

Footnotes in the Story of Your Life
Nancy Drew never wanted to move from everything she knew in New York to an unwelcoming town in Maine, and she secretly refuses to enjoy her upcoming final year of high school, but that might not even happen when she and four Horseshoe Bay natives - Bess Marvin the socialite, Ace the stoic son of a single mother, George Fan the town foster child/screw up, and Ned Nickerson HBPD’s favorite ex-con - are accused of attempted murder. Nancy’s startled - when she said she wanted something interesting to happen she didn’t mean this - but soon she starts to notice that not everything is as it seems here (AU).
Title from “Tolerate It” by Taylor Swift
Nancy’s mother finds her sitting on her bed on the first day of summer with a framed photograph in her hands. Kate Drew softens at the sight of her daughter, her usually perfect posture long forgotten as she wilts into the bed.
“Nance,” she says quietly, and Nancy instantly looks up, her face crumpling. Kate crosses the bare room to sit next to her only daughter, wrapping a secure arm around her shoulder. “Moving must be hard, huh?” For the past month, the family of three had been packing up their New York home in River Heights, loading things into trucks as their friends came by with endless casseroles and ceramic dishes they didn’t know what to do with. Nancy, as social as her mother before her, had drawn into herself more and more as she made her goodbyes.
“Liven up Nance,” Carson, Kate’s husband and Nancy’s father had said not too long ago as they ate the tuna casserole Helen Coring - Nancy’s best friend - had brought earlier that day as they put the contents of Nancy’s room into a U Haul truck. “We’re moving to River Heights Drive. Not that much of a change, right?”
Nancy had spent the rest of the night glaring at her father, resenting his audacity, and Kate had taken over with the reassurances.
“Yeah. I just hate the idea that I’m missing senior year.”
“Well, you’re not missing it per say. You’re still going to school here.”
Nancy looks at the picture of her, Helen, and another friend named Burt at the junior prom, their arms around each other. Nancy sighs. She considers launching into a tirade about how New York and Maine are very different places and no she is missing school, the important parts at least, but she knows that this move is hard on her mother too, so she refrains. “I guess so,” she says, reluctantly putting the picture on the stand she had placed next to her bed.
Kate kisses the top of Nancy’s head. “Good. Now why don’t you explore and I’ll see what casserole I can heat up.”
“Ugh Mom,” Nancy says, already grinning as she pulls her blue raincoat from one of the boxes on the floor in front of her.
Nancy’s wanderings lead her to a small seafood restaurant with a great view of the Atlantic. Nancy’s not used to being this close to large bodies of water, and it’s making her a little nauseous. Her father, a native of Boston, assures her that she’ll get over the salt air smell, but Nancy’s not so sure.
She looks up at the claw shaped sign, creaking eerily on its pole. The Bayside Claw Nancy reads. What a fitting name. And a fitting sign. Nancy’s about to turn and keep walking, since she’s not a big seafood person, but she sees a handful of well dressed men enter the restaurant. Nancy’s spent enough time in New York City to know when a well dressed person is just fashion conscious, or when they’re rich and up to something. These men are definitely the latter. Nancy pauses for a few moments to make sure that the men have had the time to settle, since she locked eyes with a young man with sandy blond hair and the beginnings of a goatee, and she doesn’t want him to think she’s following him.
Nancy is an unnecessarily paranoid person.
She pushes through the doors of the restaurant and is nearly mowed over by a person the moment she steps into the dining area. “Whoah, I’m sorry,” she says, stepping back in time to see a woman with long black hair and an oversized cardigan stagger backwards, clearly discombobulated by well… everything.
“Ugh, Victoria,” A girl about Nancy’s age in a green uniform grumbles. She catches sight of Nancy. “Sorry about that ma’am,” the waitress says, reaching down to haul the woman (presumably Victoria) off the ground. The waitress pushes Victoria out of the door that’s still held open by Nancy. “Go be drunk somewhere else!” The waitress - whose name tag reads George - turns to Nancy. “Can I help you?”
Nancy freezes, not quite sure why to say she’s here now that she’s been spotted by this rather vocal waitress when she’s saved by another waitress, this time in yellow.
“George, Mr. Hudson wants us to give his wife food,” the waitress says in a posh British accent. She’s holding a wobbly plate of fish and salad in one hand.
George turns from Nancy to the new waitress, annoyance crossing her face. “Well what do you want me to do? Roll it onto a cart for her? Go bring it outside!”
“Mr. Hudson left his wife outside?” Nancy asks, without thinking.
“Yeah, that fellow over there,” the waitress in yellow points to the sandy haired man Nancy had tailed into here.
“And that fellow is both incredibly rich and able to give us a boost and my foster dad so maybe you should shut up and give Tiffany her food,” George snaps. Both Bess and Nancy flush.
“Sorry,” Bess mumbles, stepping away and around Nancy to slip through the front door. Nancy’s a little jostled when Bess passes her, and she spins a little, turning towards the kitchen. She catches sight of a young man in a colorful Hawaiian shirt ringing the bell to signify an order. They lock eyes - ice blue on sky - and Nancy feels a wave of déjà vu pass over her, but she shakes it off. She turns back to George, who’s still looking at her, waiting for Nancy to say something.
Finally, Nancy makes up her mind. If she’s going to be stuck in this tiny town she might as well do something to occupy her time. “Are you hiring?”
George looks her over. “Are you new here?”
Oh. So it’s that kind of tiny town. “Yes, my family just moved here.”
George nods. “Right. Well, we could always use a new waitress. We had one leave for college and Bess isn’t the brightest so…” George trails off, cocking her head. “Do you hear that?”
Both Nancy and George tilt their heads towards the front door of the restaurant, where they can hear muffled shouting. Both girls look at each other for a moment before Nancy spins and pushes the door open. George is hot on her heels, and after a few moments, a third pair of feet joins them. Nancy turns to see shaggy blond hair under a black cap and knows that it’s the boy from behind the counter.
