You know Dick Wolf very clearly has an issue w letting couples be happy!!! Like Rollins and Amaro are together off screen, in whatever capacity that was, I like to think they were in love and had a relationship and only broke up bc amaro moved (Also bs that the baby wasn't his!!!)

Then, obviously, Stabler and Benson, they're probably never going to be official, it's just unsaid.

Then we got Rollins and Carisi who get married when Rollins leaves the show, so they're together off screen

and now my latest OBBSESSION Ethan and April in Chicago Med! I'm so happy they get married but every time they have the CHANCE TO JUST BE HAPPY they put SOMETHING IN THEIR WAY!!!! first it's Ethans sister, then Vicki, and now MARCEL🤬

HE'S SUCH A DICK FOR THIS (irony acknowledged)!! Like just let April and Ethan be THAT COUPLE. Instead, they get issue and blockade any chance they get at being happy!!! I'm gonna be honest you can have a healthy happy relationship while giving them things to work through!! Like the IVF stuff! That's something they can WORK THROUGH INSTEAD OF PULLING THE CHEATING AND SECRETS SHIT!!! IM SO TIRED😭😭 and then in the end they only end up together as a send off for the charecters, so again THEIR HAPPY OFF SCREEN🤬🤬 I WANT TO SEE ALL OF IT!!!

(Yes, I am just watching this show, I LOVE it, but holy shit it's also messing w me a whole lot!! I LOVE almost every charecter, and I'm rooting for all of them, but then they do stupid shit that makes me question the writers sanity!)
