My 16-month-old son *insists* on flipping through an Indonesian amphibian fieldguide every evening. I think I have peaked as a parent 🥲
#amphibians#frogs#parenting#herpetology#science#the whole book is in Indonesian#so I cannot read it at all except the latin names and measurements#but the photos and layout are amongst the best of any fieldguide I have ever seen#it's basically the ideal book for babies#maximum frog#personal#we have taught him to put out his hand to receive animals to look at#and now when he finds something he holds out his hand and indicates I should put it on there#which is great and all#but he also does this for wasps and bees#and is very upset when he does not get the sharp insects#we are working on it

Alright, back to Tia
While Charlotte is doing her things, Tiana has been busy living life. A lonely life. Her work schedule makes her be in the restaurant's kitchen almost all day and she spends the rest of her "free time" doing chores and taking care of Waffle, with the occasional break to do some yoga. Honeslty? It's been kind of rough for her...