Nancy stops suddenly when she sees Bess standing over a body, shock on her face. “Omph,” Nancy says as both George and the other guy come barreling into her. She stumbles, and George catches her around the waist. Nancy opens her mouth to ask the very obvious question hanging in the air-
“Bess? What happened?” a decidedly male voice asks, taking the words straight from Nancy’s mouth. She looks up to see a tall boy with cocoa skin exiting a blue truck parked a foot behind Bess, the body, and the sleek car looming over the person Nancy can only assume is Mrs. Hudson.
A strangled cry escapes George, and she rushes forward, dropping to her knees next to the woman. “Help her!” George says, looking up at the four of them as she lifts Mrs. Hudson’s head to rest on her knees. She cradles it in her hands like an injured bird.
“What happened?” the Hawaiian shirt boy repeats. Bess is sobbing now.
“I turned to go back to the restaurant and all of a sudden she cried out and fell! I don’t know!”
Nancy, still not quite sure what in the world is happening, crouches next to George and Mrs. Hudson. She lifts one of Mrs. Hudson’s hands, feeling her wrist for a pulse.
“She’s not dead,” she says as sirens come wailing towards them.
Fifteen minutes later, Nancy, Bess, George, and the two boys are sitting in the hospital waiting room with Mr. Hudson, George leaning against Mr. Hudson’s shoulder.
“The Hudsons have been her foster parents for the longest out of any of her homes,” Bess says, leaning over to whisper in Nancy’s ear. Nancy smiles at her. “I remember what it’s like being new. I only moved in with my aunt here in Horseshoe Bay last month. I used to live in London. I’m Bess by the way.”
“Nancy,” Nancy says.
“Welcome. Where did you live before?”
“New York.”
“City?”
“State.”
“Oh that’s nice. I love the city, did you go often?”
“Yeah, sometimes,” Nancy says as the waiting room doors swing open. She’s startled to see a man in a uniform striding towards their little group. He’s probably in his thirty or forties, and he’s got a no nonsense look on his face.
“Are you the people found at the scene of the crime?” he asks in lieu of greeting.
“Woah, woah, crime?” Mr. Hudson asks, standing up, startling George, who had been dozing on his shoulder.
The officer turns to Mr. Hudson solemnly, putting a hand on his shoulder. “There was poison found in your wife’s system, Mr. Hudson, which means that someone had attempted to kill her.”
Everyone turns to Bess, except Mr. Hudson and the officers.
Mr. Hudson stares at the officer for a moment before sinking into his seat, a look of genuine fear on his face. “Who would want to kill Tif?”
“Not me I swear!” Bess cries, latching on to Nancy’s arm. Nancy gently pries her fingers off her arm.
The officer shakes his head, ignoring the distraught waitress. “I’m not sure sir, but it’s our job to figure it out. Why is why I need to speak to these five.”
They all look at Mr. Hudson: Nancy, George, Bess, and the two boys whose names Nancy still doesn’t know. But Mr. Hudson’s face is ashen, like he’s going into shock. The officer motions at the young people. “Come along.”
The five of them look at each other uncertainly before standing and following the officer into the hall. Nancy catches sight of his badge: Chief E. O. McGinnis.
Now, Nancy, being the daughter of a lawyer, should know her rights, and the right to remain silent is the biggest one, especially since she’s a minor, but she’s too confused and terrified to think straight.
She’s being investigated for attempted murder. Attempted murder. God her mother’s going to kill her.
The unlikely five line up against the wall. Chief McGinnis paces in front of them. “Alright. I’m looking at an ex-con,” he pauses in front of the guy from the truck. “The town screw up,” (this time he’s in front of George). “A city girl,” he’s in front of Bess now, who looks rather guilty in Nancy’s opinion. He moves to the fancy shirt guy standing next to Nancy. “An HBPD legacy and Nancy Drew.”
Except, that’s not what he says.
He pauses in front of Nancy, and tilts his head at her. “Who are you again?”
Nancy stares at him as the weird feeling of déjà vu hits her again. No. That’s not right. He knows who she is.
But she doesn’t know who he is.
Nancy feels her hands start to shake. Everything here is wrong. She should be sitting at the police station. She should know what’s happening. But she doesn’t because she’s being accused of attempted murder.
But it shouldn’t be attempted. Nancy slides down the wall, her hands pulling at her skin where she can feel the ghost of a locket.
My mother’s gonna kill me she thinks. But no, her mom’s dead. And Ryan isn’t George’s foster dad. He’s her dad.
This isn’t right.
This isn’t ri-
Okay just give her space.”
When Nancy comes to, she’s looking up into the face of the boy who had been working at the Bayside Claw. Nancy’s laying on the ground, her head against the cold tile. The boy gently slips an arm under her shoulders, helping her to sit up.
“Hey, are you okay?” he asks.
Nancy doesn’t know the answer to that. He can tell, so he tries a different question. “What’s your name?”
“Nancy Drew,” she croaks. He smiles.
“Hi Nancy Drew. My name is Ace Hardy.”
“Hi,” Nancy mumbles back.
“And that’s Nick,” Ace says, pointing to the boy from the truck who’s hovering on the outskirts of the circle of people around her. “I hear you’ve met the girls.”
Nancy nods and Ace gently slips his other arm under her knees, lifting her up in his arms like she weighs nothing. He walks her towards the waiting room, talking as he goes. “That, Nancy, was a panic attack. Have those often?”
Nancy leans her pounding head against his muscular shoulder. “No.”
“Well, first time for everything. Got anyone we can call?”
“My dad,” she mumbles. Ace nods to Bess, who rushes forward with her phone out. Nancy recites her father’s number, and Bess puts it to her ear.
“Hello? Hi, yes, this is Bess Marvin. I’m calling about your daughter. She’s in the hospital, she had a panic attack.” Bess is quiet for a moment. “Nancy Drew, yes.” After a moment, Bess rattles off directions and hangs up.
Ace puts Nancy down on a chair next to Mr. Hudson. Nancy looks at him sideways. She’s about to say something to him when suddenly - as if her brain has been reset or something - she forgets what she was going to say.
“Want some water Nancy?” Ace asks. Nancy smiles at the unfamiliar boy.
“Yes, please,” she says. He stands and heads to the water cooler, Bess taking his spot. “What did the officer mean by Ace is a legacy?”
“Oh, that,” Bess says sadly. “Ace’s father was a Captain on the police force. He was in a chase once when Ace was a child. His car got hit, and he didn’t make it.”
“That’s so sad,” Nancy says.
“I know,” Bess agrees. “His mother is all he has. She’s a librarian, but she doesn’t make a lot of money. They just get by with her salary and the pension from the state. That’s why Ace turned down MIT. To work at The Claw.”
“That must be so hard,” Nancy says. She can’t imagine giving up her dream of going to Columbia.
“It is,” Bess agrees as the doors to the waiting room are pushed open. Nancy sees her father and mother being trailed by an annoyed McGinnis.
“You can’t just take a suspect home! She has to be fingerprinted! She has to give her statement!”
Carson turns on McGinnis. “Excuse me, but my daughter is a minor and she’s had a panic attack.”
“We’re taking her,” Kate adds. She spots Nancy and rushes to her, crouching to put her hands on either side of her daughter’s face. “Nancy, baby, are you okay?”
“Yeah, just tired.”
“Okay, we’re taking you home, don’t worry, Mom’s here.”
It’s a simple statement, and normally Nancy would complain that it makes her sound like a child, but it relaxes her nonetheless. She slumps into her mom, letting the exhaustion and confusion sink over her.
Kate runs her fingers through her red hair as Carson argues with McGinnis, who finally relents.
“Fine, fine, you all can go if Drew is going. But I expect you back at the station at eight am sharp.”
Nancy is pulled to her feet by her mother, and before she moves, she puts a hand on Mr. Hudson’s shoulder. “Your wife will get better sir,” she says. Mr. Hudson puts his hand over hers.
“Thanks.”
Nancy waves goodbye to everyone else before following her parents. As she falls asleep in the back seat of her dad’s car, all she can think is that something about this entire night is off.

Pool Pandemonium
Summary: When the gang decides to spend a day at the pool, some rather interesting events transpire. Lonnie's trying to steal Jay from Audrey, Carlos is caught in an interesting situation and Ben's sleeping through it all while Mal and Evie do their usual sisterly stuff. Plenty of familial/friendship feels with everybody with some Jaudrey, Huma, Bal, and Jarlos dashed in.
“Don’t you think it’s kind of weird that Ben is over here tanning with us?” Evie questioned, gesturing to the sleeping boy nearby, and Mal raised an eyebrow as she gave Evie a onceover.
It was a nice, hot Saturday afternoon that Mal, Evie, Uma, Audrey, Jane, Carlos, Jay, Harry, Gil, Ben, and Lonnie had all made their way to the pool. They had scheduled it since the summer days had been so hot recently that they were nearly intolerable even with air conditioning. At this point, almost everyone had come out and joined them at the pool except Audrey, who was no doubt ensuring that she looked perfect before being seen by everyone.
Of course, Mal herself did not particularly want to get into the pool, but she did want to spend time with the others. Therefore, as a result of Mal’s choice to abstain from swimming, Evie resolved to join Mal on the poolside in hopes of getting a tan and also to keep her favorite person in the world company.
“First of all, out of the two of us, you’re the one tanning. I’m the one taking cover under an umbrella. Second of all, just look at his pale butt, E. He needs a tan more than anyone here,” Mal pointed out, raising her eyebrows as she looked between Evie and Ben. Ben was soundly asleep, enjoying the warm sun against him as he snoozed.
“Yeah… You guys are like a couple of vampires, aren’t you?” Evie asked, and Mal scoffed, narrowing her eyes at the bluenette who even this early in summer had a gorgeous tan covering her skin. Of course, Evie was always that way. She always turned an absolutely beautiful shade of golden.
“Well, look here, golden nugget, not everybody can get a tan,” Mal bantered with the other girl, and Evie barely held back her adoring grin as she gazed at her sister.
“Yeah, especially not you,” Evie commented teasingly with a giggle, and Mal simply glared at her. Evie just snorted hard, holding her stomach as she laughed unashamedly.
“Don’t make me push you into the pool,” Mal pointed a scolding finger at Evie, and Evie just reached her hand out and grabbed the finger as she persisted in her mirth, seeing right through Mal’s words to the joking undertones.
“Hey, I can arrange that,” Uma suddenly piped up, emerging from the pool water as she rested her arms on the edge and looked at the two best friends with a mischievous glint in her eye. Evie quickly pulled her legs up to her chest, her laughter slowing significantly as she quite obviously took Uma’s threat seriously.
“At ease, Blue. I ain’t targeting you just yet,” Uma waved her concerns away, but Uma’s last words still stuck with Evie, so she decided to keep away anything that Uma could potentially grab onto.
“Watch out, ladies, coming through,” a voice suddenly declared, and Uma raised an eyebrow, a slight smirk pulling at her lips as Audrey suddenly came through in her hot pink bikini.
“Look who they let out of the circus,” Uma commented aloud, referencing Audrey’s bright colors, and Audrey just rolled her eyes, ignoring the pirate captain.
“Wow… Is there some reason you’re dressed in a bikini?” Mal questioned, wrinkling her nose a bit as she took in the vast amounts of skin that Audrey was displaying. Of course, most of her disgust was simply disguised envy. Mal did sort of wish that she could get a tan like Audrey and Evie could.
“Hey, what’s wrong with a bikini?” Uma questioned defensively, and Mal almost grinned as she remembered that Uma had one on as well.
“Yours is functional. Audrey looks like she came out of Victoria’s Secret,” Mal pointed out, and Evie immediately chuckled in response to Mal’s statement. Mal just shrugged as Evie’s hand snaked around her own and squeezed it tightly.
“That would explain her lacy underwear, though, wouldn’t it?” Uma acknowledged slyly, and Mal cackled wickedly.
“Ugh… Anyway, to answer your question, Mal, besides the fact that my bikini is absolutely the most stylish, Lonnie is going to be here with us today,” Audrey stated, and Uma looked at the princess confusedly, trying to decipher this enigma.
“What? You trying to impress Lonnie with your ability to tan or something?” Uma asked cluelessly, motioning toward Audrey, and Audrey huffed in aggravation.
“No! I’m trying to outdo her! Jay’s right over there, and I do not intend for Lonnie to get his attention!” Audrey explained her logic behind her mode of dress as she gestured in the general direction of the opposite side of the pool. Uma turned her head, following Audrey’s hand movement, and the pirate’s eyes widened a bit as she realized the scene that was occurring in that direction.
“Well, don’t look now, Princess, but it looks like she’s over there trying to get his attention right now actually,” Uma spoke, and Audrey’s eyes snapped to where Lonnie was getting much too close to her Jay. Jay was just talking to her happily, grinning and laughing as they conversed, and Audrey felt her insides catch on fire with the pure infuriation she felt at the entire ordeal.
“She’s trying to steal my guy!!!” Audrey declared, and Uma pursed her lips, nodding her head.
“Sure looks that way.”
“We’ve got to do something, girls!!! Help me!” Audrey cried, and Mal squinted as she gazed at them.
“Just chill out, Thorn. I recognize that body language from anywhere. He’s not into her,” Mal waved the princess off, and Audrey narrowed her eyes as she clenched her teeth in her anger.
“But she’s definitely into him,” Uma commented, and Audrey almost growled underneath her breath. Uma looked up at the princess, raising an eyebrow.
“Hey, you want me to whoop her butt for you?” Uma offered, and Audrey knew that the pirate captain was being completely sincere with her words.
“Well, no! We’ve got to use finesse! We can’t just charge in like some kind of rabid pack animals!” Audrey almost screeched, trying to keep her voice down at least a little so Lonnie would not hear her.
“UGH!!! She infuriates me sometimes!!!” Audrey practically snarled, and Uma looked between the princess standing nearby the pool and the two people at the far-off end of the area.
“Welp… Finesse or not, there’s only one way to fix it,” Uma told the princess, and Audrey paused. However, just as soon as she did, Uma surged up and grabbed Audrey’s arm, yanking her into the pool.
“You got to get in and get started!”
Audrey squealed just before she splashed heavily into the water.
Mal and Evie flinched, squealing a bit as they tried to shield themselves from the incoming water. However, Ben never even reacted, simply snoring as he relaxed in the seat.
As soon as Audrey came up to the surface, she was sputtering and looked nearly feral.
“WOULD YOU STOP DOING THAT?!!!” Audrey screeched as she went into a coughing fit, and Uma cackled evilly. Mal could not help but smile and laugh with the pirate. Evie tried diligently to avoid laughing too much, but she was failing miserably.
“Hey, consider yourself lucky. At least this time it wasn’t gnarly old pond water or Enchanted Lake water. It was all fancy and chlorinated just like you like it,” Uma leaned into Audrey’s space, moving her fingers to accentuate her words, and Audrey leaned away from her, wiping her face hard with her hand.
“Yeah, which is why my eyes are burning now!” Audrey whined, and Uma rolled her eyes with a deep sigh.
“Nothing is ever just right for you, is it, Goldilocks?” Uma questioned somewhat rhetorically, and Audrey squinted angrily at Uma.
“Hey, don’t call me that! My hair is brown now, you know. I stopped dying it blonde a while ago,” Audrey pointed out, coughing a little as she tried to get the last of the water out of her system. Uma rolled her eyes, completely unimpressed.
“Sure thing… Anyways, let’s go get your dude,” Uma waved her off and took the princess’s arm as she guided her through the pool in the direction of Jay and Lonnie.
Mal looked at Evie, raising an eyebrow. Evie gazed back at her.
“Are you thinking what I’m thinking?” Mal questioned somewhat tiredly.
“We shouldn’t have let everyone get together in the same pool,” Evie questioned in a manner that was more of a statement.
“Precisely,” Mal agreed, and Evie shook her head slowly as they watched Uma and Audrey head toward Jay and Lonnie.
“Alright, now how’re we playing this?” Uma questioned, and Audrey huffed as they grew closer to the two.
“I don’t know. The sudden stunt you pulled a few seconds ago seems to have taken any ideas I could have had,” Audrey snidely remarked, and Uma grinned widely.
“Oh, well, in that case, I’ll just dunk her and him and be done with it,” Uma proclaimed with false cheer, and Audrey groaned and shook her head.
“Just follow my lead.”
“How did I know you were going to whoop out that bossy streak?” Uma asked aloud, and Audrey just shot Uma an ungrateful glance before forcing the most overly happy and sweet grin that she had in her considering her current emotions in regard to both the situation at hand as well as Uma’s irritating ways.
“Hey, Hottie,” Audrey greeted, and as soon as Jay looked at her, she planted a giant one on his lips. He made a small noise of surprise, but before he could get into it too much, she pulled away, looping her arms around him as she rested her head on his shoulder. He smiled at her, despite the fact that he was terribly confused at the moment.
“Hey, Foxy.”
“Oh, and Lonnie! How are you?” Audrey questioned, and Lonnie grinned a little, somewhat put out by Audrey’s sudden appearance.
“I’m pretty good. It’s really been a while since we talked, hasn’t it?” Lonnie replied, and Uma nodded.
“Yeah, it’s been too long,” Uma piped up, keeping as much cordiality in her tone as she could. At this moment, it was all Uma could do to keep from dunking Lonnie and fully submerging the girl in the water. After all, Uma was rather protective of Audrey and her feelings, despite the fact that Uma would sooner die than let anyone know that.
“So what were you two talking about? Uma and I didn’t mean to interrupt,” Audrey innocently spoke, and Uma barely held back the smirk at Audrey’s wicked ways. Sometimes Uma could not help but think of how Audrey would have excelled as a villain kid.
“We were just talking about my upcoming spot in Men’s Health magazine,” Jay pointed out, and Uma could almost feel the jealous rage emanating from Audrey. However, the princess quite admirably kept it together.
“Oh, yes, my Jay is such a hunk, and as soon as I heard he was going to be in the magazine, I could’ve just popped. I’m so proud of him,” Audrey noted as she kissed his jaw, stroking his chest gently with her fingers as she spoke. Jay looked at her strangely, but grinned anyway, honestly not quite sure what was going on, but enjoying the attention nevertheless.
“Yeah. I imagine you are pretty proud of him,” Lonnie awkwardly acknowledged, and Uma almost laughed at the strain in Lonnie’s voice as she spoke.
“Yep,” Audrey agreed, and Uma nodded along with the princess. The energy was just overwhelmingly territorial at this point, and Uma could have sworn that she saw claws coming out, despite how subtly.
However, not too far from the scene unfolding with Jay, Audrey, Lonnie, and Uma, Carlos and Jane were sitting next to one another on the edge of the pool as they peacefully talked.
But they were soon joined by Harry and Gil.
“Hey, Wee Laddy. Lil’ Duckling,” Harry greeted, and Jane shrunk back just a little as she moved a bit closer to Carlos. Carlos took her hand protectively, looking at Harry with as much confidence as he could possibly muster. Especially considering the fact that Harry was significantly outdoing Carlos with all of Harry’s rippling muscles and barely clothed form. Carlos could not help but feel a little intimidated, and he really hoped that Jane did not like what she saw with Harry.
“So, I’ve got a bit of a… Proposition for ye,” Harry spoke, the beginnings of one of those maniacal grins for which he was so infamous. Carlos furrowed his brow, not liking where this was going. He really hoped that this idea had nothing to do with Jane.
“Alrighty, so me and Gil were thinkin’.”
“You could go get up on the high dive and jump,” Gil excitedly declared, smiling dopily as he glanced at Harry for approval. Harry nodded along with a crazy look in his eye.
“And why would I want to do that?” Carlos questioned, furrowing his brow, and Harry shrugged.
“Well, I just thought ye might wanna prove that ye aren’t totally chicken. After all, if ye refuse, Janey ‘ere might ‘ave to find ‘er a real man, eh?” Harry explained, and Carlos frowned a little at the thought. Jane shook her head.
“Don’t listen to him, Carlos. I wouldn’t think any less of you if you didn’t jump off. Even I wouldn’t jump off.”
“Oh, it’s alright, Carlos. Don’t cry, pumpkin pie,” Harry teased relentlessly, making his voice more high-pitched as he tried to goad Carlos into going along with his plan.
“I’m not doing it,” Carlos declared, and Harry gasped in mock surprise.
“Ooh!!! Chicken boy, chicken boy!” Harry declared, and he started to make chicken noises. Gil wasted no time in joining in with the sound. After several moments of this, Carlos groaned.
“Fine! I’ll do it!” Carlos conceded, and Harry grinned widely, reaching around Jane and clapping Carlos on the back.
“There ye are! Go for it!” Harry encouraged, and Carlos swallowed hard, getting up before Jane could say anything as he headed for the high dive nearby.
“Oh, no… Carlos, don’t go!!” Jane called after him, but Carlos kept going. Harry grinned at Gil as he slid into the pool. Gil followed him quickly, and they headed out to the center of the pool to get a better look at the spectacle.
Carlos climbed up the ladder carefully, working his way up to the top. Soon enough, he was at the diving board. He carefully stepped up on it and started to head toward the end of it. However, as soon as he got somewhat closer to the edge, he suddenly realized that it was an exceedingly long way down and that the water did not look nearly deep enough for him to safely jump into.
So he froze up and he carefully got down on his knees, aiming to back up toward the ladder safely. But he found that he was completely frozen with fear, so he grabbed onto the diving board with his arms and shut his eyes tightly, clenching his teeth as he tried to keep his terror at bay.
“Oh, no,” Carlos whimpered, hanging on tightly to the diving board.
Down with the others, Jay was fully distracted by how Audrey was practically hanging onto him like a koala as Uma stood to the side, looking as if she might bite Lonnie’s head off at any moment.
However, he suddenly felt a tap on his shoulder. Jay turned around to look, and he was met with Harry’s wild eyes.
“Hey, tell yer baby brother to hurry up and jump,” Harry spoke, and Jay furrowed his brow as the rest of the group turned to look at him.
“What? Jump from where?”
“The high dive!” Gil pointed out, and Jay immediately looked up. His eyes went ridiculously wide as he gaped at the sight of Carlos clinging to the diving board.
“Carlos?!” Jay cried, but the boy did not reply. Jay just stared at him for a long moment before Audrey started smacking his shoulder insistently.
“Don’t just stand there! Go help him!!!” Audrey exclaimed, and Jay was jostled into action. He quickly swam through the water, pulling himself up onto the edge as he hurried up the ladder to where Carlos was currently stuck.
“Whoo!! That’s my man!!!” Audrey yelled loudly, and Uma smirked a little, knowing that the words were just a flex on Audrey’s part as she tried to rub her ownership in Lonnie’s face.
Mal and Evie soon hurried over to see what was going on.
“What is happening?!” Evie demanded, and Mal shook her head swiftly.
“And why is Carlos on the high dive?!” Mal questioned frantically. Uma laughed a little as she looked at Harry and Gil.
“Y’all wanna explain why he’s up there?” Uma asked, and Harry smirked widely.
“Me and Gilly dared him to!” Harry told the both of them, and Gil smiled widely as he gazed up at Evie with adoration.
“He was chicken! But I wouldn’t be chicken. I’d jump right off of it,” Gil proudly announced, staring at Evie. The blunette was immediately uncomfortable as she crossed her arms before her, trying to resist the urge to shudder in reply to his attentions. Mal immediately sniggered at the ordeal. However, her attentions were soon brought back to the matter at hand.
Jay had finally made his way to the top, and he carefully walked out on the diving board, his eyes fixated on the form of his little brother.
“Hey, Frosted Flake,” Jay greeted, and Carlos just trembled a bit.
“Get me down from here!” Carlos begged, and Jay nodded slowly.
“Alright, come on backwards,” Jay coaxed, but Carlos shook his head swiftly.
“I can’t move!” the younger boy expressed, and Jay groaned a little.
“C’mon, dude, you gotta get down,” Jay told him somewhat softly, pulling at his shoulders as he tried to get the younger boy to move. Jay was quite honestly somewhat afraid that they would both fall in at this rate.
Jay kept working at the younger boy, trying to persuade him to release the diving board and come with him. However, despite Jay’s tugs, Carlos would not budge a single bit. In fact, the more Jay pulled, the more the boy glued himself to the board.
“Hey! Do you need me to turn into a dragon?!” Mal suddenly shouted, and Jay shook his head quickly, gesturing dismissively.
“Oh, no, no, that won’t be necessary,” Jay called in reply.
“Carlos, come on! This is embarrassing!” Jay told him, muttering the words under his breath in stern tones. Carlos was seriously starting to get aggravating. He would not move no matter how hard Jay tried to make him.
“You don’t have to jump, okay? Let’s just back up carefully, alright?”
“I can’t, Jay, I can’t!” Carlos quivered, and Jay groaned deeply.
“Jay, do what I do!! Stroke his head and tell him that he’s going to be okay! Cuddle him if you have to!!!” Evie yelled to the both of them, and Jay laughed loudly.
“I am not doing that,” Jay declared, and he then began prying at Carlos with a renewed vigor.
From below them, Audrey could easily see that they needed help. So she looked to Uma, hoping that the pirate would put away her initial wickedly mischievous urges in favor of helping the two.
“Uma, can you please help them get down?” Audrey questioned, and Uma nodded eagerly. Audrey immediately knew that asking Uma for help was undoubtedly the worst idea she could have had.
“Sure! I’ll help them down,” Uma replied, and Audrey winced, already having a strong inclination of how this was going to end.
Uma headed up the ladder quickly.
“Dude, would you move? It’s not that far!” Jay aggravatedly addressed the boy. Carlos just shook his head.
“Hey, boys, how’s the weather up here?” a voice suddenly questioned, and Jay looked behind him quickly only to see Uma as she held onto the ladder, the mischief swirling in her eyes.
“Nice enough, I suppose,” Jay hesitantly replied. Uma nodded easily in reply.
“Well, that’s just peachy. Now, look, you two, this is gonna end one of two ways, but whichever way you choose, you’re getting into the water,” Uma told them, getting down to business immediately as a wicked smirk played across her face while she held onto the ladder carefully. Jay glanced between Carlos and Uma and sighed deeply as he realized that Carlos was just going to have to jump.
“C’mon, Frosted Flake. You gotta jump.”
“WHAT?! I thought you said I didn’t have to jump!!!” Carlos cried hysterically, and Jay groaned.
“You’ve got to. Uma’s going to push us if you don’t,” Jay informed him, and Carlos glanced in the direction of the ladder. Uma smiled at him, full of false cheeriness as she offered him a little wave.
“PUSH HIM, PUSH HIM, PUSH HIM, PUSH HIM!!!” Harry and Gil chanted, and Uma blew them a kiss with a waggle of her eyebrows.
“Would you two stop! That’s terrible!” Audrey cried, and Harry and Gil just kept going. Lonnie shrugged.
“Honestly, I kind of want to see her push them in,” Lonnie noted with a laugh, clapping along with Uma’s first mate and prized barnacle as she cheered Uma on. Audrey rolled her eyes.
“Of course you would,” Audrey huffily pronounced, and she placed a hand on Jane’s shoulder as the girl gaped up at the high dive in horror.
Realizing he had no other choice, Carlos swallowed hard, shakily standing up. Jay held out an arm, trying carefully to balance on the high dive as he attempted to help Carlos to his feet. As soon as Carlos was standing, he looked down at the water and Jay could see him tense up in fear.
“I can’t do it!!” Carlos proclaimed, and Jay shook his head.
“C’mon, dude, be a man.”
“I’M NOT A MAN!!!! I’M A BOY!!!!” Carlos screeched, and Jay shook his head, almost feeling Uma’s energy as she was readying herself to push them.
“Well, there’s no better day to jump into manhood with both FEEETTT!!!!!” Jay yelled as he was suddenly shoved forward and ran into Carlos as they both lost their balance and descended into the deep water.
They both hit the water hard, but Jay soon emerged, dragging Carlos with him. Carlos was coughing violently, and Jay patted his back as he glared up at the high dive.
“WHOO!!! That was AWESOME!!! WHAT’S MY NAME?!!!” Uma cried excitedly, and Harry and Gil whooped with pure enthrallment. Lonnie even cheered a little, and Jay rolled his eyes, allowing himself to laugh a little with the entire ordeal. After all, it was a bit humorous.
Jane swiftly swam over to Carlos, placing a hand on his back as she fretted over him. Jay released him, allowing him to join Jane as they headed back over to the edge of the pool. Audrey moved over to Jay, and he wasted no time in grabbing her waist tightly. She placed her hands on his chest.
“So, do I get a kiss for my heroics?” Jay questioned, raising an eyebrow, and Audrey rolled her eyes but leaned in nevertheless as she gazed at his lips.
“Who says you’re deserving? I didn’t see a hero. I saw you two have a great fall like Humpty Dumpty,” Audrey commented, and Jay smirked at her wickedly as he kissed her suddenly. Audrey gasped a little but giggled in spite of her shock and kissed him back vigorously.
However, they were suddenly interrupted by an enormous splash. Audrey gasped as she recoiled in Jay’s arms. To her surprise, Uma suddenly emerged, coughing hard as she wiped her eyes.
“Uma?” Audrey gaped at her, and she suddenly realized that Uma looked totally disheveled. Audrey almost laughed as she suddenly realized what must have happened.
“Did you fall off the high dive?” Audrey questioned her voice wavering with the barely contained giggles, and Uma immediately stopped as she stared at Audrey.
“No!” Uma squeaked as she suddenly started coughing once again.
“Oh, she did, alright!” Lonnie cried excitedly, and Uma flashed her an irritated glare.
“She danced right off the side of it,” Mal added with a wide smirk. Audrey just stared at Uma for a long moment.
“What happened?” a voice suddenly piped up and they all turned to look at the source of the voice. There before them was Ben standing there, his skin practically glowing red as a beet as he gaped at all of them.
They all shared a glance before bursting into laughter.

Sunny Side Up pt. 2 | jjk
Genre: strangers to lovers, smut, some fluff Pairing: tattooed!jjk x reader Word Count: 2.3k Warnings: unprotected sex, anal (I know I said vaginal but I changed my mind ya know?), dirty talk, shower sex Summary: This takes place in the same night as Sunny Side Up, so read that first!
The harsh fluorescent lights of the diner seemed to burn into the back of your eyes when you stepped from the darkness outside. Bacon grease, fried eggs, and burnt toast wafted into your nose and you sighed in contentment. The alcohol had been fucked out of your system and that feeling was now replaced with a low growl in your stomach. Beside you stood Jungkook, having just met him over half an hour ago and fucked in that nasty bathroom, and he was just as beautiful in the disgusting yellow lights as he was in the bar.
“Sit anywhere you want,” a tired looking waitress said as she passed by with a tray full of food.
Jungkook gestured out in front of him for you to choose. You selected a booth the farthest away from the bar crowd and you watched Jungkook as he slid in across from you, tucking his hair behind his ear as the rest fell across his right eye, and he grabbed a sticky menu from behind the sugar and overly sweet jellies stacked by the window. You tried to tell your hands to also grab a menu, but your brain was too busy directing your eyes to the veins crawling up his arms and the art that traced around them.
“So…,” he started, not noticing your stare.
You cleared your throat and quickly grabbed a menu and pretended to read.
“Yea?” You were faking interest in the generic breakfast options.
“I’ve never done that before.”
“Glad to say neither have I.”
“Do you regret it?”
Getting to the meat of the question, huh?
“No.” Why lie? That was the best you had been fucked in a while.
You looked up at the same time a wide smile spread across his face and you felt like your heart was going to throw up.
“Whew, okay, good. I was kinda worried you might think I was some creepy guy that picks up women in the club on the regular. I’ll admit I was mildly disgusted to fuck you in that bathroom…I apologize for that but…damn that was good.”
You were blushing heavily. You barely knew this man and here you were discussing the lewd acts you had both performed in the bathroom of a random club.
“Yea…,” you agreed with a sigh, “it was good.”
You both stumbled from the diner about two hours later, having discussed everything from childhood pets to strange exes you’d rather not see again. You found out he worked as an event planner at a local resort (much to your surprise and he laughed as he watched the shock cross your face) and lived uptown with a shiba named Potato.
“He came from the shelter with that name,” he laughed.
“So, event planner. What do you do exactly?”
“Well,” he started as you both walked aimlessly through the streets, “I plan events, ha. I hate to say it, but I tend to plan a lot of events led by women. Not saying I don’t like women obviously,” he said holding out both hands as you looked at him in shock. “I’m not an asshole.” He laughed a little more uncomfortably. “A lot of them…like me, so my boss likes that I bring the resort a lot of business.”
“Oh, it’s the good looks,” you chided jokingly.
He blushed feverishly as you passed under the city lights.
“You have no idea how many brides and bridesmaids have tried to seduce me and drag me into a closet.”
“You’re bragging.”
“I’m not! I’m sorry. I guess I’m trying to over prove to you that I’m not some fuckboy.”
You laughed as he continued to become more flustered. “I believe you! It’s okay, you don’t have to explain.” He looked more relieved as you laughed. “I’m just a lowly librarian without large amounts of men throwing themselves at my feet while I scan in their books.”
“you’rebeautifulthough,” you heard him mutter under his breath.
“What?”
“Wanna go back to my place?”
You looked down at your now dying phone at a mere 3% and the time. 3:44 am.
“If it’s too late I understand. At least let me get you home safely.”
“No,” you interrupted, “I would…like that.”
“Great, I’m just around the corner.”
“Did you plan this?” you asked as he led you straight and around the next corner to an opulent apartment high rise.
He turned and winked at you and you felt your uterus fall out of your butt in that moment.
You entered his apartment in a flurry of hands, lips, and tongues. You hadn’t even made it halfway up in the elevator before he was on you again, pinning you to the wall. He kicked the door shut with his foot as you heard little toenails clacking along the floor.
“Not now, Potato,” he muttered against your lips. He grabbed you by the hips, spun you around, and pushed you up against the wall so hard a few dumbbells on a rack rattled together. His hand went between your legs and up against your ruined underwear. The time in the club seemed so long ago and not the same night.
“Jungkook, we’re both probably pretty gross,” you breathed out against the wall. Your cheek was pressed up against it as he used his entire body weight to keep you pinned there. He slowed all his movements to brush his lips along the skin behind your ear. Goosebumps travelled across your skin like wildfire.
“That’s okay,” he whispered, “I can just fuck you in the shower.”
He detached himself from you and tugged at your skirt and then grabbed your hand as he led you down the hallway. The bathroom was as large as a Victoria’s Secret dressing room complete with a two person shower and separate bathtub. He drug you into the shower both fully clothed as he turned the water on and as it warmed he pulled you under with him. The water soaked through his white shirt and you saw as the art across his skin was revealed piece by piece as the warm water cascaded down his body. You reached forward, suddenly wanting to see him fully in front of you. Your hands shook as you unbuttoned his shirt. His mouth fell open as he watched you nervously fiddle with them until you had them all undone and had the shirt on the shower floor. His tattoos disappeared into his pants and you were suddenly desperate to see more. Once his jeans were gone, you were shocked to see the art extended down past his hips and onto his thighs and calves; all the way down to his toes.
“Wow…,” you whispered.
“Eyes up here. I have face,” he laughed.
He slowly undid the zipper to your skirt and let it fall past your hips. The water quickly soaked through your panties, not that your body didn’t already have a head start on that. He made quick work of your shirt and bra, revealing parts of you that he had yet to see.
“You’re even more beautiful in the light,” he said almost reverently. Then like a switch, he flipped tones. “Now,” he said hooking his thumb in waistband of your panties, “take these off and back up on this dick.”
You gasped as his lips met yours quickly. The water ran down your face, catching in your lashes, and washed over your connected lips. Water slid past your lips and into your breathless mouth, warming your tongue even more when he disconnected and leaned against the wall behind him. He pushed both hands through his wet hair revealing more of his chiseled jawline and you almost came on the spot. He held his finger out and down, twirling it as if to tell you to turn around. As you turned, you disposed of your panties and his fingers dug into your hips almost immediately. You felt his cock nudging against your entrance when you got a thought. Could you possibly ask him? Would he be disgusted? He might tell you to get the fuck out of his apartment and never look back. You had only just met him, but you knew you didn’t want to let him go.
Fuck it.
“Uh…Jungkook?” you asked tentatively.
“Yea?” he seemed to be coming out of a trance, but his voice was laced with concern. The hot water burned the skin of your back, giving you something else to focus on as your mind literally raced to every possible answer to your question.
“Can you…fuck my…ass instead?”
“God dammit.” What you couldn’t see was Jungkook shoving two of his fingers into his own mouth, but moments later you felt his warm hand on your back as he pushed you further down and his fingers against your asshole. Your body immediately relaxed in relief and he took the opportunity to push both fingers inside. Gasping, you grabbed for the bar in his shower, knocking various bottles onto the floor.
“Fuck you’re warm,” he gulped.
Your stomach tensed and then relaxed as his reach went further and further, finding that erogenous zone and immediately sending you into a drooling mess as your grip on the bar tightened. Your thighs shook and your toes ached as he pumped his fingers in and out of you. The sound of water hitting skin and tile echoed loudly throughout the bathroom, but through it all you heard Jungkook’s heavy breathing behind you as he got himself worked up over you.
“Fuck me,” you begged.
His fingers were gone instantly, and you felt the head of his cock against you. Slowly, ever so slowly, he pushed inside. The stretch was a mixture of burning and intense pleasure. His fingers dug in harder and harder the further he went, and you could feel him practically vibrating as he held off from pounding into you as fast as possible. What felt like several minutes later, he was fully seated, and you had never felt so complete in your life. He had both hands on your ass cheeks, spreading them, and looking at your ass swallowing him.
“Your ass is so tight, baby.”
He pulled out just the tiniest bit and pushed back in; the sensation causing you to moan out. Then he did it again. And again. He worked you open slowly until you were comfortable, and he sped up his rhythm. His left hand came to your shoulder as he used your body to pull you back on his dick. Your eyes were rolling back into your head as his cock hit deeper and deeper inside of you, stimulating that spot that no one seemed to be able to hit just right…until now.
“Please, please, please,” you chanted at each thrust.
Jungkook’s breathing was heavy, almost labored behind you. His balls slapped against your cunt and you felt so euphoric you could cry. The nail in the coffin was when he braced himself further against the wall, left hand still firmly gripping your shoulder as he reached around and placed three fingers on your clit and started to rub back and forth faster than you could process. His breathing stuttered as you clenched harder around his cock.
“Scream for me, baby, I wanna hear you.”
Your moans seemed louder in the bathroom as they bounced off the walls. Drool slipped from your mouth as he continued to fuck your brains out. You were breathing out incoherent variants of his name as his skin slapped against yours, his balls hitting you like a well placed slap with his hand. Your mind buzzed. Pleasure was the only thing you could register, and you were plunging further into ecstasy. Your body tensed like a bow string, calves aching as you stood further on your toes, and thighs shaking with the effort to keep you aloft. You screamed when your orgasm hit. Body lurching forward you kept your grip tight on the bar, catching yourself with your foot as he continued to pound into you.
He was spreading your ass cheeks once more as he fucked you.
“Can I…fuck…can I come inside of you?”
All you could give him was a strangled ‘yes’ and you felt the warmth of his cum filling you. He kept his pace, watching as his cum came out around his dick and dripped to the shower floor.
“So hot,” he said as his thrust more to watch his cum push out of you. He stopped with a growl, both hands coming down on your ass cheeks as he pulled out. “Look at that.” He was talking more to himself as he spread them again, looking at your stretched asshole and his cum leaking out.
Exhaustion hit you like a ton of bricks. It had been almost a full 24 hours since you last got sleep and having come twice so intensely had your body going into immediate shut down.
“Can I stay here?” you asked wearily.
“Of course,” he said while grabbing a washcloth. He quickly wiped any remains of cum from you before shutting off the water. Grabbing a towel, he wrapped you up, and lifted you as easily as a child.
His bed looked like it belonged in a hotel and felt that way even more as he stood you beside it, pulled back the sheets, and had you lay down amongst the downy duvet and pillows.
“I just gotta go walk and feed Potato and I’ll be back,” he said with a quick kiss to your temple.
He hadn’t even made it out the bedroom when your eyes closed, and sleep hit you instantly.
It was some time during mid-morning when you stirred briefly from sleep, momentarily confused as to where you were when you felt the warm body behind you, arm draped over your waist, and soft snores in your ear. You looked down to see the familiar tattoos across his smooth skin and sighed, relieved, that you hadn’t dreamed the whole thing. It wasn’t long before you were falling asleep again, wondering what the future held with him.
